Virology is sketchy. But we should also recall that many ancient sciences that moderns scoff at were also wrong....but mostly right.
Moderns, like autistic defintions and sometimes it is good to combat them, rather than play in them per se.
Virus as poison, toxin as thing, does not rule out contagion. Also, all medical science is sketchy in its presentation variously.
E. Coli is mostly harmless, as a bacteria. It's the toxins of their dead bodies that cause the real problems, so basically E. Coli isn't a violent bacteria. It's a dangerous corpse.
But Shiga toxins are effectively contagious through E. Coli.
One anti-virology alternative is human cells creating the negative information. Which may be similar in effect to "cancer". If human cells ARE what we now call viruses, then they may do most of the same things. And may be contagious.
None of that means viruses are real, but like many other sciences of old, it may be capturing a good chunk of the essence of the things.
I'd hesitate to rapidly throw away all considerations of virology without considering where it's "mysticism/ritual" turned out to be useful.
Giving someone garlic to ward off vampires, and them getting better, isn't really "wrong" even though it is wrong. The garlic chased away the fleas and functioned as an antibiotic. So it DID chase away the vampires.
However, when you get too obsessed with the vampire logic, you miss other things you shouldn't have.

Garlic is also a good source of sulfur - which has been known for donkeys years as having health benefits (think stinking natural springs where humans observed monkeys immersing themselves) - and sulfur is increasingly deficient in many agri-farmed soils. I think the point I was making is ... It's not just "clever" people like you and I who absolutely KNOW that vaccines are intentional poisons and always have been. All governments and organisations like the WHO also know ... obviously! If it is not a virus can you identify a "toxin" or "environmental condition" that causes measles and why once exposed to it you never catch measles again?

