From Russia with love. This is really interesting. That the good doctor was murdered suggests he was on to something apart from "standard" drug-you-to-death medicine. This makes a lot of sense that the blood is a key factor in maintaining health. I learned some new "goodies" here from the good doctor Chichagov. He beats fauci by a mile.
Amazing~ I learned a lot in reading this. I had no idea that the stomach does not produce hydrochloric acid after 6:00 p.m. I did not know about soaking potatoes to remove excess potassium, either. This was a wonderful post. I’m getting a binder and printing your articles so I have them in hard copy. Thank you!
I agree with most things stated here and have seen improvement in my own health while traditional (allopathic) illness care said I should be dead by now. I disagree with the recommendation to eat every 2-3 hours to maintain body functions. Your insulin levels.need to rise and fall to support the production and use of other necessary hormones, and that means NOT eating every2 hours, as that process takes 5-6 hours typically. Otherwise insulin sensitivity is impacted and more calories are.converted to fat stores, which most have far too much of already.
Sadly, western health is illness focused, and pushing drugs and tests creates lifelong customers to keep that system.going. Wellness has never been its focus and never we'll be. The simple fact that every time a natural remedy is offered it is accompanied with 'always check with your healthcare provider first' says it all. They do NOT want you thinking and taking responsibility for Your health and wellbeing! Even tho MDs do NOT receive any nutrition or natural health remedies education in school. They know Less than You do! So, I call BS and say do your own research, make your own decisions, rule your own health and recovery program. No matter what YOU choose it will be better than Illness focused care now in control.
Not necessarily. I have a problem with low blood sugar. For a time, I tried eating small portions 6 times a day. That basically meant having breakfast, then a mid morning snack, then lunch and a snack midway between lunch & dinner. Then dinner and a snack a few hours later. Most days I never had that last snack. I ended up losing weight without even trying. I did not eat large meals because my blood sugar remained steady & I never felt hungry.
Everyone is different. However, limiting sugars, fruits, and processed foods...eating proteins veggies, a,d,high quality fats would have likely helped you as well w/o eating 6times a day.
I'm glad you published this. I came across Roman's articles a while back, and loved them. Very clearly, the 1920s and 1930s were the Golden Age of Health.
This is fantastically interesting! My instincts tells me there is a lot to his teachings. I too would love to learn more. Do you have any other good resources to share?
Amazing info! Where can I find more info on this for a proper lifestyle? I have "sticky blood" with chronic phlebitis and currently am staring at paperwork to have vein closures done. Even if I decide to have the procedures done, I am sure I will be facing the same issues just a few years down the road if I cannot rectify the underlying issues with my blood.
The link to Unbekoming's condensation of AMD's work on zeta potential is a great start, though I don't think it will solve your problem. Ed McCabe's book Flood Your Body With Oxygen may be another piece of the puzzle. Consuming more salt (read The Salt Fix) might be another piece. My experience is that there is no silver bullet.
I ate animal protein around 4 pm and felt empty stomach around 7 pm, so it's a bit too rigid I think to say that stomach won't digest animal protein later in the day, it may be better and more efficient earlier in the day, but later consumption doesn't seem to be a big problem, just don't overeat I guess.

Excellent inspiration and a great body of natural health wisdom to ponder about. Thank you.
So, now look into urine therapy, if you want to try something different :)

Thanks again for an amazing piece!

Read more about St Serarphim, who was martyred for being an Orthodox Christian fighting the Soviet yoke of the lands of Rus.
