Such good information, so very true, we are being treated as machines needing constant repairing because what we are being fed is putting us in disrepair. So sickening, so demonic, God gave us perfect bodies to carry children perfectly, creation beautiful and the medical industrial complex is demonically tearing God’s creation apart! Sorcery! Pharmakeia! all Satanic
I have to thank you for writing this, even though it is just so awful and unthinkable to me that reading it was difficult. I don't understand where the moral compass and solid intuition of women has gone that they would even consider consenting to any of this nonsense. They wheeled a fetal monitor into the room when I was in labor, and I turned on them with a fury that drove them out and they never came back. I also had a midwife preside at the birth of my healthy son.
“ false positive rate for food allergy testing in children without clear reactions is astronomical—up to 50-60% for many foods. The tests detect IgE antibodies that might mean nothing clinically. Your child who's been eating eggs fine for years tests "positive" for egg allergy. Now you're eliminating foods they've never reacted to because a test says they're allergic.”
And, the immunotherapy injection push. No one talks about the adjuvants in those immunotherapy serums and the doctors don’t explain allergy shots well at all and don’t talk of a child who has been given three shots a week for two years straight, and if there’s any risk factors involved in that. No one discusses that montelukast an allergy drug has a black box warning for suicidal ideation. What about dysautonomia ? Pots etc? Allergic reactions to immunotherapy ?
When you pursue questions, they say oh they will not develop further allergies, etc, or we think your child has asthma and allergies , instead of possible interstitial inflammation that might be causing them to have asthma like reactions, like those suffering w lupus. Vitamins are not suggested, they can’t talk about dyes because there’s no way to test for reactions to non- vegetable dyes.
Everything is built toward profit engineering and nobody including the esteemed allergists seem to know anything. Primary care and pediatricians give m prescriptions for therapies and vaccinations. PoTS clinics are ramping up and if you talk to peers and parents, everybody has an allergy now. And, I think we think that makes our allergy kids significant, but it’s actually now run-of-the-mill .When is the last time you had a really good conversation with your pediatrician or primary care physician who has about 15 minutes to see you?
And, since most docs are paying off medical school loans, late into middle age, they are unlikely to tell you anything beneficial, as such, as they have to pay their mortgage as well.
I would call my first birth traumatic. The first part was peaceful. I labored at home from 1am-5am with contractions that started right after my water broke and were 2-3 mins apart. Went to the birth center at 5am labored there until 1:30 when I was transferred by ambulance (unnecessary but we didn’t know that at the time) the stress slowed my contractions. Got an epidural and my contractions spaced out to every 10-15 mins. A few things were tried and then I was given Pitocin and eventually ended up with a vacuum assisted delivery, tearing, a postpartum hemorrhage and felt disconnected from my infant for days. He was nearly 11 lbs. I was told I probably had gestational diabetes and nurses drew blood from my son every 2 hours. After researching and talking with other moms, midwives and OBs I know what parts of the birth were “normal” and how to advocate for myself better this time.
I had my children in Israel in the 70s. I still remember how the baby's hearing was tested. The nurse stood behind him and clapped. I also remember being about 10 years old and reading about the thalidimide babies born with webs instead of feet, no hands ?..
Haven’t read the whole article yet. But had a thought. There is a nuchal translucency test by ultrasound that is oferred instead of amnio. It is done at 12 weeks. I wonder if focusing ultrasound intensely on a narrow part of the neck could interrupt or interact w vagus nerve development? That could cause digestive issues which also are associated with adhd, dyslexia and autism.
Thank u so much there is some truth here , but you really need to sit in a deposition and a trial . Guidelines / labor management regulations, are in place for a reason sadly . These protocols are dictated by the ACOG . Let’s talk about the real problems that started all this .
Still a bit cryptic, but I gather you mean by insurance companies. If not, who makes these "guidelines?" I had the same midwife preside at the births of my children, and my daughter also had a midwife, and I believe you can choose to sign a statement assuming an appropriate amount of risk.
I don’t know where you got your information for #58, progesterone therapy, but it certainly was not true in my case. I lost several children to miscarriage before I found a clinic that would treat me with natural progesterone. My progesterone levels were always low and no one knows why. The clinic I went to with my first pregnancies refused to provide shots and wouldn’t give me a reason. After finding my current clinic I went on to have 3 healthy children, all with natural, not synthetic, progesterone treatments. The shots only caused minor pain. I’m so grateful to my clinic for testing my progesterone levels and prescribing those shots. My children would have been miscarried in the first weeks of pregnancy without them.
I’m considering my first pregnancy at 45. If I get pregnant I will home birth. I will not be getting ultrasounds. I would reject any of these procedures listed. Unless I lose consciousness or something extreme during labor, I will not be seeking medical intervention. And I would never subject my baby to any of this nonsense.
However, this takes courage. There is so much fear we are subjected to and trained to abide by. Birthing and pregnancy done naturally is now an act of resistance and we are made to feel that it is risky and fraught with peril. Perhaps. But I’d rather trust my body and the baby to figure it out than endure the system in Thai country.
Stop all the sonograms and whatever else they do now.when I was in the hospital and an Arab woman was in our ward. She said itvwas easier having her 10 children

It’s unfortunate.

Blessings and appreciation from Sydney Australia.

Why don't you set out what those 'real problems' are, so we can talk about it?
Smiling out loud here.
Due to malpractice cases , guidelines have been made , some beneficial, some not so .

It would take hours of discussion, from a medical/ legal standpoint.
Yes, I don't doubt that. What a mess we're in.