All vaccines contain two main sources of injury - the proteins that are used to formulate them, including the toxins (“viruses”) and the vehicle which frequently contains other common proteins like albumins (gluten allergy), egg proteins, soy, corn, casein (milk intolerance), etc. There are also “contaminants” and “adjuvants” such as toxic metals; and more recently with recombinant vaccines - DNA plasmids that transfect cells. The mRNA shots are even worse as they contain numerous toxic vectors. Now imagine a baby getting 70+ different shots. It is guaranteed that the baby will get anaphylactized to many commonly encountered proteins, and that a chronic inflammation/allergy will result. Anaphylaxis, being an intestinal reaction, is also tied to destruction of microbiome. Practically all chronic conditions, especially in children, can be linked to vaccine-induced anaphylaxis. Once a person is anaphylactized to food, it does not matter whether that food is organic, sustainably farmed or not. That food is permanently poisonous to that person. If it’s not immediately recognized, as most food allergies are not immediately identifiable; the gastrointestinal system and the microbiome get damaged or even destroyed. Damaged microbiome leads to a host of chronic diseases such as metabolic and autoimmune conditions, cancer and neurodegenerative conditions.
The pharmaceutical industry ran out of returns on investment some time around 2014 because of patents expiring on traditional drugs. So they all started moving in to the biologics which is all these proteins. Now the biologics patents are expiring, although it’s not as dramatic as the drugs because it takes a longer time to develop a biosimilar. So those revinues are going away a little slower than the drug revinues. But they’re all freaking out about that. The only major source of funding that they’ve had since 2017 is federal government, through the military, such as DARPA and BARDA; giving them contracts to mostly make these poisoning systems (*vaccines). By 2020 more than 50% of R&D funding was coming from BARDA; through these contracts where you don’t have to comply with pharmaceutical law. Well can you imagine if a private business has a choice ~ I can get free money from the government and don’t have to comply; or I have to raise money from private investors and have all kinds of compliance including FCC and pharmaceutical law. The answer is very simple. So they are all dropping normal programs and running into these military programs, because the government is dangling dollars infront of them. They will do anything and they don’t care. And a lot of the time these components are coming directly from the DOD for these mRNA vaccines and they don’t even know what they’re mixing but they’re doing it anyway. (*Unknown vaccine components were shipped out in drums from China, during the “pandemic”, and repackaged into vials without any analysis ~ as revealed by Pfizer QC whistleblower Melissa McAttee).
The NIH and FDA are front organizations that have no safety or efficacy standards for vaccines; and do not support criminal prosecution of manufacturers. They pretend to regulate biological products to maintain public confidence. Congress and federal agencies have not defined “vaccine” in measurable terms in any statute or regulation. The FDA “regulates” EUA countermeasures by certifying the fraud of military-made poisoning systems. This is legal because Congress passed laws that allow countermeasures to be adulterated (full of poison and undisclosed ingredients), misbranded and deployed without clinical trials. BARDA is creating a parallel, unregulated, unaccountable, liability free “pharmaceutical industry”; and is using pharmacies, clinics, and care facilities ~ including staff pimping “clinical trials” to unsuspecting grocery shoppers.
At the turn of the 20th century there were a lot of these gentlemen scientists who had independent financial means. Richet worked on various poisons which he called “virus”. The whole mythology of a virus being a particle was not there. It was understood that virus was something you injected to poison. In addition to early attempts at vaccination, he presided over the French Eugenics Society. He thought that black people were inferior. At that time, this was a fashionable conservative position in high society. The concern of these rich people was how do we prevent these poor classes, who are dirty (with infectious diseases) and inferior (involved in crime), from overbreeding? The goal of his research was to prevent epidemics and limit the reproduction of these dirty classes. Obviously now this is extended to all of us. Seems that the globalists now view us in the same way that they were viewing poor working classes. Anaphylaxis caused by vaccines is eugenics by inoculation. Vaccines have always been biological weapons for depopulation. The idea of self-poisoning (vaccination) as prevention of deadly diseases has an enormously powerful grip on society. Let’s recall that until very recently most of us thought virology and vaccinology were real scientific disciplines, but they turned out to be a hoax and a systematic poisoning exercise. Vaccines have never been regulated as pharmaceutical products because it is not possible to regulate intentional poisons as pharmaceuticals. Big pharma is funded by the military e.g. Moderna is mostly a storefront for the US government/ DOD pushing injectable poison under the false pretense of “public health”. It is in financial trouble because when you murder your most loyal customers, they stop coming back.
Summary: Anaphylaxis is anything from mild allergy to shock and is induced by vaccine injected proteins. Injecting ANY foreign protein, including foodstuffs that are “generally considered safe” is not safe. Bypassing the digestive tract creates a state of anaphylaxis, i.e. the body’s immune system goes haywire gets sensitized to the substance and starts attacking itself. This explains both historical “epidemics”, such as cholera and plague; and the current epidemic of chronic illness, obesity, neurodegeneration, and food allergies.
Viruses are not natural “seeds” of disease, randomly flying around. They are poisons - either natural toxins excreted by plants, bacteria and animals, or poisons made by people like Richet and now the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and big pharma. They do not transmit by air or casual contact.
It is apparent from Richet’s 100 year old research {Charles Richet 1850 -1935 Nobel Prize in Medicine “Anaphylaxis”} the thing to worry about with respect to “viruses/poisons” is an injection of biologics (proteins) for the 2nd time within the anaphylaxis window ~ after 20 days and lasting months or years. This can happen in nature from the 2nd bite of an animal/insect carrying some biological toxin (a low probability); or from what is now forced by government policy - from the needle wielded by a brainless money whore masquerading as a healthcare provider who is doing it for the 90th time in you or your child’s life “because science”.
The Biologics Control Act of 1902 was the Virus-Toxin Law. Early on, virus, toxin, antitoxin, serum and vaccine were used interchangeably, because the vaccinators knew they were formulating biological poisons. In 1902, Congress set up a central data-collection system for births, deaths, diseases and causes of death. False attribution of disease and death by communicable pathogens is the way public health officers drive fear of epidemics and push vaccines to prevent disease. Falsification of disease data is currently carried out at the CDC.
Richet alluded to vaccination being a failure from the start, because, instead of producing immunity it produced violent reactions or death from tiny amounts of toxin at the 2nd exposure. This happens in a random % of any population. e.g. anaphylaxis rates in cattle injected with anthrax serum: 10% became violently ill and many died.
It is not possible to tell who will react anaphylactically because it is not known who may be sensitized to biological substances. The healthcare establishment denies this, proclaiming all vaccines are “very safe”. This is not true, as becomes apparent when you read Richet’s work related to injecting biological substances, even benign ones like milk or albumins (derived from wheat and other cereals). Digesting a protein and injecting it directly into the blood stream are two entirely different things. For example, it is generally safe to ingest snake venom. However, a snake bite delivering the same venom into the blood stream is a very different story.
The second exposure in most of Richet’s experiments was by injection. However, with high enough sensitization by the first injection, anaphylaxis could result from environmental exposure or ingestion, depending on the degree of sensitization to the “allergen”. This explains peanut allergy, gluten allergy, soy allergy, etc. Things that didn’t exist before peanut oil, wheat albumins and other common food proteins became widely used in vaccines (claimed “generally safe” because it’s just food). Richet demonstrates that anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock and a variety of allergic reactions are all the same phenomenon, stemming from the same thing - a sensitizing exposure by proteins reaching the blood stream and bypassing normal digestion.
Most vaccines are delivered in at least 2 doses, separated by at least 21 days; to see if they induce severe anaphylaxis. Anaphylaxis is all allergic reactions and autoimmune disease, but these things are easy to deny as they take a while to manifest and are not immediately deadly. The industry has developed perfect gaslighting strategies: “genetic mutations”, “toxic food”, “stress”, “novel syndromes”, and even better - glorification of chronic illness via movies, advertising, non-profits and other economic activity feeding off vaccine-induced destruction of natural health. (*Even promoting vaccines to cure diseases caused by vaccines!) In the case of mRNA vaccines, they know that they are killing people with anaphylaxis, but since that is the goal of these military bioweapons, the shots continue to be pushed on the public.
Another interesting observation made by Richet is that white mice and some breeds of rats do not experience anaphylaxis. No wonder these animals are now the staple of pharmaceutical research!
It is impossible to design a safe vaccine, because it is impossible to predict anaphylactic reactions. Each individual is unique, a product of heredity and interactions with environment. Introduction of foreign, non-self proteins is an assault on this natural equilibrium and can only result in disaster.
Anaphylaxis explains both natural outbreaks of “contagious illness” in human history and chronic illness in modern western populations. Because normally people carry the plague bacteria and cholera bacteria in their intestines and it's no problem.(*But) When rats, lice and fleas were common, their bites carried proteins found in sewage. In effect bites were the equivalent of being "vaccinated"; and enough bites would cause an “epidemic” of the plague/smallpox/cholera etc. (*Thus testing sewage for “viruses” is just part of the nefarious vaccination agenda.)

