I do think many start off genuinely wanting that.Then they work extremely long hours, for many years; they are indoctrinated with a curriculum they must learn to pass exams.Given a list of all the “ illnesses” and the approved drugs they must prescribe to treat them. Necessary to keep their Medical licenses, and insurance cover.
They are channeled into narrow specific areas as consultants, or if GP’s they know a little about everything and not enough about anything.

When I was v. young my tonsils swelled up more than once, so I went to have them removed. During the operation I began to shake and moan, I was so scared. The surgeon yelled at me to shut up and told the staff to do something to get me to co-operate, so they held my feet. Then I was told afterwards to come see him in his office for an examination a week later. I did not show up and this turned a corner for me.
He was indeed "helping people". Helping me to wake up once and for all and hate the whole lot.
I have my tonsils but I had heard of people having them removed. I consider the whole thing barbaric, one wonders what it really is that causes inflammation. Given the harms of vaccines it wouldn't surprise me if this was another effect.
