100% on the money - literally..

Nearly 10 years ago I got off an international flight and discovered that I was very, VERY breathless. My own fault - I had the flu - definitely should not have flown, but I was desperate to get home. I ended up in the emergency room instead. I was in my mid 60s at the time and, as a matter of course, along with all the usual tests, they asked me what medications I was on. 'None!' says I.

They genuinely looked shocked. And, despite my decrepitude and the excess weight I was carrying - they found no issues with any of my vital signs, apart from the flu symptoms.

Here I am, all these years later - now in my mid 70s - and I am STILL on NO medication. Why? Because I have not seen a GP since 2003. I have had very few health issues, all minor - and none that I could not deal with myself. I take care of myself, I eat properly and even occasionally exercise.. And I don't think myself into getting ill, or feeling worse. The mind is a very powerful weapon in the self-care arsenal..

Except in an emergency we do not need to be constantly accessing health services. We've been socalised to treat them like de facto, all-knowing parents, which they are NOT - and to trust them implicitly, which we very obviously CANNOT. Even the best of them are working to a very skewed and mostly incorrect paradigm, never mind the machinations of the folks who love money - or the eugenicists with their euthanasia legislations..

I feel and act the same way. Glad to know there are many who see the light.

A hundred 👍’s up for you. I agree 💯%

I have always kept what I call a "safe distance" from conventional medical doctors. I am 62 and I take zero medications. I see a doctor of Chinese medicine once in awhile when I feel the need. I've always taken very good care of my body and I eat "as close to the farm" as I can, sourcing food from local producers and cooking mostly at home. Exercise, rest, a spiritual connection and good people in one's life. That has been my prescription for myself over the course of my life and it's served me very well. Thank you for your superb research, your articles are a hugely important public service!

At 78, I follow virtually the same protocol/prescription as you, and have for nearly 40 years. Healthy, active, happy, unmedicated for anything, no worries, peaceful and contented. This is life without medical intervention and influence. I haven’t seen a doctor for an annual checkup in decades, and plan to keep it that way. I doubt I will make my exit in a hospital.

A kindred spirit you are! Well done, good woman!

Great article. I made mistake last year of going to GP here in UK. Now bombarded with pre diabetes texts. Nonsense. It is now seen as abnormal for a 60 something to declare not on any medications! Bonkers batshit Britain.

Liz's avatar

Hi, also UK. Hubby went a month back with a swollen painful foot he couldn't put to the ground. Was told he had high blood pressure ( pain ???) and offered drugs, which he declined, so summoned a couple of days later for ecg, the blood test he thought was to test whether or not it was gout was a psa, which is higher than it should be 🙄 so she wants to refer him to a specialist and a mri scan. I got him to read the prostrate scam and hopefully he's not going ahead, the foot seems to be of less interest but is subsiding. This is annoying me far more than him I think 🙃

D Fenwick's avatar

Hi Yep keep looking for a problem and eventually find something or just make it up to keep you in the system. Clearly not interested in his foot. Hope it gets resolved.

Liz's avatar

Thanks, taken a bit by surprise, now stitched up with 2 other things, looks like we're on our own with the foot, otc meds didn't help. More research I guess

Darling Crimson's avatar

prepare your man a Epsom salts foot bath, have him put his feet in once or twice daily. 1 cup in large bowl room for both feet. see if this helps. Best to you both :)

Liz's avatar

But what's the incentive here? Do they get extra for testing etc?

Notsothoreau's avatar

I am on an inhaled steroid, so I asked for a Dexa scan. I'd already been told I had osteopenia. Sure enough, it showed the same. They offered Fosamax. I'd been offered that once and read the insert. I thought it was insane and threw it away. Told the nurse about the thigh bone fractures and said I wouldn't take it. She said "Aren't there any pills you will take?" I told her I read the inserts on every one.

Anon E. Mousse's avatar

This is wise no matter what your ultimate decisions might be.

Read the inserts. Ask questions.

Don't stop there.

Read your lab results. Do independent research on what they are measuring.

Find out if the colorful interpretations of the labs are valid (or not).

Then:

Go for a walk.

Have a nice supper.

Read a book.

Sleep soundly.

Repeat for so long as life brings you joy.

I don’t rely on Medicare and the local clinic i also work with Leading Edge clinic. It’s nice to have nurses that don’t think I’m crazy. And I can ask about natural treatments and get good answers. They want me to be healthy.

yantra's avatar

right on. they think you must comply and that, anyway, any "side effects" are rare. ha!