Can any bioweapon be fairly promoted by a government officer as a safe and effective means of combating a (pretend) pandemic?

I think it’s important to understand the difference between legalized biological weapons, which includes all vaccines, and illegal biological weapons, under the terms of (and exemptions from) the main US domestic law criminalizing use of biological weapons (18 USC 175) and laws related to that one, including the Enhanced control of dangerous biological agents and toxins law or Biological Select Agents and Toxins/BSAT law (42 USC 262a).
The general public trying to understand what’s been revealed through Covid events, and courts handling cases, also need to assess the legitimacy of public officials, in the US and abroad, relying on the de facto HHS-PHS-FDA classification of Covid-19 vaccines as legal biological weapons, in making their public policy decisions to promote and use the products on the populations of their countries.
This point — whether Covid vaccines are legal biological weapons or illegal biological weapons — is a point on which my conclusions differ from the late Dr. Francis A. Boyle's conclusions and several other individuals' conclusions and public education and case strategies.
The issues relate to the inherent (unavoidable, intrinsic) toxicity, heterogeneity and instability of all biological material introduced into a living organism for whom the introduced biological material is foreign or non-self, and the intentionality of the legalized poisoning program known as vaccination campaigns, dating back to the early 20th century.
In other words, all vaccines are biological weapons, and they have all been legal biological weapons for as long as vaccination campaigns have been conducted...
There are no objective (able to be verified with valid tests, measurements, assays etc), applicable, or enforceable scientific or legal standards or definitions for the words or products (more properly understood as dynamic processes) “virus” and “vaccine” or for the descriptor words “safe” and “effective”.
There are no objective legal or scientific standards for the words, objects or events “communicable disease”, “communicable disease pathogen”, “epidemic” or “pandemic”.
As a result, any biological material can be classified as a communicable disease pathogen, virus or vaccine, and any biological material can be described as pathogenic, toxic, safe or effective, without violation of any laws about labeling, dosing, contamination, adulteration, or misbranding.
If a substance induces an immune response, it can accurately be described as toxic, pathogenic and effective, because the expected or anticipated effect of introducing foreign biological matter into a living organism is a process carried out by the body to respond to, dismantle, eliminate or excrete foreign matter: to detoxify.
That's the effect that has been induced by any poisoning act, whether the exposure has been dilute or concentrated in time and space; whether the effect is mild, moderate or severe; and whether the effect occurs at the subvisible, microscopic level, at the observable, symptomatic level (rash, coughing, fever, dizziness, paralysis, vomiting, diarrhea, organ failure) or at both subvisible and observable levels.
Biological products are exempt from evidentiary standards or criteria applied to other, non-biological drugs under drug manufacturing regulation systems.
The decisions about how to classify biological material are arbitrary, and political (i.e., the classifications are used to advance the goal of inducing public compliance with public policies).
Vaccination proponents, and proponents of communicable disease as caused by pathogenic viruses use probability-of-harm units derived from population-wide studies (for example, the amount of a product or series of product administration events that result in death to 50% of the test animals to whom the product or series is administered within a short time range), rather than mass, weight, volume, concentration or other objectively measurable physical units.
And they use surrogate endpoints such as antibody titres (another false measure) in animals (another layer of removal from human studies) as evidence of therapeutic benefit for humans, rather than objective clinical endpoints such as direct measures of how an individual human patient feels, functions or survives.
Because poisons and the proposed remedies or shields are the same basic substances — non-self biological materials that induce detoxification effects — the indicators for harm and benefit are the same, non-specific, probability-based units of measure.
The trick or crime is mostly in how the poisoners get the targeted victims to perceive the substances and confuse cause and effect relationships.
They get people to perceive a hypothetical substance, (an allegedly circulating, allegedly transmissible virus, observable only through the proxy of manipulated test kits) as a threat.
And they get people to perceive the alleged remedy, vaccines, which are actually threats, as a benefit, shield or treatment.
The Covid-19 pandemic, and all "vaccine-preventable disease" outbreak classifications were and are pretend, fabricated from manipulated diagnoses and disease classifications.
The products (vaccines) put forward as preventatives or remedies were and are not safe and not effective, from the point of view of common understanding of what safe and effective mean, which again, is not defined by objective scientific or legal criteria in biological product and communicable disease control law.
But the public presentation of the fake pandemic as real and as dangerous was legal, and the public presentation of vaccines/biological weapons as safe and effective was also legal, because there are no objective legal or scientific definitions or standards for those words, products and events.
Good targets for public education and litigation strategies are, in my view, the legal instruments and the lawmakers who legalize public policies executed through the holes made by intentional omission (from biological product and communicable disease control law) of legal provisions establishing objective, enforceable scientific and legal standards of evidence.
Some supporting evidence from US law, about the arbitrary dual legal classification of biological material/processes/bottled products as simultaneously biological weapons and licensed biological products:
SARS-CoV-2 is listed as a biological select agent or toxin subject to transportation and use restrictions, having been so classified by US-HHS as of November 2021, under the statute 42 USC 262a, which provides exemptions from 18 USC 175 (the biological weapons criminal law), through the implementing regulation for 42 USC 262a, which is 42 CFR 73.3. (86 FR 64075)
And it simultaneously is the biological material, the S-protein of which the mRNA vaccine product allegedly codes, for which US-FDA has provided a simulation of drug manufacturing regulation (relied upon by countries around the world through Mutual Recognition Agreements) in the form of legal EUA "authorizations" under 21 USC 360bbb (Dec.11,2020) and legal BLA license "approvals" under 42 USC 262 (Aug.23,2021), such that it can be legally introduced into interstate commerce and used on targets.

