I have a daughter who has allergies. Never any history of allergies in either my family or her father's. I took her to a homeopath - a rather renowned one in our area (Toronto & points east of the city) when she was still a teen-ager (she's 44 now). He prescribed a homeopathic remedy that worked! No allergies that season. Decades pass. I finally realize my daughter has been vaccine-damaged & there is something about developing allergies to whatever is in the environment at the time a vaccine was administered. Makes sense to me. But. My daughter (like her father; we are divorced) adheres to conventional medical practice. Take a pill. Suppress symptoms. She has apparently completely suppressed the experience of success with homeopathy (though of course I've reminded her of it), & continues to suffer the allergy & won't go see a homeopath or naturopath (I know great ones!). I can't figure out the people who keep on trusting our pharmaceutical-driven "health" (sic) care system when it is clearly not helping them. Oh well. I did try, have tried. You can lead a horse to water, & all that...
I always wonder that so few injection enthusiasts understand what adjuvants do in vaccine formulations. They say "yes it makes them fully effective" by provoking a response from the body. But a response to WHAT exactly? The assumption is that it will be limited to the killed virus, but there is absolutely no reason to believe it won't provoke a reaction to anything present in the bloodstream.
Our daughter got pressured at college to get the "free" HPV shot. Her mom and I *strongly* discouraged it. But what do we know, we're just some old hippies who don't understand or trust Modern Medical Science. After all, she was getting a biology degree, so she knew better. Within a month of the shot, she developed a neurological condition which was ultimately diagnosed as "fibromyalgia". (fairly rare in 20yo girls!) She does not connect it with the shot at all, and I am not a "told you so" kind of person. But still made us sad.
This is a key sentence. It is because kids have been taught that the elderly have no insight or experience of value. It is all part and parcel of the changes since WW2. Even if I can my daughter to think about some homeopathic stuff, he significant other says ' ah bunch of crap'. I get it about never saying I told you so. I never will either. It's coming to me as I type this comment that I keep being reminded of the Socratic method - which I see I need to employ vis-a-vis vaccines (& other health matters) with several people in my life! I'm a big believer in waving vaccine "inserts" in people's faces. One doesn't always get the opportunity (one doesn't always possess one! Please could you tell me who this homeopath is? My wife developed allergies in her teenage years that have persisted to this day. Any information you can assist us with is greatly appreciated..
Golly, I'm sorry to hear he has gone. He was so very highly regarded. I went once to a h-path in Uxbridge, but can't remember his name. I'll dig it up & come back with it. (not sure whether Uxbridge is a convenient location for you?)
I started suffering from hay fever as a teenager, which progressively worsened until it was almost debilitating in my early 20's. The attacks would tire me out and this would inevitably affect my mood. I took whatever was the conventional hay fever medicine at the time. Later, I took a daily dose of loratadine and then des-loratadine, both of which did alleviate symptoms. I didn't notice any side effects of the medication. However, the first dozen years of my life, I wasn't allergic to anything so I link the onset of this allergy to the Rubella injection that was mandated by the school I was attending in my early teens.
In my late teens, I noticed that drinking milk would worsen hay fever symptoms and drinking orange juice would alleviate symptoms. I explored other dietary effects and found that eggs would also trigger hay fever. So I began to avoid wheat, egg and dairy products. I also eliminated foods with chemical additives, reduced stress levels and improved my sleep routine. Exposure to air pollution would exacerbate symptoms so I moved out of London.
By taking an anti-histamine after breakfast, I was mostly able to prevent any attacks for several years. However, the breakthrough for me occurred when I started supplementing with Zinc. Not only did my hay fever symptoms lessen dramatically, I also found I was much less susceptible to colds and flu (whatever they are caused by) during winter months. Zinc supplementation meant I could stop taking any medication prophylactically.
Nowadays, I rarely suffer from hay fever and I only take Zinc when I feel the need. I am especially symptom-free when I am travelling abroad, which I put down to cleaner food overseas and less air pollution. Funnily enough, I don't worry about "asymptomatic" hay fever ;o)
I hope that helps. Anecdotal evidence is the beginning of the scientific method.
No if u read my comments they are all about doing your own research and understanding we are all different. It’s not pointing to you. Don’t be offended. U wrote a long shtick people may follow u without thinking. Gosh.
