Me too! I read this recently: Your diet is not only what you eat. It's what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around...be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
I just came across a podcast that discusses how we get nutrients from the air, particularly woodlands, sea, and mountains. Terpenes, minerals, etc. air either supports or detracts from our health. Filtered air is dead air.
When I had a baby I had absolutely no clue how to breastfeed, and I wanted to so much because I am a health advocate and wanted my baby to have the very best. The reason I couldn't breastfeed is quite simple really. It is because WE NEVER SEE MOTHERS DOING IT. That's it. That's all it is. If we didn't see people riding a bike, we wouldn't know how to ride a bike. Same with breastfeeding. We see all manner of fighting, violence, abuse in movies and media, but when do we EVER see a mother freely breastfeeding her beloved infant without fear of being seen? When? I want women to stand up to the patriarchy and start moving in ways of nature. Not behind closed doors or groups, but right out in full view. We need to make breastfeeding as normal to look at as people eating a meal. How many women will comment on this? I barely hear a whisper from women. Stand up and SPEAK, woman!
I breastfed,11 months, never in full view. Always discreet and did not have an issue. I thought men and women were helpful in giving me space. Especially my husband. Men aren't the problem. Nobody could have stopped me for doing what was right for my girl.

My friend had the gene which gave her high risk for breast cancer. She died at 36 years. Her mother also had it and she fied a few years later. Her ither daughter did not have it and she is still alive. Sorry but I believe that was genetic.
It also goes down the male line. Two of my aunts married brothers, their daughters developed breast cancer. One had both breast removed. All their daughters get mammos early. It is now hit and miss.
When I lived in CO, I used Tirza’s Thermography center and Tirza is very thorough in reviewing the scan and explaining it.
I love the whole garden / body analogy