My estimate is the vaxx (various flavours) has killed 100 million people world wide, with some 6 billion damaged to a greater or lesser extent. And ZERO lived saved. You can't be injected with an intentional poison without being damaged. Guess my "estimate" doesn't count though, because it goes against the government (political) narrative. Ho hum ~ "Trust the science".
COVID was (and still is) a military grade psychological operation using data manipulation and lies ~
(1) The fake PCR “test” cannot test for viral infection. As stated by Kary Banks Mullis who won the Nobel Prize for the invention of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique: “no infection or illness can be accurately diagnosed with the PCR-RT.” Fraudulent PCR tests created “cases” (false positives) which were hyped by government controlled media to create fear.
(2) Death Certificate coding was changed from a peer-reviewed format to a rigged format that falsely elevated COVID numbers. Hospitals received more money for COVID diagnoses and treatments. People entering hospitals were labelled unvaccinated for the first two weeks even though most were vaccinated. {Mark Taliano} So-called “COVID deaths” included people who had tested positive before dying in completely unrelated ways e.g. traffic accident or homicide, i.e. death coding did not distinguish between dying “with” or “of” COVID. The litany of ways the COVID database was corrupted is endless.
(3) Asymptomatic (healthy people) were claimed to be COVID infection "carriers". This was disproved in a medical trial in China conducted on 10 million people in Wuhan. Not a single case of asymptomatic spread was found.
The explanation is that these injections are really more of the same mass poisoning, albeit a teensy bit more toxic, and the COVID Con was just another mundane, albeit amped up a tad, mass medical homicide/mass fraud event visited upon the public by their own governments at the behest of the financial oligarchs that run the show.
The false health emergency was used to impose censorship (persecution of truth-tellers), lock-downs, masks, social distancing, mandates and protocols; to destabilize the economic and social fabric of entire countries and coerce populations to take deadly COVID-19 “vaccines”.

Why aren’t more people questioning the No-Virus movement as controlled opposition then? I have been converted to the "yes, viruses exist but they are not the basic cause of you getting sick" viewpoint. Indeed, they may have a beneficial function, but I don't know exactly how that works for sure. And it doesn't matter to me all that much.

