I purchased this book several years ago along with reviewing some of the studies and cheap electrotherapy tools promoted by the late scientist Bob Beck (bobbeck.com). As a retired radio/electronics engineer, it instantly all made perfect sense.... What was more interesting is that much of this was practised widely from 1860-1920, then 'oddly' disappeared. Banned. Beck revised it as did several others, but they all paid a heavy price. I could write a book on all this from a radio engineering, frequency and fields perspective, but thankfully, others already have.
Becker showed the body isn’t just chemistry—it’s circuitry. Polarity, current, frequency… the body knows how to heal when the signal is right. Silver + current killing every bug without resistance. Cells stepping backward into a primitive state so they can rebuild what was lost. Bones knitting, nerves potentially regenerating, pain shutting off without drugs.
And what happened? Funding cut. Lab closed. Forty years of silence.
You don’t need a smoky-room conspiracy to explain it. The system is built for patented chemicals, not simple currents and silver cloth. If you can’t patent it and bill it forever, it doesn’t fit the machine.
Meanwhile we’re told the only answers are pills, procedures, and lifelong management.
The quiet truth is more uncomfortable: the body already carries the blueprint and the power to repair itself. Electromedicine points straight at that fact—and that’s exactly why it never got a fair hearing.
I’m a believer. I can’t remember the name of the device, but it is very similar to this. It’s used a lot to heal racehorses. I have a wellness friend who uses this electrical stimulation machine. I was telling her about my knee that has been tweaky for years from a hike. (Probably my meniscus) She hooked me up for 35 minutes putting the probes in various spots around my knee, guided by tones they would make. When we were done, I kid you not, my pain was 100% gone. That was a month ago and my knee is still 100% and I’m powerwalking up hill on a treadmill 4-5 days a week. I was before too, to be clear, but now it doesn’t hurt.
Reminds me of what occurred with the bio-tuner from Bob Beck. Simple device resolved many brain issues, addictions, etc. But nobody wanted it because sending people to addiction centres, which charged thousands per week, was more profitable. A $250 pocket electro-tech device that ran on a small 9v battery, could fix the same problem, better, safely, in days was a threat. https://www.bobbeck.com/brain-tuner.html
Note there were discussions with the FDA, who had conditions on the distribution and sale of this sort of tech to get their approval. It could only be used by doctors and would cost tens of thousands to buy and patients would be charged hundreds per day to use it. Beck said no.
I really would like to know what the difference is between a TENS unit and this Alpha Sims? I bed ridden and will have surgery Monday for a fractured knee and would love something like this to heal. I’m a big believer in grounding and energy medicine.
TENS unit uses alternating current (AC) which overrides brain signals of pain, is temporary pain removal, and unfortunately conflicts with our bodies own electrical grid, which runs off of, and prefers DIRECT current. Many studies have shown that AC actually stresses the body, doing more long term harm than good.
I use Dolphin MPS which only uses direct current. You may want to look into this. I’m a registered massage therapist of over 15 years and I can say it’s absolutely the best tool I’ve ever used for myself, my family and my clients. My client outcomes are truly astounding. Particularly when I use the device to break down scar tissue.
It’s been around for awhile but as this article has clearly shown, mainstream medicine loves to suppress electro therapies.
I just found a Biomet OrthoPak on Marketplace, and I think that uses low direct current. Would you be so kind to look that up for me and see if that is what you are talking about?
Sorry I’m not familiar with BioMet so I can’t speak to its efficacy.
I am specifically referring to Dolphin MPS (Micro current Point Stimulation) as found on their website : dolphinmps.com

Diapulse is well-documented form of magnetic pulse therapy which has helped spinal cord injuries heal. It is funded by Medicare. But its machines are buried in County hospitals and none of their staff are trained how to use them. The machine costs $25k. Horse pulser is another similar type of machine designed and sold by a physicist ostensibly for horse use but no one need know if you use it on humans. It costs half that of Diapulse and is not covered by Medicare.

