This piece gave me giant goosebumps. It is so packed with profound and documented truth, I'm speechless I would submit that what it describes is the natural outgrowth of fractional reserve banking since the predatory nature of this demonic enterprise requires an ever-growing pool of 'customers' (victims). I would also submit that AI is the natural outgrowth of the atomization and commoditization of labor fueled by fractional reserve banking in order to conquer the final frontier, the commoditization of information itself.
What an amazing sentence “the transformation of human beings into units of productive capacity.” Sums up generational anguish. Thank u for all u do. ⚡️
I Could Not Have Written This Better Myself. 🤔. I Live Off Grid for the most part. Except for Electricity and Property Taxes. Working Twords Simplicity. Before I bought it. I had neither a Pot to Piss in. Nor a Window to throw it Out. Now I have a window to throw it Out. But Not a Pot to Piss in. 🤔🧐😂😂🤪. As

There is work (jobs) that are better than most vacations. I'm now 91, but had work that had me traveling the Pacific Basin, about 2-3 weeks work (which was play) & then 1 week at home. I had a boss that I phoned once/week for next assignment. At 55 I semi-retired and went into same work without a boss at double the pay. At about 70, needed an afternoon nap after lunch, so fully retired.
Well, this essay hit the spot, didn't it? Multiple spots, actually. Maybe it's time to start fiddling seriously with a strong purpose that's not too defined. I think they call that "life" or something.
Thank you for writing this. It's a great reveal and I feel vindicated. On the cusp of the "Great Recession," I penned "The Slacker's Guide to the Great Remission ." It was exactly about this, a plea to stop wasting your precious life slaving for money and just kick back and enjoy it. I actually lost friends over it. My own sister called me a bum. Consequently, I never tried to publish it, though this is how I've lived my life. I've never regretted it. I'm fully self- sufficient (though the ice is getting thinner)
This may have been one of the best articles I've read in a while. The depth and impact portrayed since the quantifying of time in mind expanding. Thank you for this work!
Recent (+/- 50 years) marketing has made one huge mistake. They quickly discovered it and stopped talking loud about this revelation - although it really may be a breakthrough in literally every business, from a 1-person “let’s see what will happen” to Milking Way Corporations.
The error was called the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Whatever you want to buy, you need to take into account all financial aspects of the item. Financing and interest are obvious. Loss of value over time and the possibility or impossibility of selling the item are another group. Consumables, technical inspections, mandatory updates, etc. are yet another. But there is more. What about training the personnel, withdrawal of formerly used equipment, laying off excess employers? What if a new item requires updating your entire machine park (OS users know it well…)? Even when you get the whole new machine part for free, you will need time to install the machines and train the personnel, update procedures, notify cooperating parties, demand different forms of supplies and raw materials, and so on.
In the end, replacement of an old 300 dpi laser printer for a brand new shiny 1200 dpi fax-copier-printer-washing machine (face value: $80) may cost you several thousand dollars and months of workarounds. Plus, some of your employees will be happy to leave you.
Because the core question is: “Does the current solution satisfy my needs?”
If your reply is affirmative, you’d better reconsider how the shopping mind wobbles.
Where I'm living (Quebec, Canada), the normies have been deceived probably better than anywhere else in the Western world with regards to "vaccination". But there is an active resistance, here's one example translated from French:
"..Five years after the appearance of "covid", almost everything that the "plotters" said is confirmed by the facts. From the origin of the virus to the effectiveness and safety of mRNA injections, including masks and other confinement, this article is intended to be a quick overview of all these files. It shows to what extent the authorities and the media have lied knowingly ... and continue to do so quietly.."
The final nail in the coffin of less work is the relentless, merciless demands of the supreme parasite, THE STATE aka TAX.
If you want anything to change for the better, start by decapitating the parasite. Only then real change might become possible.

Man was born free, but is everywhere in chains.
I think I will just go take a nap!
Such a wonderful article. It articulated many things that were in my head but never so clearly stated.
Once I was an engineer, a profession that is all about optimization of time, size, energy, cost ...
Now I am an artist, a profession that cares little about optimization, except perhaps of beauty, creativity, expression ...
Your article helps to put this path in a meaningful context.
Thanks.
WOW and Thank You!
Somewhere inside of us all we yearn for the stillness, the nothingness, that make us human...

A wise man once said "Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans." (Not too long after meeting Yoko Ono.)
I had a 6 paragraph comment in the works that disappeared when I hit the wrong button.
Suffice to say, you have freed me from a societal disparagement I've carried for over 4 decades.
I thank you for that and hope you stay strong. I consider you a paragon of intelligence and one of my heroes.
Be careful out there!
I always write my comments in Notes for this very reason. Then cut'n'paste at the time of posting.
Thank you!
You beat me to it, Jayne.

Another source of resistance is an article Unbekoming published recently, but I haven't been able to contact the author cited:

Is this a translation from French?
