My generation intuitively knows this. We sweated out our fevers under quilts. We did the same for our children. But, somewhere along the way our children ignored all that.

They trust the doctors. They rush their children to the doctors for every little thing. They routinely rush them to the emergency room for the sniffles. They are encouraged to do this by their doctors. Doctors tell them to go to the emergency rooms because it now takes a month for a doctor’s appointment. So, go to the emergency room to cover all bases.

You can’t say anything to these kids because they know it all and us parents ain’t got a clue. We’re stupid and do not understand the science. They rush to vax out of fear and not wanting to look bad.

It’s very frustrating. It didn’t use to be like this.

So true. I’m in a health group with young mothers (I’m a new grandmother) who use catastrophic language often to describe their babies normal childhood illnesses. They’re “terrified” of sniffles and a 99 degree fever or getting measles a normal childhood illness on a regular basis. They cannot parent without their APPS recording every diaper, nap and ounce. It’s funny yet sad at the same time.

Yes. And no matter what you say about how people survived in the previous generations, they will call it uninformed, and unaware. No doubt, in their opinion, from all of lead that was everywhere in everything. I was, in fact, informed personally by one of the younger generation, that the fact that I did not know that the chicken pox I had back then caused many deaths was simply because I was uninformed Because of course, it was only slightly less worse than the plague.

Did you not notice what was happening to your children each day as they returned home from school? Do you not remember the tortuous stripping of your personal responsibility throughout your “schooling”?

I quit school in the seventh grade. Finally completed my education on my own. Did two years of college, that was all I could take. I also failed second and fifth grade because I skipped school those two grades. No one really cared. Not like today where the state is into everyone’s business. They enforce attendance for the money 💰

This is so incredibly right! And what the covid debacle has firmly proved is that medical institutions have now become the very last place to be should you be sick or suffering. Or, perhaps, they always were. Iatrogenesis--medical error leading to death induced by a physician’s words or therapy--had perennially been the third leading cause of death each year until covid. Then it simply disappeared. And the flu with a 99.7% recovery rate supposedly filled its place! This is, of course, complete nonsense. Further, the growing insanity of the medical system and the fecklessness of its practitioners--doctors, nurses (who still continue to vaccinate w/covid biotoxins)-- grows more obvious by the day. In fact, as a direct result of covid, Iatrogenesis, with great certainty, has now become the number one leading cause of death each year. And the lines of confirmation grow rapidly, via excess death statistics and the government's own VAERS--Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System--which had tallied 1.5 million adverse events, when I began writing my book--"A Derivative Life". This is a number greater than all vaccine adverse event for its 32 year history combined! And yet the covid vaccinations continue, wherein a prior vaccine or medicine would have been pulled with a fraction of a fraction of a fraction (to make a point) of this covid tally! Insanity? No, purpose, intent. Understand, there is great purpose to the culling and growing list of adverse events. Hospitals have resorted to becoming their own 'mortuaries', so to speak, when it comes to cremating newborns, who have died and are dying in ever greater numbers, no doubt, via covid biotoxins (see Funeral Director John O'Looney's: Totality of Evidence website). Yet another attempt to hide the truth and the numbers. The powers that be JD Rockefeller included all sought to crush the knowledge of natural medicines/Homeopathy and their known effectiveness which worked well with the 'electromagnetic' body and not against it. JD Rockefeller while crushing alternative forms of medicines, spent his last hours, with his own personal Homeopath at his bedside. A classic example of "do what I say, and not what I do". Medicine fails disastrously and is now the top cause of death each year, via Iatrogenesis, because it treats the body as a biological construct, which it is not. The body is an electromagnetic construct and this the cabals know well. Bravo to this article!

Thank you, very well stated.

Excellent article. It does a great job of explaining what not to do, but doesn't suggest what to do.

As an example of what a tumor is doing to protect you, the tumor will kill you too at some point. Thus you want the tumor to shrink and vanish, which it can, but you need to aid the tumor to eliminate what its eliminating from the body system. If you by diet or whatever can eliminate what the tumor is fighting successfully, then I he tumor will also vanish.

Need some advice of what to do.

There are many successful healings from alternative healing of cancer. You have to dedicate time and research for it. Just as one place to start is here on Substack. I bet there are at least 20 substacks dedicated to cancer healed. Start there.

The biggest issue I find, people like that "instant gratifying" - pop a pill and let somebody have the controls of my well being. Ain't gonna happen. Nobody cares more about your well being than YOU. Do the work and feel the satisfaction of independence.

This lady, Barbara, is so wise and a great start to understanding how awesome God has created our bodies.

