All of this crap ends up in the public water supply, too. People wonder why I am so freaky about the water I drink and bathe in. It’s because the chemicals and pharmaceuticals are not purified by our current methods from the municipal supplies. I would prefer to not absorb other’s excreted pharmaceuticals.
Chronic consumption of acetaminophen and chronic conditions of dehydration, cause crystallization of the drug in the kidneys, which is harmful and overtime results in reduced kidney function!
Most Doctors know nothing about healing. Which I’m sure you already know. They repeat what they’re told to say. I challenged my Mothers Doc. She knew less than me. I’m not a doc.
Most of this stuff has several other (very intentional) "side effects"... Chances are, so do the "natural" stuff... After all, the article acknowledges the existence of invented illnesses (e.g. "high cholesterol" is a symptom, not an illness, and "high blood pressure" has also been elevated to become a "condition"; a word that "doctors" use, when they don't know, don't want to know, or don't want to say the reasons behind it). Lots of invented illnesses are out there. Here are my favorites:
Yes, I'm wary of the supplement mentality. It's good to hear suggestions and stay open to the potential of any remedy, even a pharmaceutical, but some natural healing advocates are too prescriptive...too like doctors. Curiosity and personal experimentation are my ways.
Supplements have helped me get off antidepressants and treat BPH successfully; prescription medications did not help -- they hindered. I now raise most of our own organic food and medicinals, and I no longer need to purchase supplements. However, if I were ill, I would definitely consider supplements.
Yes, I know folk who are very neurotic about supplements and natural foods. A big part of most of our problems comes from our conditioned mind first. Change your mind!
Supplements are made by the same companies or their subsidiaries as the (sooner-or-later) lethal injections fraudulently labeled as "vaccines." Vaccinology itself is a sham.
"Vitamins" are basically industrial waste. Here is for "vitamin" D:
I understand exactly what’s meant here. I’ve lived through it all—and been deeply harmed by it as a human being. I’m now an old man with lasting damage from the prescriptions the white coats convinced me I needed over the years: antidepressants, proton pump inhibitors, statins, acetaminophen… you name it. It took me far too long to realize that many GPs were essentially salesmen for Big Pharma. They never deserved the trust I placed in them.
Again another post that should be mandatory reading in all high schools across the world. How many ways can society be under attack, let me count the ways. Such a crazy thought that all for the chase of the mighty dollar other humans are willing to come up with ways of eliminating others. Call me crazy but it seems to be a command has come down from the lower regions of the underworld to cull humankind. They have been keeping us down for so long and now is the time to begin to fight for our very existence. Great post and let's stay human as long as we can.
I have spent the last six months coming off my prescription meds and feel so much better for it. The joy of ditching statins was brilliant but the last pills I removed was my blood pressure meds. Although only a low dosage I increasingly became aware from stacks on here and my follow-up research why I didn't need them. Since stopping over the last month my BP has settled into its own rhythm with my body. I manage my mineral and nutrients intake and now would only consider seeing a western GP if I broke a bone - and even then I would consider my options.
We're living in a new Age of Faith, and its fanatical dogmas have captured even the most sensible minds. Question its sick, bizarre practices, and you pay a big social price. Soon, you'll pay more than a social price, if you haven't already.
Time to pay that price. Time to lose friends, or at least strain friendships. Be the oddity, the refusnik, the outcast. While staying polite, be indiscreet, be the ratbag. There is no other way.
I don't know how brave I'll have to be, I don't know how brave I can be. I don't know if I'll wilt at the first solid threat to income or well-being. During the lockdowns I shopped with a mask because I thought it was no price to pay, especially when I was seldom in town. I knew it was nonsense, and that, even if viruses were real, keeping them out with a mask is like trying to keep out mosquitoes with a barbed wire fence. So I can't be all that brave.
I'm about to find out more about me. And there is no other way right now but the way of the outcast.
