When I have patients who are seriously interested in important health issues, I point them your way and tell them to subscribe. It's a great idea, but what about the poor ostrich who emphatically states "I trust my doctor"? Sadly, there are a large number of individuals who would rather not make their own decisions.
Thank you so much. A couple years ago, I sent my (now ex) husband an amazing article on vaccines from substack. He complained that he couldn't read it, that he had to sign in. I said nonsense, just click the X asking you. It was feined incompetence. He has listened to me about the covid land flu vaccines for my kids, but my 9 year old daughter just had her yearly checkup, and they asked to give her guardesil. I said isn't it early? And not at this time. This guide you created is timely, and I hope i can convince him to decline. I want my children taking no more, but unfortunately it's may have to pick my battles. This vax is worth the fight.

So in principle, I can agree it is a good reframe to offer a second opinion, but those that are indoctrinated in a certain narrative will see that too for what they see it as, which is "outside of the consensus."

OMG, reading that jogged my memory about the plexiglass stupidity! I haven't seen that stuff up at supermarkets for years, now. I wonder, when did they get taken down? Because I don't remember that happening. They just weren't...there anymore? I sure remember them being put up, though, and how obtrusive they were...! But as if some hastily placed plexiglass was going to save the day from invisible germs?! :-D Ha ha ha! People never cease to amaze me with their idiocy.
Anyway, good old concentration camps. Put the people who question things in them. Or the old farts. Or the sick people. Or just people you don't like for whatever reason. All under the guise of 'for our own safety'. They're still toddling on in society (unless they're dead or maimed from too many jabs, I guess). They're still someone's friend. Someone's spouse. Someone's kid. Someone's boss. Someone's employee. They could be on the neighbourhood watch program. Part of your Union. Your school teacher. Or even someone you see on TV. You pass those types of people in the supermarket, at your kids' sports matches, on your way to work...and now they seem to be 'normal' humans again. But when the next zombie apocalypse happens, they'll be coming out of the woodwork again, in a frenzy, demanding heads roll!
There's something deeply amiss in society when people can write that sort of BS stuff up, demand we be executed, or at least incarcerated, and then, somehow, years later, we're all meant to pretend that things are back to...normal? Humans really are insane if they think ANY of this was, is, or will ever be normal!! And yet, studies show that there are always those types of pathological people in society. I guess many of them missed their calling as axe-wielding murderers, eh? They chose the 'softer' social option of hiding in the shadows and...wanting to put people in concentration camps instead. I don't know about you, but I can't see much of a difference!
Excellent idea, this "Second Opinion Guide". I will make use of it to help convince already captured folks in need of the help they refuse to embrace. This series could be an antidote to those who have ears but cannot hear. So far, I have been frustrated in my efforts to warn family members who have pre-concluded that "experts" licensed in their fields are to be trusted implicitly rather than trusting a competent family member or friend, despite overwhelming evidence that iatrogenic harm is rampant. One of my brothers claimed that "covid 19 vaccines saved (his) life", yet he aged 20 years overnight, his father-in-law- died of turbo cancer, his younger brother aged 20+ years prematurely, a sister-in-law has breast cancer, a sister died of breast cancer, and all of his wife's sibling are now grossly obese, and sick. All of these folk were "vaccinated" on the advice of his wife, who cares for old people as a Personal Support Worker, and all of her family were subsequently sickened after "vaccination". She considers herself to be "an expert in health care". I warned them all, to no avail. I gained banishment from family as a reward for diligence and honesty. Perhaps The Second Opinion Guide will be useful to converting them to a clearer understanding about what they are facing, going forward. It is apparent that real evidence matters not to them that are propagandized daily by government/bank/pharma owned media.
Oh this is gold! I personally find it to be very easy reading...but I've been a DC for 20+ years! For the average layperson, though, this will inevitably be too much for them, so maybe they can just read a few specific chapters as suggested early on....?

I still think, even with this fantastic resource on hand, most people will still choose to have ONE source of authority when it comes to their health: their medical doctor. So anything, even reasonable, unemotional and correct material, will not be tolerated by these people's brains! They're just not hard-wired to accept more than one command. And the worst part is that the command from their doc doesn't even have to be truthful.
You're absolutely correct of course but you will no doubt have noticed that The System is doing everything it can to deter from "second opinions" (aka informed consent or critical thinking).
It is breathtaking to realize and become educated to the misdirection & manipulation of so much of allopathic medicine.
A few days ago I had STEM cell procedures done on my shoulder & knee caused by a very old Army injury. During the procedures, tge doctor.& I had an interesting discussion of allopathic “medicine”.
The procedures cost me quite a bit, however I am in less pain than I have been in for a number of years.

This particular article hits close to home. Roughly 18 years ago, a lovely young lady that babysit on occasion for me was about to head off to university and her mother was insisting that she get the HPV series beforehand since “cervical cancer runs in their family”. I was not privy to the family history part, not that it would have mattered, when she approached me and asked if I would be giving this same vaccine series to my daughter (she was 5 at that time). I didn’t hesitate for a moment and answered with a resounding absolutely not. I went on to share that there’s no way to know the long term repercussions of this shot and no reason to vaccinate my non-sexually active 5 year old. That was the end of the conversation. She didn’t ask if she should take it or if I thought she should. Later that evening I received a scathing email from her mother berating me on breaking the sacred mother-daughter bonds. She said that I should not have given her daughter any answer at all, that I should have redirected her back to her mother. My sitter did indeed get the full series and fast forward to present day, she’s a huge advocate of vaccines. This still sits with me to this day. I wonder if I had handled her question with more thought and less passion, would it have at least sparked her critical thinking side, the one that had her come to me and ask her question in the first place, and prevented her from becoming an advocate of poisons? Today’s article would have been the perfect thing to share with her and perhaps she in turn, with her mother. Would it have made a difference? Maybe. Maybe not.

Just this morning I read my area of the UK leads the way in child vaccinations with the authorities heaping praise on the parents.
I hardly know what to say to this but it does show how painfully unaware and beyond reach most people are.
I find it acutely depressing and I’m not even a parent.
