Two years ago when I saw the doc, one of the nurses whispered that I should take cayenne capsules for my heart. So some still know this. Adding some cayenne to food.

DMSO is much better without the "spicy" effects. It can also prevent permanent damage during a stroke.

I heard about ceyanne for my blood pressure 2 years ago. I started drinking it in small doses. My BP became better got off meds. Then some bonus, I also fixed heart burn and acid reflux as well.

I sometimes meet a disabling pain centred in the chest with resonances in throat, neck glands, head. It may be classified as angina. For most pain in life I abide through breath and relaxation, but I never can get 'inside this'. I read an account of cayenne helping at the onset of a heart attack, so tried cayenne (tincture) (a few drops in a small glass of water) and it simply and swiftly works.

On an occasion when I was out of the house and had none to hand, tabasco (chilli sauce)worked - as does cayenne powder with a little water. While 'hot in the mouth' I note no ill effects.

Cayenne does not reach the underlying cause or condition. I have resonances with Hamer's (GNM) perspective - but recognise co-factors in the expression or process of 'disease/healing sysmptoms'.

I saw a video (cant find a copy of it!) of an angiogram where a blocked artery was clearly visible and yet the flow was unimpeded - this is because capillary flow does not show up in an angiogram. This might also bear on why a sudden vasodilation would relieve a symptom - and stress may constrict towards such a crisis.

I believe in Japan a treatment of shifting whole body pressure is used to restore circulator function.

I have read that surgical stents are not associated with longer life - apart from the intervention that restores flow in the acute crisis itself. And that they also soon clog up. As I haven't source references I just offer it for consideration or research.

Cayenne can also be applied topically to stimulate blood/energy flow - ie neuropathic symptoms might benefit.

Hi Unbekoming. Thank you so much for the article on cayenne - very comprehensive! But thank you even more for introducing me to Sally Fallon who (shamefully) I had never heard of. I'm going off now to buy some books. Thanks again. Martin

Dr Christopher, a master herbalist who died in 1983, often claimed that he could stop a heart attack in its tracks by administering cayenne. I occasionally take a few drops of 180KHU (180,000 heat units) of cayenne tincture to aid in the function of the vascular system.

The problem is that whatever troubles you might be having, drugs and supplements and herbs only mask them. Take away these items and the problems still remain as the root causes and issues have not been addressed. That is why cardiology is such a failure for the long term.

Same here.

For A type, the blood type diet says hot spices are no good for me. Wasabi and horse radish are fine though and I enjoy them.

DMSO 50% concentration is better. I use it topically on scars and around lymph nodes and any injuries.

I will take a tiny bit internally if I'm fighting something or have an oral or throat issue. Last time was a while ago.