As I see it, the vast majority of the population loves the idea of invisible entities harboring themselves in people's bodies and making others sick, even dead. The issue here is most people refusing to take responsibility for a damn thing - it's always somebody or something "out there" and they are poor innocent little lambs. Used to be angry gods, evil spirits or some weird streak in the stars. Now, it's "viruses". People have not changed in a thousand years.

According to leading microbiology studies every microbial category has pro and anti versions. AND those can essentially switch function under the right circumstances.
So under modern microbiology, Pro-virals are the same sort of thing as Pro-biotics. Without bacteria we die.
We have viruses (maybe?), bacteria, and fungi all making us able to function, equally as important as our so called "human cells."
My question is exactly how we differentiate the essence of a thing. A rogue microbes grows outside it's useful parameters, causing the host body to lose resources to something not of use.

Your question touches on a philosophical point and has its place, but this is the same reasoning No-Virus proponents use to push their anti-science stance. They argue: What is a virus? There is some uncertainty in totality → Therefore, viruses don’t exist. Viruses cannot be 100% purified, therefore, they can't be isolated → Therefore, viruses don’t exist. But the question of their existence isn’t even up for debate for logically sound people—they exist.
The real discussion should focus on their origin, function, and relationship to the human body and other organisms. Science has begun to explore these questions, but mainstream media rarely reports on it. Ironically, No-Virus equates mainstream media with “the science,” when in reality, it’s anything but.
Because, there is so much we don't know. But, we can say that the explanation of viruses offers some seemingly effective methodology for dealing with things related to what we call viruses.
Saying "we know viruses exist" is like saying we know vampires exist.

Viruses, as a seperate thing of note, may not exist. Maybe they do, idk. But the methods for dealing with them (50-75% thereof) seem to be effective in dealing with the symptoms of what we call viral issues.
Those viral issues can be 1 or 10 different things, it doesnt matter if the prescription is the same. But it does matter if sometimes the prescription is different or could be better.

That sums it up very well. The phrase 'No virus' is a problem to many people without the qualification and explanation as you have set out. I say that it is the redefinition of virus, which sounds like 'via us', from poison to an alleged microscopic disease causing entity which is the problem.

One issue with ideologies becoming opposing of eachother, is that they hard seek the opposite.
Virology is sketchy. But we should also recall that many ancient sciences that moderns scoff at were also wrong....but mostly right.
Moderns, like autistic defintions and sometimes it is good to combat them, rather than play in them per se.
Virus as poison, toxin as thing, does not rule out contagion. Also, all medical science is sketchy in its presentation variously.
E. Coli is mostly harmless, as a bacteria. It's the toxins of their dead bodies that cause the real problems, so basically E. Coli isn't a violent bacteria. It's a dangerous corpse.
But Shiga toxins are effectively contagious through E. Coli.
One anti-virology alternative is human cells creating the negative information. Which may be similar in effect to "cancer". If human cells ARE what we now call viruses, then they may do most of the same things. And may be contagious.
None of that means viruses are real, but like many other sciences of old, it may be capturing a good chunk of the essence of the things.
I'd hesitate to rapidly throw away all considerations of virology without considering where it's "mysticism/ritual" turned out to be useful.
Giving someone garlic to ward off vampires, and them getting better, isn't really "wrong" even though it is wrong. The garlic chased away the fleas and functioned as an antibiotic. So it DID chase away the vampires.
However, when you get too obsessed with the vampire logic, you miss other things you shouldn't have.

Garlic is also a good source of sulfur - which has been known for donkeys years as having health benefits (think stinking natural springs where humans observed monkeys immersing themselves) - and sulfur is increasingly deficient in many agri-farmed soils. I randomly clicked on 4 of the trials quoted. None of them showed what the summary suggested. The ones I selected were flu or covid trials and post 1999.
So if they don't know how can they be so sure that it isn't a virus or something similar? Measles is an interesting case as it has a unique set of symptoms which are common to all sufferers (ie the spots) if they really want me to believe that it isn't caused by virus find out and explain what causes it and why it appears to be transmitted between individuals.