Maureen Hanf's avatar

I am trying to change my mindset to this. At 60, I am staring at future issues on top of the ones I have and realize the wisdom of your words. One reason my health is not close to where it should be is I have always had trouble associating work with accomplishment (or, in this case, independence). Work feels like work and any results feel like it should have been that way already. As well, frequently putting in time or effort often feels like I could have been doing better things. I know how negative that mindset is really, as I was raised by parents who lived at their local health food store. And honestly, what health I have today began with their devotion.

I have begun practicing gratitude and have been awhile focusing on spiritual aspects, and also been working on emotional issues as they come up.

I used to think I was alone in this disconnect from the body, but many years ago, I used to work with a very friendly, helpful, and intelligent lady. One day, at the height of allergy season, she announced that she was tired of breathing. Startled, I asked her to talk about it. She gave a very long answer that described her frustration with bodily design, overall, and herself in particular. Most of all, her irritation how it interfered with her job. It actually started to nudge my thinking a bit more to the positivity of health side of things ever since.

Thank you for your insights. Very much appreciate them.

60, what a nice age that was. (haha) I am 71 this year and have always been very contrary and school said 'bad attitude', I guess because I never conform or fall in line. Even when I find something that might help me with something, I research the heck out of it to make sure I have choices (more than 1 solution because we are not cookie cutter. God was cool that way and we are individuals) Mostly the search for me is like a dog with a bone. Almost OCD until it is settled in my mind. It's fun until it isn't anymore. KooKoo, I know.

As far as work just being work, I get that too but I have always been self employed (because I don't like following orders, right) so when you work at something you have the direction of, then it is not work. It's gain for yourself. Who better to work for than yourself?

Thank God your parents liked to drag you to the health food store. Thank God you are 60 and want to revisit "what will make me healthy". Nobody has all the answers and no amount of money will make any of us healthy. Keep it simple. Life is hard enough without having to go crazy on "health". I just would start by walking and most definitely morning sun because the sun will make you healthy and has infra red, which is the bomb. Free! At first anything you find on Substack is overwhelming. Again, sift through what won't work. Honestly if people would start cooking their own food and give up soda forever, that's half way there. (ok, i do have soda probably 4 times a year)

I hope my children will start believing in health information. They probably think it is too much work too. Good luck with your mindset. It sounds like you have a good start. Half of a cure is accepting there is a problem then the rest is a breeze.

ps. gratitude is a great step. 5 stars!

Nowhere near all tumors will eventually kill you: that's a fear mongering message from corporate healthcare. People die with cancers all the time without the cancer causing their death.

It's rarely the cancer itself that kills anyone, it's that the tumor grows sufficiently to impede blood supply, nerve supply or some other critical function. It's why tumors on tiny organs like your pancreas are far more deadly than, say, your colon (perhaps the largest organ in the body). It's a lot easier for a tumor in your pancreas to block the release of digestive enzymes, which can slowly kill pancreatic tissues, or block blood supply to those tissues, which will do the same thing. It's also harder to operate on the pancreas without making a mess of everything near it.

The point of the article is that most people who end up with cancer have ignored a LOT of what their bodies have been telling them for a long, long time. The message is to pay attention to what your body is saying, and try to learn how to help it get what it needs. That's what doctors should be helping us with, but there's no incentive to do so with insurance-reimbursed healthcare.

The challenge is that we can't see what is going on in our bodies, and a lot of what experts claim is going on is little more than voodoo.

With cancer, prevention is always preferable to treatment.

If you are looking to restore health, I'd focus on oxidative therapies: Vitamin C, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, etc. Virtually all chronic health problems are a reflection of mitochondrial dysfunction. Getting extra oxygen to tissues is one of the fastest ways to rejuvenate your mitochondria. But you still need to figure out what you are doing or not doing that caused the decline in your mitochondria. Otherwise, you'll be doing oxidative therapies for the rest of your life.

Nutrient deficiencies are another reason why mitochondria cannot function correctly. Magnesium is at the top of the list in that regard, since it's essential to so many cellular processes.

Before Rockefeller imposed an artificial monopoly on medicine or "healthcare", doctors were not considered to be omniscient demigods - as they are today. Such is the power of Rockefeller reality. Once a medical consensus has been established - top down, from some Rockefeller front organization - no deviation of thought is ever allowed. Anyone who does so will be called a quack, a denier, a fool, or a menace. Thus today we have fake contructs like HIV-AIDS, Hepatitis B,C,D, Covid, "antivirals", chemotherapy, radiation treatments, "scans", "tests", cholesterol-saturated fats causing CHD (wrong), salt is bad (wrong again - it's a vital nutrient for all mammals), carbs are good and at the base of the food pyramid (utter bs), and the list goes on. In fact, most of what they are saying is harmful and often the complete opposite of the truth.