At 9 yo I started getting hay fever, particularly with allergic conjunctivitis. Over the years I took antihistamines & constantly used eye drops. By the time I was in my 30s I was having skin/itching flare ups to the point where doctors advised to take an antihistamine daily. I didn’t last on that recommendation as it dried me up excessively so I tried to cut back on some foods drank more water & took various supplements. This helped get my allergies back to seasonal rather than always. In my 40s I developed dry eye - super irritating & felt like I was going blind. The eye doctor put me on an expensive rx (restasis) to use daily - even during non allergy season because it took your eyes about 2 months to get used to it where it wouldn’t burn. I did this for several years & then came covid. My family started a daily regime of Viatamin D & a few other supplements (quercitin etc). It had to be within a year that I stopped using the prescription drops & eye drops all together. My allergies have reduced greatly - I would say I suffer less than 10% what I did in the past. I never take antihistamines, I no longer use nasal steroids & use eye drops maybe 20x in an entire year. I checked my D levels from a physical back in 2014 & it was 43 which they said was normal. Last time I had it checked & it was 90. The doctor freaked out & had a nurse call & say stop taking D - which of course I ignored. The medical establishment is ignorant about D as pharma doesn’t want word to get out so they keep acceptable levels low. In fact theyre instructed to inform you that insurance wont cover the vitamin D test - so I had to insist I would pay for it anyways (the cost ended up being a mere $25 not the hundreds I was led to assume). I also told my eye dr that I no longer needed the rx due to increasing my D levels. She asked how often I used over counter eye drops & I said very rarely. She was completely uninterested in this good news as her specialty was treating dry eye.
Dr Kalcker is full of confusion and contradictions here.
"Chlorine dioxide oxidizes histamine directly, neutralizing it at the molecular level—transformation, not suppression."
Same result. You're stopping a natural bodily process that uses histamine! Neither is good.
"Kalcker notes that antihistamines and steroids suppress what medicine calls the “immune system.” His observation: “Who protects the body when the immune system is compromised?” Chlorine dioxide acts as what he terms a “mercenary,” defending against bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms that exploit weakened defenses while addressing underlying chemistry.""
Ok, so now he talks like bacteria, fungi, etc "exploit" weakened defenses? Gosh, doesn't he sound like the same allopathic doctors that believe in killing off the bacteria etc that are THERE FOR A REASON. We don't need mercenary PRO OXIDANTS.
I'm open to tons of alternative treatments like DMSO, vitamin C, fenbenzadole, etc
but chlorine dioxide is a slash and burn kind of treatment!
A friend's daughter got very sick from it. High dose vitamin C saved her. You know why?
Chlorine dioxide is a strong OXIDANT which is not what we need to help our terrain.
do a dive with agent 113??///.....substack. see if you can find him/her. DMSO, that blue crap they are peddling, even vit c is all more chemicals, derivatives or left overs of other processes. rat poison = vit c.
never ever take what is written in these articles without doing more research. U cud poison yourself more....
They are very good almost always, although I have found one or two articles that made me raise an eyebrow or two a year ago, forget exactly what about. I've noticed that i have spring allergies in the pacific northwest and fall allergies in the Midwest. Mine might be thyroid related somehow as I first had them at 16 when I had some issues go on with my thyroid I think, although never went to a Dr at that time. I will say that vitamin C, which I tried to super dose a time or two, always causes extreme anger and agitation every time I try that so I just take a very small amount of vitamin c and so far no further issues. I do have a goiter now at 60. Don't ever take anything for the hay fever though. Just let it does what it does. Really like your sense of caution about supplements, etc. Too many jump in first without understanding all the potential ramifications, etc.
On substack....I listened to Agent31711 videos on vitamins...a lot of other stuff too. He/her is a bit out there but the way vitamins are made; the fact that most of the chemicals used to produce vit are from the same pharma companies that make drugs....well just say..I stopped all of this crap. I feel 100% better. No allergy attacks. Working on healing other things too.
Dr Nikki Lang has guided me on a few things as well. She has a few posts on substack too.
Amanda King but I can quite cosy up to some of her stuff. I'm a skeptic of pharma believers.
Read, watch, listen and learn. Decide for yourself. cheers
I am very skeptical of chlorine dioxide too. Combined with water (found throughout the digestive system and throughout the body), ClO2 becomes hydrochloric acid, its concentration being dependent on water availability. The stronger the concentration, the more damaging the oxidizing power of the acid. I believe that we are healthier when our bodies (apart from the stomach which uses acid to digest proteins) are more alkaline.
