I love the way you resist erasure Luc, and I'm also grateful as to be allowed to read these materials without paying, not because I'm a cheapscape, but because trying to survive on $311.00 a month social security is just that in today's economy, Survival mode. The gaslighting murderous treachery of the bureaucracies and the institutions that shield them needs to be brought to light. Once again, I as a disenfranchised parent find your work exemplary.
Unbekoming, it appears Substack is regularly unsubscribing readers from substacks like yours. Yours is now the 5th stack I've been unsubscribed from in recent months without my knowledge (including bad cattitude, Coffee & Covid, Jessica Rose, Focal Points, etc). I periodically learn of these surreptitious changes when I look up an old article and find that I am no longer subscribed to a writer whose work I previously read regularly. I don't know how the unsubscribe algorithm works, but it seems to apply to free subscriptions and only started happening once I had subscribed to so many writers that I didn't notice an author being dropped from my feed. I find this very concerning as Substack was championed as an alternative forum that eschewed the shadow banning and censorship endemic to other media platforms. While authors are not impacted financially when free subscribers are unknowingly unsubscribed, this machination does impact an author's subscriber numbers, rankings and reach. I sincerely hope Substack will address this issue. I am confident I am not the only reader experiencing this.
I've got those days too. The shit is just too deep. My white dog rolled in a mud hole yesterday. Didn't know where to begin. Add insult to injury why don't you. That's how some days are.
Satan is a bureaucrat.

Thanks so much to Unbekoming!
Luc, this is an important article. I am in the process of reading it.
Great! - Luc
Great text, thank you.
I want to share with you:
Any of them can be held personally liable. That's what they fear the most. Study common law and commerce.
There are days I'd wish the world would go away, to much information, greed, and vice. And hang them all. FREED TO KILL AGAIN. MICHAEL CARTIER. BY ROBERT JAMES BIDDINOTTO. Like CARTIER https://gailhonadle.substack.com/p/freed-to-kill-again-michael-cartier

Agree.