It's almost like they WANT people to be unhealthy. And if that sounds like a conspiracy theory, maybe the conspiracy is real:).

Tony Porcaro's avatar

Of course they want people to be unhealthy because there is no money to be made in keeping us healthy; that strategy has been in operation since the 1800s and more so today than ever before; our world is dominated by powers that continually instill fear and create dependency so that their false paradigm is maintained at any cost; the conspiracy is real alright just as much as the agenda of keeping us sick and dead is real!

Jayne Evans's avatar

Medical doctors have always been a class of their own and resented people they considered beneath them trying to get into the guild.

Homeopathy colleges were the first medical schools to teach women and people of color. When the Rockerfeller era took over, they revoked this trend.

Earlier when Hahnemann first introduced homeopathy, he was constantly run out of town by the apothecaries.

A lot of history repeats.

Yes, I remember explaining to a neighbour how I felt about aspects of COVID early on and she said that I was a conspiracy theorist. I remember replying, "Well, maybe COVID is the conspiracy".

When my children were growing up, I didn't realize that very high deductible insurance was a blessing. Sore throat? Here's salt water to gargle. Upset stomach? Swirl a little Coke in a glass. Fever? Get some rest, no tv, rest your eyes. A cold - hot water with vinegar and honey. :)

Jane Vickery's avatar

Yes! Yes! Yes! When parent's understand that the 'fever' their child experiences post-vaccination and which they are then encouraged to suppress with paracetamol (which affects the liver) - is in fact the body's natural immune response to toxic overload - they might think twice before doing either.

An old teacher of mine once said to me "All medicines are poison". I thought that was a bit over the top. Note: she did not advise me not to take any.

I have come to realize she was spot on, and almost every day now I realize how valuable that comment was.

3 weeks ago my doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure. Do you eat salt? Yes. Well stop using it, and take the blood pressure reducer I will prescribe. Will I need to take it for the rest of my life? Yes, she said, it is probably hereditary.

I went to pick up the medicine but have not, and will definitely not take it.

It's odd that we want to retain what we would never want to absorb once it's expelled from the self-balancing body. Who wants to recover lost sweat or mucus? Diarrhoea or vomit? Makes no sense. But we've been trained to repress symptoms and ignore causes...which also makes no sense.

Sjeu's avatar

Maybe this is transcendence.. The invitation to value being consciously connected with our physical body and witness ourselves the way we truly are. Stripped from layers of conditioning and programming, any human body is amazingly intelligent and powerful and the spit, snots, sweat, tears, mucus, vomit and diarrhea are loyal allies and loving witnesses of our life force.

Loretta's avatar

It sure could be. I never looked at it that way. But something has gotta give...because these people are not waking up to the realization that doctors and the medical business, are not Gods, like THEY want everyone to believe.

Neil Pryke's avatar

Don't ignore doctors...that's bad manners...Just ignore their advice...That's common sense...

Your statement which I agree with!

Worse, they diagnose and treat "cancers" that would never cause harm — the New England Journal of Medicine revealed that 1.3 million American women were over diagnosed with breast cancer over 30 years, subjected to surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy for conditions that required no treatment. These women become statistical "survivors" while suffering enormous trauma from unnecessary interventions.

That is why Carole Baggerly started www.grassrootshealth.net so that people learn the truth that Vitamin D blood value above 50 ng's would eliminate 80% of breast cancer patients. That's why I had to respond to the "paradox" article that equated D and Rat poison. It is not equated. Vitamin D is very safe for consumption and majority of Americans need a supplement because they are deficient.

All the negatives are manufactured fear for one purpose. Keep the patient base up in our sickcare system!

klimer's avatar

It's cholecalciferol that is equated with rat poison, not Vitamin D.

Cholecalciferol is also equated with Vitamin D. It's what is actually checked for in a Vitamin D test, but it's a proxy, not the real thing.

People "need" to supplement Vitamin D because they've been taught to fear sun exposure. Reverse the fear and skip the supplement.

My cholecalciferol value of 72 ng didn't prevent me from having vertigo, which was an indication that my true Vitamin D levels were insufficient for proper calcium regulation in my body. A few days of some brief sun exposure a short time later took care of the problem.

An essay that I will reread! In early 2024, I had the chance to hear Barbara O'Neill give a series of talks in Carmichael, CA (near Sacramento). First, she gave her presentations in a Church! At the beginning of every lecture, she said a prayer. Second, interwoven with her advice are quotes from the Bible. Barbara is dazzling. With her deep knowledge of your body's inner pathways for regulation and renewal, she blows past any MD. What sets her apart, in my view, is her commitment to scripture. If you have a chance to hear her in person, go for it!