I never had allergies and then they started after a bought a house in 2016 and moved in. Mold? That was my initial thought, too. But I moved from an apartment where I was sleeping right next to a closet full of black mold. I noticed the allergies dissipate when I left town for three weeks, further leading me to believe it has something to do with the house.
Then I noticed that diet does seem to play a role. I started a diet limiting myself to practically only meat and vegetables, not even seasonings other than high quality salt. I noticed the allergies seriously lighten up. Fasting also helped. But as soon as I started eating poorly again, they came right back.
There're the triggers--dust, mold, dry air, etc.--then there's the things that cause a poor state of health/gut imbalance/oxidative stress--junk food, caffeine, marijuana, alcohol, stress, poor sleep quality.
Generally speaking, when my body is in a poor state of health overall, allergies are worse. I've heard of other people going to great lengths to limit diet and environmental exposures for even a slight bit of relief. But it seems not always to clear it all the way up. Perhaps because we're being continually re-exposed to toxicity in everything from food to hygiene supplies to the air we breathe, but I wonder if there isn't some way to fully eliminate them by way of a thorough gut healing or fasting.
I was intrigued by the Unbekoming post about Liver and allergies and the gallbladder flush. Anyone tried it? I'm scared to.
I could talk about this for hours. I have so many questions. Why does everyone have allergies these days? It hasn't always been like this, right? When did it start? If it's the environment, why do they affect some people and not others? If it's genes, why do they suddenly flip on? Seems like that would hold the answer to how we can turn them off again. Why does no one ask really important and obvious questions?
Many years ago, a friend's son developed a severe allergic reaction to peanuts. He was otherwise very healthy so it seemed very odd. Now with "COVID" behind us, it seems clear to me that his condition was possibly caused by childhood injections.
In my opinion, the reason no-one asks the really important and obvious questions is because the corporate world, especially Big Pharma and mass media, protect those who have huge financial interests in the vaccine industry. Vaccines are cheaply produced, have a global market of coerced populations, and are enabled or mandated by tyrannical governments. Plus there's full "legal immunity" for vaccine manufacturers if they cause harm - how ironic.
Adjuvants are a variety of chemicals that are added to all "vaccines" to stimulate stronger immune responses. Aluminum salts are commonly used adjuvants, replacing the older, more toxic mercury salts, such as Thimerosal. There are long lists of patented adjuvants available on the internet. A whole range of organic chemicals can also be added, such as aborted fetal cells, egg proteins, monkey cells, etc. including peanut oil!
No injection enthusiast has ever properly explained why adjuvants restrict their action specifically to the killed/weakened virus. I can't understand why they wouldn't just cause the body to attack anything currently present in the bloodstream, directly causing autoimmune problems, or allergies.
I eat fairly well, not an extremely good diet but decent. Never noticed it making a difference for my hay fever. Antihistamines helped only slightly, just enough to make it bearable. Taking vitamins seemed to help a little, and my favorite remedy is nettle tea. One cup and symptoms are gone sometimes for hours.
A friend of mine tried drinking goats kéfir for hay fever. Allegedly it worked as long as he kept on the kéfir but he got tired of it, stopped, and hay fever came back.
Nettle tea is good for many. Certainly can't hurt as long as you are not allergic to that strain of flower. Do your research. I for one, cannot take echinacea. It worsen my symptoms yet it is advertised as the be all....buyer beware.
I think vaccines are one of the primary causes of allergies. Vaccines were designed to cause anything from mild intolerance to anaphylaxis. Sasha Latypova has written extensively about this on her Substack. Vaccines cause peanut allergies, gluten allergies, allergies to various proteins, and allergies including allergies to animals. I think hay fever was included in this. Metals including aluminum and mercury increase reactions.
I believe it makes a difference whether a baby is breast or bottle fed. Dr Robert Reisinger was a veterinarian who discovered that breast fed humans and animals were somewhat protected from vaccines. He realized that the gut microbiome of non-breast-fed babies was very altered. Over 50 years ago he presented his findings about this as well as that vaccines caused SIDS. He was ignored of course. Hilary Butler wrote two books about this called "Just a Little Prick" and "From One Prick to Another." !!
One of the doctors I follow talks about unresolved assaults causing chronic inflammation. They can be physical, chemical, emotional, or energetic (electromagnetic). He treats his patients with olive oil and fish oils {I object to fish oils} to calm the inflammation as well as things to balance/tone the vagus nerve.
I think the vagus nerve and the sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system is key here. According to John Beaulieu, tuning forks can fix this. I'm working on it.