Crixcyon's avatar

..."He walked into the clinic healthy. He will walk out a patient."...this is why at age 76, I refuse to engage with the medical mafia. It could never in a million years figure out what health really is. It is the absence of all the toxic poisons the monsters of medicine rely upon as well as living without as many toxic sources as possible.

You are born pristine. As you age, even on day one (starting with vaccines), you accumulate toxins and poisons that the body needs to get rid of. Sometimes it does quite well at eliminating these horrid things. Other times, they begin to accumulate and that is what results in illness and diseases. The answer is not to add anything, but to subtract out the sources of the toxins and give the body a chance to recapture its pristine conditions it began with.

The medical system is the exact opposite. It seeks to destroy life for a profit and it galls me that millions of its employees are so brainwashed and have no clue of the damage they do...even the ultra smart doctors who in reality are dumber than a donut.

Come what may, I’m not going to let some ghoul in a white coat strip-mine the resources I have preserved for my children and grandchildren, especially when the end result will be no more than a few extra weeks of life spent wishing I would die anyway.

I live to serve my family. When that mission comes to its conclusion, I will be happy to move on, even though the transition may be uncomfortable. I have absolute assurance that, until that time comes, I will be fine without doctors.

The last time I saw a doctor was due to an open fracture in my lower arm: both bones. Fortunately, they ignored the EKG which is ALWAYS abnormal and I left with just two prescriptions: an antibiotic because this was an open fracture and pain, which I did not take. After a few sessions with a therapist to restore motion to my wrist, I never went back and haven't been back.

Now I do the same with my dog: trauma, blood draws for a requested test, like Vit D, imaging or an acute condition which my gut tells me is serious. While the dog is frustrating, using Chinese medicine led me to treating my little annoying things and my dog's with the same thing as the causes are identical: HPA axis dysfunction but for different reasons: mine the issue is menopause and his is genital mutilation: I like others bought into the cancer thing and realized I made a mistake buying a male big dog (a Labrador); so I neutered him. Neutering, I reasoned would decrease his strength by roughly 15% which it did, but I found out the endocrine causes later.

Long story short: neither one of us will go to a doctor unless the doctor is a homeopath.

My medical skepticism began with my mother. She was the poster child for everything you write here. She trusted her doctors and continued to go see them even when she started to have troubling side effects. When the doctors couldn’t fix all that was going wrong inside her, she assumed that the doctors just couldn’t be bothered to deal with a patient who didn’t fit neatly within a diagnosis. She never considered that it was the system itself that was failing her. She had so, so many diagnoses and treatments but the one that pushed her off a cliff was when, after diagnosing her with whooping cough, a doctor then gave her the pertussis vaccine. That, I believe , was the fatal blow. A year later, she was dead, after enduring suffering that I would not wish on my worst enemy. She was in so much agony that she would call me begging to leave a handgun at her side or to convince the doctors to put her on hospice so she could have a morphine drip. But she didn’t have a terminal diagnosis so there was nothing they could or would to. Her blood work was fine so they told her it was all in her head. I could write pages and pages about what she went through.

She died in the hospital. She had started having seizures so they put her on a fentanyl drip, intubated her, and stuck a tube in her rectum and a catheter in her urethra. When they finally decided to try to remove the ventilator, her airway was so swollen that they were planning to perform a tracheotomy. This is when my dad, finally said”enough.” The ventilator was removed. We sat helpless as she gasped for air. For hours. She finally settled down. She lingered for another week before finally passing on. This is modern medicine. It is, in a word, horrific.

An absolutely brilliant analysis of what has become the medical industrial complex. Doctors no longer follow a directive of healing but one of pharmaceutical dependence. The drugs do not heal but mask symptoms. The doctor does not search for the source of the ailments to help heal the patient but ways to cover up the symptoms which cause more symptoms.

Sadly the general public has involuntarily consented in agreement through fear. A classic example that everyone who is honest can relate to is the Covid pandemic and vaccine. Fear based vaccine protocol that has caused more harm than the illness. Was Covid a pandemic of gigantic proportions? Look up the death statistics for every year prior and you will find the average death rates from the flu were the same if not greater than the death rates from the so called Covid pandemic. The only pandemic was a psychological one inflicted on the masses from the pharmaceutical industry and ignorantly sustained through the medical industry who have bought into big pharma unilaterally without question.

Fear based medicine is not healing.

Both my parents are entrenched in this system. It is heart wrenching watching their deterioration.

My mother is newly diagnosed with mild Alzheimer's. She's been complaining of poor memory for years. I managed to get her off statins for 3 months about 10 years ago and her memory improved and she felt better. The doctor used fear tactics to get her back on the medication. She also developed peripheral neuropathy (another side effect).