The pharmaceutical industry ran out of returns on investment some time around 2014 because of patents expiring on traditional drugs. So they all started moving in to the biologics which is all these proteins. Now the biologics patents are expiring, although it’s not as dramatic as the drugs because it takes a longer time to develop a biosimilar. So those revinues are going away a little slower than the drug revinues. But they’re all freaking out about that. The only major source of funding that they’ve had since 2017 is federal government, through the military, such as DARPA and BARDA; giving them contracts to mostly make these poisoning systems (*vaccines). By 2020 more than 50% of R&D funding was coming from BARDA; through these contracts where you don’t have to comply with pharmaceutical law. Well can you imagine if a private business has a choice ~ I can get free money from the government and don’t have to comply; or I have to raise money from private investors and have all kinds of compliance including FCC and pharmaceutical law. The answer is very simple. So they are all dropping normal programs and running into these military programs, because the government is dangling dollars infront of them. The NIH and FDA are front organizations that have no safety or efficacy standards for vaccines; and do not support criminal prosecution of manufacturers. At the turn of the 20th century there were a lot of these gentlemen scientists who had independent financial means. Richet worked on various poisons which he called “virus”. The whole mythology of a virus being a particle was not there. It was understood that virus was something you injected to poison. Anaphylaxis caused by vaccines is eugenics by inoculation. Vaccines have always been biological weapons for depopulation. The idea of self-poisoning (vaccination) as prevention of deadly diseases has an enormously powerful grip on society. Let’s recall that until very recently most of us thought virology and vaccinology were real scientific disciplines, but they turned out to be a hoax and a systematic poisoning exercise. Vaccines have never been regulated as pharmaceutical products because it is not possible to regulate intentional poisons as pharmaceuticals. Big pharma is funded by the military e.g. Moderna is mostly a storefront for the US government/ DOD pushing injectable poison under the false pretense of “public health”. It is in financial trouble because when you murder your most loyal customers, they stop coming back.
Summary: Anaphylaxis is anything from mild allergy to shock and is induced by vaccine injected proteins. Injecting ANY foreign protein, including foodstuffs that are “generally considered safe” is not safe. Bypassing the digestive tract creates a state of anaphylaxis, i.e. the body’s immune system goes haywire gets sensitized to the substance and starts attacking itself. This explains both historical “epidemics”, such as cholera and plague; and the current epidemic of chronic illness, obesity, neurodegeneration, and food allergies.
Viruses are not natural “seeds” of disease, randomly flying around. They are poisons - either natural toxins excreted by plants, bacteria and animals, or poisons made by people like Richet and now the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and big pharma. They do not transmit by air or casual contact.
It is apparent from Richet’s 100 year old research {Charles Richet 1850 -1935 Nobel Prize in Medicine “Anaphylaxis”} the thing to worry about with respect to “viruses/poisons” is an injection of biologics (proteins) for the 2nd time within the anaphylaxis window ~ after 20 days and lasting months or years. This can happen in nature from the 2nd bite of an animal/insect carrying some biological toxin (a low probability); or from what is now forced by government policy - from the needle wielded by a brainless money whore masquerading as a healthcare provider who is doing it for the 90th time in you or your child’s life “because science”.
The Biologics Control Act of 1902 was the Virus-Toxin Law. Early on, virus, toxin, antitoxin, serum and vaccine were used interchangeably, because the vaccinators knew they were formulating biological poisons. In 1902, Congress set up a central data-collection system for births, deaths, diseases and causes of death. False attribution of disease and death by communicable pathogens is the way public health officers drive fear of epidemics and push vaccines to prevent disease. Falsification of disease data is currently carried out at the CDC.
Richet alluded to vaccination being a failure from the start, because, instead of producing immunity it produced violent reactions or death from tiny amounts of toxin at the 2nd exposure. This happens in a random % of any population. e.g. anaphylaxis rates in cattle injected with anthrax serum: 10% became violently ill and many died.
It is not possible to tell who will react anaphylactically because it is not known who may be sensitized to biological substances. The healthcare establishment denies this, proclaiming all vaccines are “very safe”. This is not true, as becomes apparent when you read Richet’s work related to injecting biological substances, even benign ones like milk or albumins (derived from wheat and other cereals). Digesting a protein and injecting it directly into the blood stream are two entirely different things. For example, it is generally safe to ingest snake venom. However, a snake bite delivering the same venom into the blood stream is a very different story.
The second exposure in most of Richet’s experiments was by injection. However, with high enough sensitization by the first injection, anaphylaxis could result from environmental exposure or ingestion, depending on the degree of sensitization to the “allergen”. This explains peanut allergy, gluten allergy, soy allergy, etc. Things that didn’t exist before peanut oil, wheat albumins and other common food proteins became widely used in vaccines (claimed “generally safe” because it’s just food). Richet demonstrates that anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock and a variety of allergic reactions are all the same phenomenon, stemming from the same thing - a sensitizing exposure by proteins reaching the blood stream and bypassing normal digestion.
Most vaccines are delivered in at least 2 doses, separated by at least 21 days; to see if they induce severe anaphylaxis. Anaphylaxis is all allergic reactions and autoimmune disease, but these things are easy to deny as they take a while to manifest and are not immediately deadly. The industry has developed perfect gaslighting strategies: “genetic mutations”, “toxic food”, “stress”, “novel syndromes”, and even better - glorification of chronic illness via movies, advertising, non-profits and other economic activity feeding off vaccine-induced destruction of natural health. (*Even promoting vaccines to cure diseases caused by vaccines!) In the case of mRNA vaccines, they know that they are killing people with anaphylaxis, but since that is the goal of these military bioweapons, the shots continue to be pushed on the public.
Another interesting observation made by Richet is that white mice and some breeds of rats do not experience anaphylaxis. No wonder these animals are now the staple of pharmaceutical research!
It is impossible to design a safe vaccine, because it is impossible to predict anaphylactic reactions. Each individual is unique, a product of heredity and interactions with environment. Introduction of foreign, non-self proteins is an assault on this natural equilibrium and can only result in disaster.
Anaphylaxis explains both natural outbreaks of “contagious illness” in human history and chronic illness in modern western populations. Because normally people carry the plague bacteria and cholera bacteria in their intestines and it's no problem.(*But) When rats, lice and fleas were common, their bites carried proteins found in sewage. I think it’s important to understand the difference between legalized biological weapons, which includes all vaccines, and illegal biological weapons, under the terms of (and exemptions from) the main US domestic law criminalizing use of biological weapons (18 USC 175) and laws related to that one, including the Enhanced control of dangerous biological agents and toxins law or Biological Select Agents and Toxins/BSAT law (42 USC 262a).
The general public trying to understand what’s been revealed through Covid events, and courts handling cases, also need to assess the legitimacy of public officials, in the US and abroad, relying on the de facto HHS-PHS-FDA classification of Covid-19 vaccines as legal biological weapons, in making their public policy decisions to promote and use the products on the populations of their countries.
This point — whether Covid vaccines are legal biological weapons or illegal biological weapons — is a point on which my conclusions differ from the late Dr. Francis A. Boyle's conclusions and several other individuals' conclusions and public education and case strategies.
The issues relate to the inherent (unavoidable, intrinsic) toxicity, heterogeneity and instability of all biological material introduced into a living organism for whom the introduced biological material is foreign or non-self, and the intentionality of the legalized poisoning program known as vaccination campaigns, dating back to the early 20th century.

