I didn’t read the book but the article doesn’t mention vaccines as contributing to poor health. That has to be a significant consideration.
The main sentence : listen to your body. A whole book of advice is okay, but if one does not listen to what that body tries to communicate, it is useless! If your stomach is upset every time you drink milk, it is obvious your body does not want milk. And there is, of course, HOW to find healthy food? Even if you grow your own, how is the quality of the soil anymore? You almost have to move to some pristine place somewhere, grow all yourself, without any chemicals - find unspoiled seeds - and make sure you are nowhere near someone who is spraying poison from the air. Everything from the store is poisoned some way or another, even the so-called 'organic'.
