My cardiologist recently proscribed 20 mg Atorvastatin for what he describes as (my layman's paraphrase) cholesterol challenge to my heart valve. I've seen enough of the side effects of statin drugs on relatives and friends to make me highly reluctant to follow this treatment. I'm seriously considering nutritional and therapy alternatives to this treatment.
find another cardiologist or go to a natural doctor IMO. doctor who advized statins is untrustworthy. I recently bought the book Dead doctors don't lie, I think you reviewed it. It has lots of advice in it for all kinds of ailments.
It gives minerals and spore elements that might be lacking to your diet. Very interesting.
PS I saw when someone like this response that the autocorrect had changed the statins to stations, so I manually corrected it!
The only thing statins do is slowly kill you. The only way to get better is through lifestyle changes. Beware the alternative doctor approach of loading you up on supplements. Let food (and herbs, they are just the super healthy foods hardly anyone incorporates anymore) be thy medicine.
WIthin three days of an MRNA injection, a 21 year-old woman who had a new job, just bought a home, otherwise healthy, died of heart failure. Doctor ascribed it to heretofore undiagnosed congenital heart disease. Yeah. Right.
IMO you can prove anything with statistics. I don't like anything that says so much % this or that- just like the article states, not everyone 'follows the statistic'! I also noticed that American doctors (and their websites) are far more panicky than European ones. Example: my dog has a rash. American website: immediately go to vet, dangerous! needs immediate treatment! pills! creams! European website: this is a mild and benign rash that will go away without treatment within 6 to 8 weeks. If wanted, apply an itch cream. Same with numbers. If I read the Belgian and Dutch numbers, they are nowhere near the panic-button numbers of American doctors. I just noticed they have again lowered the allowed weight before they call you obese in the US. Soon everyone needs to be anorexic to fit the numbers. I know no one who died just from being overweight or even a bit obese (I am not talking of people who weigh 300+ pounds). I know several who died or had a very hard time overcoming illnesses being under weight.
This year of the Firehorse is supposed to be the time to move out of our heads and into our hearts!
Research shows... Heart disease is malnutrition, toxicity, or lifestyle. (Like everything else.) It is also a state of "metabolic acidosis". Cholesterol is not the cause. Neither are bad genes. It would be nice if doctors would quit laying hexes and word spells on people.
The ever-changing parameters for cholesterol and blood pressure are asinine and dangerous.
I am wondering about the electromagnetic radiation environment for pilots. EMR causes rouleau blood (sticky, stacked blood cells). EMR interferes with normal electromagnetic functions in our bodies. It also alters pH balance.
I read an article years ago about a Harvard study of 1500 men. The result was that the biggest factor in their heart disease was attitude. It wasn't malnutrition or other, it was bad attitude. Stress. Stress equals acidic environment.
I read a study about red palm oil. In areas where people consumed red palm oil on a regular basis, there was essentially no heart disease. When the seed oils came in to rescue them, heart disease skyrocketed. Red palm oil is high in saturated fat, Vitamin E and fatty acids. Red palm oil has antioxidant properties and is neuroprotective. it lowers cholesterol!
Vitamin E is kind of hard to get in our nutrient-stripped, processed food supply. Vitamin E is necessary for heart, brain, hormones, and for body electricity to work correctly. There are tocopherols and tocotrienols, which have different functions in cells.
In Germany, Strophanthus has been used for decades by over 5000 physicians to treat heart disease with much success. (Dr Berthold Kern, MD)
I wonder if Strophanthus would be helpful in post Covid Vax myocarditis?... Dr Kern said, "the regular use of g-strophathin prevents lethal myocardial tissue acidosis and substantially reduces the incidence of myocardial infarction and completely prevents infarction deaths." Very interesting.
It is also curious that Strophanthus is anti-venom. (Pubmed)
Anecdote: Red palm oil is often used in skincare products. I had the thought to use it on my very dry skin. I discovered it is wonderfully anti-pain! I mix organic red palm oil with essential oils and DMSO and massage it in wherever I hurt. It gives relief to a problem knee I have. It works without the DMSO, but I like my combination of oils.
right on re hexes and word spells - i guess they are a big part of obtaining "compliance", tho i think most MDs are probably doing this innocently; it is what their incessant programming has instilled as right and proper.
i also wonder "about the electromagnetic radiation environment for pilots. EMR causes rouleau blood (sticky, stacked blood cells). EMR interferes with normal electromagnetic functions in our bodies" yes. and most other functions as well.
I’m curious if there might be a connection between the metabolic dysfunction due to a lack of CoQ10 and fibromyalgia +/- chronic fatigue syndrome. Do you know if this has ever been studied or if supplementation has any benefits in these conditions? Symptoms are similar to statin side effects and allopathic meds to attempt to treat them are hit and miss at best.
Interesting that they didn't check for thyroid levels when testing them despite thyroid hormones being responsible for regulating cholesterol in cells.
Drugs cure NOTHING. The complete failure of cardiology is that they have never considered the true root causes of heart problems apart from mechanical dysfunctions. What happened to the pilot is simple; 4 decades of stains did nothing to fix anything.
Most likely lifestyle has more to do with heart troubles than anything. Genetics and cholesterol are two more false booger-men. You do not inherit heart problems from family members, but you might inherit their lifestyles which if they caused them trouble will likely cause you similar problems.

to me it boils down to: JUST SAY NO to medical intervention, especially their panoply of poisons and radiation "therapies" or diagnostics.
or, as the saying goes: "when in doubt, don't".
Everything works through argument from authority
Managing the minds of men
Managing mans understanding of his body
Managing mans understanding of his soul
Managing mans understanding of how the physical world functions
Managing mans understanding of our place and relation to this universe
Unfortunately it seems that the majority of minds wish to be managed
Which means, that at this point in time, large scale change is not possible
The path to enlightenment is different for every soul, you cannot be managed into enlightenment, only into submission