The Great Poisoning - Catherine Austin Fitts spoke of it over a decade ago. It’s real but the masses still put their lives in the hands of pharma. Terrifying.
No drugs, not even OTC. A tiny bit of baking soda takes care of any acid reflux, I never get a headache worth thinking about, not depressed unless I fail to ignore the MSM, never any statins...I'll use hot cayenne tincture and hawthorn root and nattokinase and haven't had a cold in quite a while and then I let it run its course pretty much. Big pharma can go suck an alligator tail.
Thanks for this. I explained the Tylenol study to my former roommate. She was on too many prescriptions to fully comprehend the information. Oh the irony.
Well written! I believe the combination of statin drugs, acetaminophen, and alcohol taken daily creates much of the ill health that seniors experience. The key nutrients that are depleted by chronic consumption of some of the drugs are coenzyme Q 10 vitamin D, which is essentially low in the majority of Americans and depletion of glutathione with the chronic consumption of acetaminophen, which, of course is also Tylenol.. what is not mentioned is that over 50% of all the liver transplants that are done in the USA are caused by chronic consumption of acetaminophen because the the glutathione that is essential for hepatic health is destroyed. Overdosing with acetaminophen results in over 100,000 ER visits a year and the antidote is an IV of NAC, which is a precursor to glutathione.
The negative impact of chronic consumption of Tylenol is detailed in my soon to be released book entitled: Seven Innocents and the Tylenol trail of death. Copyright! Much of the great harm has been known for 30 years and little action has been taken by the FDA to reduce the risks of ill health and death from overdosing on acetaminophen. The book discusses the FBI’s pursuit of the Tylenol cyanide killer, which has gone down the wrong path as well as the great influence that drug companies have in manipulating the FDA and a regulatory agencies to their benefit. The fourth key nutrients that should be mentioned is magnesium and should be standard procedure that all four of these be tested for deficiency in all mothers to be, and it is not done.!
A good summary of toxins pushed as medications affecting the brain. Of course, each of these toxins cause additional harm, too... After all, pharmakeia imitates natural substances.
Please, notice that "natural" is not necessarily good, especially if the "treatment" follows the current fraudulent allopathic paradigm...
In the UK, from about 1900 to 1950, it was common for prophilactic cod-liver oil and laxatives to be given to children, as well as extracts such as syrup of figs, rosehip syrup, and blackcurrant cordial...And for what ?
I was prescribed Benadryl as a young kid for really bad reactions to insect bites. Took it daily over each summer, while it was still a prescription.
I had no idea it was so dangerous.
Now I'm 67 and until reading this take it on and off over the summer - again to help with the extreme reaction I have to bug bites.
I've taken it 186 times in past 30 months - luckily not daily or for a total of 3 years.
I just threw the bottle in the trash.
Thanks for this important information - I'm fortunate that other than aspirin that is the only "drug" I take. I am not on anything else and never have been.
I'm a daily maintenance dose of MMS consumer and use DMSO for any sort of other concerns.
I'm hoping the MMS will offset any risk I've incurred from the Benadryl.
Acetaminophen/ tylenol / paracetamol is not just bad for empathy but is extremely toxic to the liver.
How the fk is it still over the counter???
I'm surprised Sayer Ji didn't mention that! Many doctors either don't know or are cowards to say so.
Aspirin is another alternative that is very safe and has its own benefits.

You've outdone yourself- again.
Beyond the superb content this one deserves five stars just for the title.

The divergents must find each other and band together.
A well trodden path by many .
I pray for us all when that time comes. I know it will.

Empathy can be erased without chemicals. Just look at how Israelis view Palestinians in their own land or the Goyim.

Which only a few seem to notice...
One of the most important posts I’ve read anywhere.
I nearly bled to death from taking Bayer aspirin post heart surgery and have since gotten off atorvastatin and valsartan.
I am already using some of your alternative suggestions and will seek out more. Thanks again for these literally life saving insights and information
It's so easy...pop a pill, or capsule...
