3 teaspoons of oil is too large a volume

pull after, not before, eating. For best results, brush with coconut oil first

What do you recommend for someone who has root canals already?

By the way—I’ve been oil pulling daily for more than 8 years now. It has dramatically changed my health for the better.

I received my DDS degree in 1981 in the Dark Ages! I certainly wish we had access to all the information in this article back then, but instead we were fed a pack of lies! I remember questioning the presence of mercury in amalgam restorations to be shot down by an answer that the ionic form of mercury (mercuric versus mercurous) released while chewing wasn’t toxic. Sadly, I believed what I was told. I could go on, but I am already depressed about it so will stop with this.

Oral health is so important. For anyone who has amalgam fillings you can safely remove mercury from your body by taking something essential for your body. Research has shown selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine removes mercury from the body. Here is an evidenced based write up by Dennis N Crouse who has been interviewed in this substack. https://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.blogspot.com/2019/07/mercury-detox-using-selenium-method.html

'...disease causing microbes'?

'... infection through bacteria...'?

Vitamin C as 'antioxidant'?

and so on...

Interesting dogmas/ paradigms, considering which information exists (and is available!) dismantling these fully.

VERY difficult to find a dentist that can safely remove amalgams!

Thinking about the alternatives to root canal ….I wonder if implants have downsides? And if so what they are.

titanium implants are terrible. ceramics are great (see Judas Dentistry above.)