Dr. Pramod Vora of Bombay, India, used a wound dressing of gelatin, colloidal silver and aloe vera applied to an area of skin that had been initially subjected to pin pricks twice or thrice a week for two to three weeks to induce bleeding and beat Dr. Becker's timeline for regenerating (removing) scar tissue and replacing it with fresh tissue. Only the fingerprints cannot be regenerated since they're generated in the womb from amniotic wave action.
I brought a friend back to life who was dying of a wet aneurysm. He had slipped into a coma since the ER had stopped his MRI scans when they discovered a metal rod in my friend's forearm. MRI is regulated to only be used for diagnosis; not for treatment. Yet, it was preventing my friend from slipping into a coma. So, I visited my friend one early morning (between 2am and 4am) and applied magnetic pulses to his scalp using a SOTA Instruments device sold from Canada. It was the wrong pulse cycle which resulted in massive doses of magnetic charge. It succeeded in bringing my friend out of his coma, but with the side effect of raising the pressure of his cerebrospinal fluid. He lives due to this saving grace although paralyzed on one side of his body from that stroke since he made me promise to never use that device on him ever again. He did thank me though. Apparently, the frequency of pulsation needs to be at least one thousand cycles per second. This way, the capacitors don't have much opportunity to store too much charge. The SOTA Instruments device discharges once every 6 seconds. So, the SOTA Instruments device delivers a magnetic pulse akin to using a human hammer versus a higher frequency would be more like using the hammer of an ant if ants had hammers.
The Monash University, in Melbourne Australia, has produced a device which replicates Dr. Becker's results. They are not permitted to provide a user's guide with their device.
By experimentation, I determined that an ideal voltage for stimulating healing without scarring, was on the order of no less than 100 microvolts but no more than 100 millivolts and an ideal current of 100 nanoamps. I achieved this by using a simple pair of resistors in a voltage division configuration plus silver dollars serving as electrodes and a 1.5V AA battery held together with masking tape and connected with alligator clips which were tipped with wads of aluminum foil to reduce the flimsiness of these internal connections within the circuit. Stainless steel produces deadly hexanes and must be avoided. I kept the wound moist in my first experiment and used a dry gauze on my second experiment. The second experiment failed while the first succeeded at fusing the flesh of a deep gash together without any scar tissue formation.
Kaali and Lyman discovered that a weak constant application of current to the blood of a victim of HIV infectious virus could be rid of that retrovirus within 5 months. And it does not matter what kind of waveform, nor how intense is this current. So, I assume that Dr. Becker's safe amplitudes are adequate since it's the duration of blood treatment which matters. The current does not kill the retrovirus. It arrests its ability to penetrate cells for the purpose of replicating itself at exponential rates of proliferation. The immune cells of the blood does the killing if these retroviruses are prevented from replicating.
I recently read an amzing book, The Resonance Effect by Carolyn McMakin about Frequency Specific Microcurrent. I was ready to take the 5 day training course, but then learned that because I did not have a medical license, I could not buy the equipment, which uses 2 channels which are separately set at frequencies that target specific body parts (like nerves) and specific problems (like inflammation.). The cures described in the book should be widely available, but I believe most medical people would lose their licenses if they use it. I am not sure why the equipment cannot be sold to the public, but I suspect it has to do with "government regulations."
The machines are easy enough to get through certain chiropractors around the country. We have one, and I have not seen any real change at all ($2500 later). It seems nobody really knows hows much amperage to use and for how long. We found an educator who brought in her own high powered machine, and it seemed to do a little work, but it just further obfuscated what the machine we purchased actually did. Looking at Resonant LIght machines now, and Heali Medical Tech machines. All seem to be in the same family, would love Lies to do a side by side comparison of what works and what doesnt.
Frequency specific microcurrentbhas been helpful for me for a variety of issues. When I had extensive (10 hours) of dental surgery by a biologic dentist, I immediately started using FSM in the car on the way home and kept using it for a couple of days. I never needed even a single pain medication and healed extremely quickly. I have had several different FSM devices over the last 10 years and they have all in their own ways been extremely helpful. They take time to use, but I find them invaluable. I have been amazed at how much this information has been suppressed. Thank you for this article.
An eye opening book on electricity is Arthur Firstenberg's book. “the Invisible Rainbow”. A history of electrical events and repercussions to today. Fascinating and horrific. Another great read are books by Walter Russell. The nature of electricity.
The Body Electric is a fascinating book and Becker was too modest by half. Colloidal silver was considered a miracle technique for war wounds in WW1 before antibiotics. Becker did state that more research was needed because applied currents could work both ways and micro currents dosage was essential. Interestingly, he also claimed that humans have residual regeneration capacity in that a young child (under 5 from memory) who lost a forefinger could see it regenerate without surgery (none of the orthopaedic surgeons I worked with had heard of this). A must read.
found it at a very good price and ordered it. have been collecting books about 'quacks' for years now and with good result! quacks are people who heal their patients. all the rest keeps them as milking cows.
Acupuncture and electroacupuncture engage the nervous system and its electromagnetic properties. Fascia has piezoelectric qualities, meaning mechanical pressure generates an electrical charge. Simple myofascial release or press-and-hold massage taps into this electrical dimension of the body. Injured, inflamed, or stressed tissue is an area where electric fields are altered and intensified.
Just another case of a criminal racketeering agency (FDA) "regulating" competition toward monopoly control. The Food and Drug Administration is a FRAUD, period.
All "regulatory" agencies need to be exorcised from the planet. Their only purpose is to strangulate competition and erect financial incentive for *select* corporate agenda.

Note there were discussions by Beck with the FDA in the 90s, who had conditions on the distribution and sale of this sort of tech to get their approval. It could only be used by doctors and dictated the cost being tens of thousands for clinics to buy and patients would have to be charged hundreds per day to use it. Beck said no.
I did not read all of the amputating stuff, but ordered the book anyways. For years I have been wondering why crabs, starfish and other animals, can regrow limbs while 'higher' animals can not, even though they can regrow tissue over a wound. Since I have been reading your stack, I have ordered plenty of books with stuff I have been wondering about and no one could answer. Thankfully most are still in print.
Excellent article (as usual). Love your wisdom, wit, way with words, and dedication to truth & transparency. Becker's work has inspired my own research and clinical practice over several decades. Reading this book in 1986, further cemented the notion that the medical business was not at all the ultimate voice on human health matters. It furthered an already skeptical medical viewpoint.
I first learned about Dr. Becker's work about a year ago after listening to a lecture by Dr. Jack Kruse. I'm actually a Nurse who works at the Syracuse VA! Our facility just recently did this massive Wifi upgrade. Routers everywhere. Everyday I come to work I see Dr. Becker trying to hold back his rage in heaven. Not sure how much longer I can keep going on working this way.
Also, I think it is very likely that much of Becker's work was followed up on. Just not published. There is a club, and most of us here ain't in it. But the poles are shifting, so...
Thank you so much. I became aware of Becker´s work some years ago but didn´t follow up. It matches perfectly with the theory of the electro-magnetic universe.

Looked up the alpha-stim.... Despite Kirsch making it in the early 80s they still charge like it's new tech.... $1300.
Sheesh
I noticed the price too. However, if it works as claimed going to a doctor one time for some treatment might cost that much.
Imagine how much money it cost to fight all the regulatory agencies?