There are no objective (able to be verified with valid tests, measurements, assays etc), applicable, or enforceable scientific or legal standards or definitions for the words or products (more properly understood as dynamic processes) “virus” and “vaccine” or for the descriptor words “safe” and “effective”.
There are no objective legal or scientific standards for the words, objects or events “communicable disease”, “communicable disease pathogen”, “epidemic” or “pandemic”.
As a result, any biological material can be classified as a communicable disease pathogen, virus or vaccine, and any biological material can be described as pathogenic, toxic, safe or effective, without violation of any laws about labeling, dosing, contamination, adulteration, or misbranding.
If a substance induces an immune response, it can accurately be described as toxic, pathogenic and effective, because the expected or anticipated effect of introducing foreign biological matter into a living organism is a process carried out by the body to respond to, dismantle, eliminate or excrete foreign matter: to detoxify.
That's the effect that has been induced by any poisoning act, whether the exposure has been dilute or concentrated in time and space; whether the effect is mild, moderate or severe; and whether the effect occurs at the subvisible, microscopic level, at the observable, symptomatic level (rash, coughing, fever, dizziness, paralysis, vomiting, diarrhea, organ failure) or at both subvisible and observable levels.
Biological products are exempt from evidentiary standards or criteria applied to other, non-biological drugs under drug manufacturing regulation systems.
The decisions about how to classify biological material are arbitrary, and political (i.e., the classifications are used to advance the goal of inducing public compliance with public policies).
Vaccination proponents, and proponents of communicable disease as caused by pathogenic viruses use probability-of-harm units derived from population-wide studies (for example, the amount of a product or series of product administration events that result in death to 50% of the test animals to whom the product or series is administered within a short time range), rather than mass, weight, volume, concentration or other objectively measurable physical units.
And they use surrogate endpoints such as antibody titres (another false measure) in animals (another layer of removal from human studies) as evidence of therapeutic benefit for humans, rather than objective clinical endpoints such as direct measures of how an individual human patient feels, functions or survives.
Because poisons and the proposed remedies or shields are the same basic substances — non-self biological materials that induce detoxification effects — the indicators for harm and benefit are the same, non-specific, probability-based units of measure.
The trick or crime is mostly in how the poisoners get the targeted victims to perceive the substances and confuse cause and effect relationships.
They get people to perceive a hypothetical substance, (an allegedly circulating, allegedly transmissible virus, observable only through the proxy of manipulated test kits) as a threat.
And they get people to perceive the alleged remedy, vaccines, which are actually threats, as a benefit, shield or treatment.
The Covid-19 pandemic, and all "vaccine-preventable disease" outbreak classifications were and are pretend, fabricated from manipulated diagnoses and disease classifications.
The products (vaccines) put forward as preventatives or remedies were and are not safe and not effective, from the point of view of common understanding of what safe and effective mean, which again, is not defined by objective scientific or legal criteria in biological product and communicable disease control law.
But the public presentation of the fake pandemic as real and as dangerous was legal, and the public presentation of vaccines/biological weapons as safe and effective was also legal, because there are no objective legal or scientific definitions or standards for those words, products and events.
Good targets for public education and litigation strategies are, in my view, the legal instruments and the lawmakers who legalize public policies executed through the holes made by intentional omission (from biological product and communicable disease control law) of legal provisions establishing objective, enforceable scientific and legal standards of evidence.

