We love Sally, and interviewed her as well!

Many people we come across also become less electrically-sensitive, with less tinnitus and other symptoms once adopting a low-oxalate approach.

Oxalates are crystals which resonate with electromagnetic frequencies: https://romanshapoval.substack.com/p/emfdiet

I need to give credit to Paul and Amy Harding ND here - who first tried out this method and had success.

I appreciate this review. I’ve had a vague idea of oxalates but learned a lot. Have you done a deep dive into hypervitamin A? Seems to have a lot of similarities. Dr Garrett Smith has a huge body of information and a Love Your Liver detox program that has helped thousands of. Here is an excellent testimonial. https://x.com/chrisdevocht_/status/1776045683537289343?s=46&t=skMevAlemJuiw4D_hMfX4g

Somehow I’d missed it. Thanks for doing that. Listening to descriptions of both vitamin A toxicity and oxalate toxicity made me think that somehow there is some overlap.

I'm sorry but I usually like your articles but this is the same BS that they used about cholesterol causing blood clots and heart disease. I've known people and I personally have eaten all those "superfoods " and have never had kidney stones or even was unhealthy. People that get kidney stones usually drink a whole lot of soft drinks and eat junk food! Why do you use the same science that you condemn in your other articles?

Well, so much for my anti-inflammatory turmeric supplements for joint pain! Now I know why they didn't work...

Nobody ever mentions coffee. I can 100% attest to Folgers Columbia has changed significantly since the Scamdemic! I used to open a container and my husband from across the house would smell it! People who hate coffee love that open container smell! It does not taste the same. I remember during the Scamdemic coffee fields had a bad drought and caused it to rise in cost. However, it was never hard to get?! 🤔 Makes one wonder! Did they do what they do to everything else to mass produce quickly?! I buy Organic items when it's reasonable. Mainly because with all the chemtrails is ANYTHING really Organic?! They are coming at us every which way to Sunday so to believe they are not ruining Organic is silly. I also read an article that said Organic isn't not using pesticides...it's just using less. I guess just half poisoning us?! 🙄🥴🤪

I lean toward organic for grain products and produce that isn't going to be peeled. In non organic wheat products they use glyphosate as a dessicant within days of harvesting, no chance for it to wash off in rainwater.

For dairy I am undecided if organic is much better than conventional, I lean toward milk that doesn't have added vitamin D when I can get it. But I should be more picky about my milk since I drink 24 oz of homemade kefir daily.

D comes from the sun. Additives are poison

Jade Dixon's avatar

Exactly. Which is why it's practically criminal that it's so hard to get milk without added vitamin D.

Thank you 😊 I put the book in my cart. I am forever looking for a low oxalate diet. I used to eat tons of kale, beets, spinach. My kidney doctor said no way. This is what causes stones. The overbuilding of calcium in the body. There are 2 types of stones. I am a candidate for the calcium one, I got tested. Since I do low oxalate now, I do feel so much better. My osteoarthritis is under control. 😊👍🏻

Vitamin c has attained godlike status due to influencers, but it can also produce oxalates. The increase in the use of vitamin c, may be a reason for increased oxalate formation.

Sorry, but I've used high dose Vitamin C along with Magnesium to dissolve and get rid of my own kidney stones.

Mark.Kennard's avatar

That’s great, but that doesn’t mean that vitamin c cant act as an antioxidant or oxidant at different times and doesn’t mean they don’t produce oxalates under certain circumstances in certain people. Vitamin c is not a true antioxidant. If I take vitamin c it causes severe anaphylaxis so one persons experience does not mean everyone else is the same. Well done on using it to get rid of kidney stones but vitamin c can cause big problems in some people. Usually those with genetic mutations like mthfr which mean they have inefficient detox processes. What works for one person doesn’t mean it works for all people.

My go to for precautions is Dr. A: https://youtu.be/PxmPyYfWS98?si=ACp-4fnd5PrEqs5S. I have his textbook and would recommend watching all of his outside the paywall videos on Vitamin C. Leaving aside the form of Vitamin C (including Liposomal) its important to look at non only genetic factors but the co factors that Vitamin C needs during reduction. The cut off for anti oxidant pro oxidant isn't a razor sharp distinction, but Vitamin C is incredibly useful, assuming you've been appropriately screened by your practitioner.

Vitamin c causes anaphylaxis in me due to its detox effect and me having PMMA bone cement in my spinal column amongst the nerves. Anything with a detox effect just pulls more ions off the bone cement and into my bloodstream. This raises my tryptase levels and causes anaphylaxis. I have my own very experienced specialists in this field.

Hans Gruber Central Banker's avatar

Understood. Normally, however, when I see that study referenced (with very low doses) its referencing the "Vitamin C causes kidney stones" with no critical discernment. By way of note: I have seen Liposomal Vit C used in a relative with Stage 4 CKD with no ill effects, and no stones.

Mark.Kennard's avatar

It’s definitely something to be aware of then. Oxalates are drawn to the joints and can cause arthritis like pain. People need to be aware that the supplements they take are tailored to them, otherwise they could have big problems due to gene mutations like mthfr. Some with mthfr variants and implant allergy, have to flush all the vitamin c from their body, just to stay alive, so it’s very important that possible harm from vitamin c is considered, and not just given as a matter of course

I boil my spinach and broccoli exactly one minute before preparing.

One word: Lithotripsy, the receptionist handed me a glossy prospectus rolling her eyes, brain fog, when your on your knees in pain, you can't think about anything else. What cost $35,000.00, I give for free, as in stone free; Potassium Citrate, and you can ditch the red light, yellow light, green light diet

I stopped eating all plants. Went Carnivore. Healed all my problems. Plants really are trying to kill us..

I just heard Anthony William-Medical Medium addressing this topic. He claims it isn’t true regarding oxalates, but rather it’s a diet too high in acidifying foods that leach calcium from the bones.