One of my sons has had hay fever since childhood. He's now intolerant to cats, dogs, and horses. He almost can't breathe around animals. It's odd because none of the rest of us have allergies to animals, and we've had pets all our lives. He also has sleep apnea. Probably related. He was a C-section delivery, which I suspect is a factor.
I discovered by accident the importance of hydration. It isn't drinking a gallon of water daily (or 8 glasses of fluoridated water). Hydration is water with minerals, especially electrolytes. Some say salt only. I think that is incorrect. In the olden days before Morton's, all salt was unrefined. Unrefined salt has 65-85 minerals in it. Ideally we would drink mineral-rich, chemical-free, magnetized water programmed by the Schumann resonances that has soaked up the sun and danced under the moon.
We get water through food, especially fruits and vegetables, as well as living near the ocean. Fermented foods are high in salt and vitamin C, creating a happier terrain/environment.
The next best way is to nebulize or mist salt water. This hydrates everything right now. The sinuses and lungs must be hydrated. Otherwise, the sinuses and lung terrain become deserts, altering what lives there and how we react to what is in the air. A big part of "covid" was dehydrated lungs made worse by oxygen. This set the person up for bacterial pneumonia.
EMFs are very dehydrating. What happens to liquid in a microwave oven? We're in a microwaved environment, and it's cooking us slowly.
I recently have come across information saying the skin sets the tone for the gut. I've thought it was the other way around, but this makes sense with what we're learning now. The skin must have natural light. Infrared light on the skin sets a bunch of things in motion including sulfate pathways and including the production of natural vitamin D (hormone) and melatonin. Melatonin is not just produced in the pineal. It's also produced in the gut. This doesn't happen without correct Light.
Oh yeah... Heating and Air conditioning. I typically have problems every fall. Last year I thought I'd clean the A/C vents. Big improvements. Whatever has collected there over the year needs to be cleaned out. For some reason heating is more problematic than cooling.
I never quite made the connection. As a child and young adult, allergies were something other people suffered. Then in my mid-30s, I too developed the symptoms. I was in a stressful job and, unfortunately, drinking a lot of coca-cola and other sharply acidic drinks. I just assumed that allergies were something which developed with age or something. I hated the way antihistamines made me feel. Claritin wasn't as awful, but after a while, my body told me to stop taking that too. I started doing saline nose flushes and that got rid of enough of the provocation that I was comfortable.
Only in the last decade did I learn that my body was way too acidic, due to all the causes you listed. Balancing my pH has done more to protect me from getting sick than just about anything else.
For years and years I was struggling with allergies, and in spring mostly when the birches were releasing their pollen. At some point in my life, unrelated to allergies by the way, I looked at my diet and decided I was going to clean up my act. Now, I can't say I am living 100% healthy foodwise, but at least from Mon-Fri. But, reading this article, I think it has helped resolve my allergies. I never understood why I suddenly didn't need antihistamines anymore. Not during the year, and surprisingly, not even in spring. So I now think it must have been my dietary changes.
No, I indeed don't eat them either :) But occasionally when I don't read the labels properly, I inadverntently eat soyflour in bread. So far I still react to it :(
Herbalists have long recognized hay fever as an overburdened, over-reactive system. I make an herbal tea to help people through. Some have reported being able to stop, or lesson how much they need to drink, so actually improving their situation. Chinese medicine sees hay fever as a weak kidney system, not liver. This jives with me as the main herb that helps people overcome allergies is a kidney herb (nettles).
In my first few years of learning about herbal medicines, I bought a book by a Chinese doctor about traditional medicine. I kind of assumed that it would be 80% about herbs, but I was surprised to find that it was in fact 90% about diet. For each condition: "eat more of this, less of that". Herbs played an important part, but only in combination with diet to help balance the body.
Alkaline water sits in your stomach waiting for ph level to balance,so not too good for you. Better to have living water, which is lemon squeeze into normal filtered water, coconut water and lots of juicy fruits. Many people who suffer from allergies use toxic products in their home and on their bodies, don't eat enough fruit and leafy greens and eat too many animal products and processed foods.
I've been taking DMSO daily for my swollen prostate and I realised this summer that I didn't seem to be suffering from hay fever. At first I thought perhaps the allergy effect was delayed for some reason but it never came. Instead of taking a daily anti-histamine pill I never had to take one. When I researched it, this is yet another DMSO remedy, so I 'm delighted with this.