My father, in a nursing home, has a list of comorbidities as long as your arm. The administration is up to date with the advanced care plan and it is reviewed every few years. The main thing is "do not resuscitate" but this will only come into play if there is a heart attack, which in his case is unlikely as his heart is the strongest part of his body. He does suffer from a compromised immune system because of all the drugs that are pumped into him. I'm at a complete loss. I feel all I can do is wait for the deterioration to become final.

I do have the joy of treating a few 80 something clients in my practice, who are medical skeptics. One fellow, in order to pass his medical to keep his Heavy Machinery License at 80 (he's a farmer and they never retire), put himself on a strict carnivore diet for 3 months before the blood tests to be sure to have his blood sugar normal!

I have been a holistic creature most of my life and have pushed back on the pill empire with all my might many times, I have a disabled wife who through her journey has taught me what kind of madness goes on inside this industry. This article should be read to high school class across America, we need to know to beware, research and don't take everything at face value. The plandemic was a perfect example of the power of this piece. They are spell makers and want you to question your own mind and give in until you become their slave, I say no thanks. We truly are living in a fake world.

It is easy to see why the medical system is the way it is...it accounts for 19% of the economy (US). That means millions of jobs, incomes, benefits, trillions in profits and billions in taxes collected. To derail that runaway train would severely cripple the economy.

MEDICURSE INC. indeed! an excellent analysis!

Thank God you put this into words, very GOOD words. I realized in about 2021 what was happening, and managed to extricate myself. Like a frog half in and half out of the SNAKE’s mouth. God bless the truth tellers.

Luc Lelievre's avatar

This is unfortunate... and it’s actually what I’m dealing with.

STH's avatar

At 64 I haven’t seen a GP since 2020. I go to a naturopath to get bloodwork done. I do take thyroid meds and bio identical hormones. I’m fine with my highish cholesterol numbers as I know how important cholesterol is. I’ve declined a dexa scan numerous times. Why take a scan with radiation if I’ll never take a damaging drug for osteoporosis anyway? Plus I lift weights 2-3 days a week. And golf or do light cardio 3-4 days a week. The older I get the less likely I am to do anything they recommend. I feel good so 🤷‍♀️

yantra's avatar

i don't even get "bloodwork" done anymore. why give away my life force and genetic blueprint to whomever is the highest bidder for that precious substance?

Susie's avatar

It seems medical staff takes a large quantity of blood from us. Don't they need just a few drops to conduct a lab test? Why fill up an entire tube?

To whom do they sell the remaining blood?

Devil worshippers need blood every day - they drink it and wipe it on their bodies. Are they the ones buying the blood?

Carol j's avatar

Finally! Somebody (you) wrote into words what one of my main concerns is: "..genetic blueprint to the highest bidder.."!!! Ever since I've had Medicare Supplemental, I've received numerous fecal analysis kits. I've received calls about submitting them, which I couldn't because I threw them into the trash! This all occurred after the global bio-hoax (I'd been on the "Insurance" for years without receiving such test kits).. All I could think of was SOMEBODY might possibly be trying to get my genetic blueprint or find out whether I'd had "Covid" or something equally nefarious. I thought, great, now I'm getting paranoid! I still threw said test kits away.

I haven't seen a doctor since the year the bio-weapon was launched. My weight is fine, I am blessed by God to have remained healthy, I walk & I eat as cleanly as possible. I have a great husband & wonderful friends & neighbors. I have followed Barbara O'Neill's recommended treatments with Castor Oil & A Midwestern Doctor's DMSO suggestions, each with success in treating this & that. I got a near infrared light for winter.

I watch others in my family who are faithful to doctors & who got the shots & it's scary-sad. I refuse to go that route. Like you, I am NOT giving my "lifeforce" to ANYBODY.. willingly! Thanks for the words about the genetic blueprint!

yantra's avatar

good point. you're probably perceptive, not paranoid. i hadn't even thought of the fecal occult blood tests - of course! - they keep sending me exhortations (which i ignore) to request a test kit, but don't send kits automatically. no way am i doing that test, first for the reason you mention, and because if they "found" something "suspicious", the next step is a colonoscopy, which i absolutely refuse - another hyped scam, and quite a dangerous one, too. me too on the IFR light when inside and dmso for this and that. also chlorine dioxide can be useful. my new name for their system is predatory medicine. no thanks.

STH's avatar

Because I can’t get my thyroid meds or hormones with out it. And I’m not ready to shrivel up like a little old lady yet!