COVID was (and still is) a military grade psychological operation using data manipulation and lies ~
(1) The fake PCR “test” cannot test for viral infection. As stated by Kary Banks Mullis who won the Nobel Prize for the invention of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique: “no infection or illness can be accurately diagnosed with the PCR-RT.” Fraudulent PCR tests created “cases” (false positives) which were hyped by government controlled media to create fear.
(2) Death Certificate coding was changed from a peer-reviewed format to a rigged format that falsely elevated COVID numbers. Hospitals received more money for COVID diagnoses and treatments. People entering hospitals were labelled unvaccinated for the first two weeks even though most were vaccinated. {Mark Taliano} So-called “COVID deaths” included people who had tested positive before dying in completely unrelated ways e.g. traffic accident or homicide, i.e. death coding did not distinguish between dying “with” or “of” COVID. The litany of ways the COVID database was corrupted is endless.
(3) Asymptomatic (healthy people) were claimed to be COVID infection "carriers". This was disproved in a medical trial in China conducted on 10 million people in Wuhan. Not a single case of asymptomatic spread was found.
The explanation is that these injections are really more of the same mass poisoning, albeit a teensy bit more toxic, and the COVID Con was just another mundane, albeit amped up a tad, mass medical homicide/mass fraud event visited upon the public by their own governments at the behest of the financial oligarchs that run the show.
The false health emergency was used to impose censorship (persecution of truth-tellers), lock-downs, masks, social distancing, mandates and protocols; to destabilize the economic and social fabric of entire countries and coerce populations to take deadly COVID-19 “vaccines”.

I have been converted to the "yes, viruses exist but they are not the basic cause of you getting sick" viewpoint. Indeed, they may have a beneficial function, but I don't know exactly how that works for sure. And it doesn't matter to me all that much.

As I see it, the vast majority of the population loves the idea of invisible entities harboring themselves in people's bodies and making others sick, even dead. Your question touches on a philosophical point and has its place, but this is the same reasoning No-Virus proponents use to push their anti-science stance. They argue: What is a virus? There is some uncertainty in totality → Therefore, viruses don’t exist. Viruses cannot be 100% purified, therefore, they can't be isolated → Therefore, viruses don’t exist. But the question of their existence isn’t even up for debate for logically sound people—they exist.
The real discussion should focus on their origin, function, and relationship to the human body and other organisms. Science has begun to explore these questions, but mainstream media rarely reports on it. Ironically, No-Virus equates mainstream media with “the science,” when in reality, it’s anything but.

I think the point I was making is ... It's not just "clever" people like you and I who absolutely KNOW that vaccines are intentional poisons and always have been. All governments and organisations like the WHO also know ... obviously! The medical-industrial complex is not an entity ("sheer power") on it's own, it a weapon in the arsenal of "The Deep State" (for want of a better name for the people who "run the show") ~ who are behind EVERYTHING that happens. Wars don't just break out, economies don't just collapse, and pandemics don't just happen. It's ALL scripted at the highest level. That is why there was "lock step" globally with push for COVID poisons. Which includes Russia, China and Western countries such as the USA and those in Europe and much of the rest of the world. Some African countries didn't get the memo and questioned the fraud. As a result, five African presidents mysteriously died in quick succession and were replaced by compliant puppets.
Hamas and Israel have been working closely together right from the start of the false flag operation which was intentionally designed to give Israel the excuse to genocide the Palestinian population, and ethnically cleanse Gaza (and the West Bank while we're are at it).

A "humanitarian" pause in the bombing directed at residential blocks of flats, churches, mosques, hospitals, refugee centres, safe zones etc IF it was for concern for the children of Gaza, would have been to allow food, water and tents/bedding etc to be distributed. Instead, to give half-starved, dehydrated children, living in filth, a dose of poison on top of everything else ~ is almost beyond comprehension. I call it out as EVIL ~pure and simple. Sorry I don't buy your "public health operations" sales pitch. Seems like a certain amount of cognitive dissonance on your part ~ having just supplied the link to your excellent article on the great POLIO HOAX!