I googled more after I bought a shit ton of it......now it sits in my cupboard.
Origin of DMSO
Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is derived from the processing of wood, particularly from softwood species like pine. It originates as a by-product in the paper-making industry.
Production Process
The production of DMSO involves several key steps:
Pulping Process: Wood chips are chemically treated to break down cellulose fibers, resulting in a by-product known as "black liquor."
Concentration and Recovery: The black liquor is concentrated, and then burned to produce "crude sulfate turpentine."
Distillation: This crude sulfate turpentine is distilled to extract dimethyl sulfide (DMS), which is a precursor to DMSO.
Oxidation: DMS is oxidized in an oxygen-rich environment to convert it into DMSO.
Purification: The raw DMSO undergoes purification to meet industry standards before packaging.
Chemical By-Products
The main chemical by-product in the production of DMSO is dimethyl sulfide (DMS), which is formed during the pulping process from lignin degradation. This DMS is then oxidized to produce DMSO.
Interesting. I suffer from it. Dust, heavy perfumes, scents from the dreaded cleaning aisle. I can control what I do for myself. Just not others. There are scent free products you can buy, but you can't control others or stores. No way could I drink a gallon of fluid. I do good to dtink the minium I'm required.
When I was younger I developed hayfever during the month of July until I was about 35 years old. I want to blame this on a vaccine injury. So for many years, I took chlorotripalon as a antihistamine. For many years, I would take one per day for a month and less if it were raining. over the years I took less and less until this day, now 67 I have no more allergies except for milk. During that time, I also had dandruff and now I don’t. In my mid 50s, I became lactose and gluten intolerant. After many years of suffering I visited a QRA in the US. and with supplements, I repaired my spleen, my adrenal glands and mud packed all my injuries from the past. Today, I do not take any supplements, but I do have a weekly coffee enema. Today, I can say I’m healthier now than I’ve ever been with only lactose as as a minor issue. QRA are Applied kinesiologist who find the injured organs. In turn they give the correct supplement until the issue is rectified. Heavy metals were also found in me. I visited every 6 months for two years until my health was completely restored. Praise the Lord.

Please could you tell me who this homeopath is? My wife developed allergies in her teenage years that have persisted to this day. Any information you can assist us with is greatly appreciated..
His name is Joe Kellerstein. Used to practice in Oshawa (out in Durham Region). & Toronto. Don't know if he still does.
Thank you Janet! Thank you.. May God bless you 🤍
edit: I found that he has passed on 30th July this year, but we will continue our search for his comrades or those like him.
Again, thank you..

Thank you Janet for going out of your way to help us.
Whether Uxbridge is a convenient location or not can't be helped, as there are not many genuine homeopath doctors who have the gift
Nigel MacGregor is a homeopath I can recommend. His Web site: https://www.macgregorhomeopathicmedicine.ca/

She was completely uninterested in this good news as her specialty was treating dry eye.
careful where your vit d comes from. if it is made from wool or rat poison.....you could be slow dosing your own poisoning. Just saying...
Thanks for your great work!
Exactly - the adjuvants inevitably cause allergies and auto-immune problems, including potentially fatal anaphylaxis.
Excellent post! You Rock 🥰🙏❤️
But I still have some food allergies unfortunately. I haven't been able to get rid of those.
Sea food is mine. Simple solve don't eat it. Fresh water no issue.
No, I indeed don't eat them either :) But occasionally when I don't read the labels properly, I inadverntently eat soyflour in bread. So far I still react to it :(
So far only seafood. We rarely eat out, and stick to ribs or steak.
They are still having radiactive shrimp issues.
Radioactive shrimp issues??? Where? I had never heard of that. Thankfully I never eat shrimp. That's one of my other allergies :)
When my son ate shrimp for the 1st time at 10 years old, his transformation at the dining table was immediate and frightening
He wasn't allergic to fish, he was allergic to mercury, after too many, too early mercury laced vaccines that i learned about too late.
Been on recall list about 2 weeks now. I follow the FDA recalls, it is worth the effort, not just food, products, and cars.

US and Japanese scientists win 2025 Nobel Prize in medicine for immune tolerance research.

Their discoveries relate to peripheral immune tolerance.
My seasonal allergies went away when I switched from a vegetarian diet to mostly carnivore/low-carb. (This change fixed SO many other things too.)
Perhaps you can share the name of the book or its author.
I get this more in the fall with the leaves and the mold and whatever else.....
