I should take this opportunity to mention Dr. Barke’s podcast partner’s book United States of Fear: How America Fell Victim to a Mass Delusional Psychosis. I used to give that book out as well as Dr. Robert Yoho’s book Butchered by Healthcare to my dog and horse sitting clients at the beginning of 2020 in the hopes that they’d disregard all the mandates. I wrote on the inside of each book, “Turn off your TV”.
BTW Elizabeth… I read Dr. Mark McDonald’s United States of Fear, and sadly it reminded me of some people that I know, people that I used to be more close to. Not as much anymore.
Dr. McDonald seems more on the very conservative side. He has also said something gross about girls on his podcast in reference to which “holes” should be covered up by masks and I stopped listening to him after that. I am pro-human at this point because everything seems anti human to me. I think we are governed by criminals and I don’t think it can be fixed. I also do not believe people are going to be raptured out of this, which I hear often. Even if I did believe that (I don’t), I don’t want to leave a huge mess behind for future humans. I say this having already spoken to congressmen and senators and other supposed officials in my area. One congressman had the good grace to retire. Perhaps he read the armload of books and data I presented, I don’t know. I used to see fear experiments in labs in psychology departments and would wonder who would even think up such things. I got my answer, I believe. To make masses of people afraid and steer them towards a particular solution. A solution that curtailed freedom, made people sick, cost jobs and businesses, sucked joy and love from lives, damaged children in ways we will not understand for years to come. I learned that a lot of people do not read books, too. I handed out Dissolving Illusions. To my knowledge, one teacher and his wife read Dr. Yoho’s book and Dissolving Illusions and decided not to vaccinate their newborn. So many people have been poisoned in myriad forms that I do not see a path out aside of taking responsibility for our own health and building outside this crumbling system. We are in very serious trouble as a civilization. Of that I am certain. Have a nice evening.
So well said and I’m with you. I read Turtles all the Way Down, which I recommend and I also bought Dissolving illusions, but haven’t read it yet. I actually have the older version and bought the newer version just to support Suzanne Humphries.
Turtles all the Way Down is an excellent book as well. Roman Bystrianyk and Suzanne Humphries have my deepest admiration for authoring Dissolving Illusions. I’ve chatted a little with Mr. Bystrianyk and he began his quest for good data in a library with graph paper….my kind of person for sure. Thank you for your comment. Best regards, E.
Great timing for me! At high risk from my grandmother who ultimately passed from what started as breast cancer, I’ve always been warned and scared into being radiated yearly since teen years! Over the years due to various financial difficulties, lack of insurance, etc.. I’ve not had one, and I’m grateful! Being one of the women included in dense and fibrous breasts group, they frightened me with a call back for the last one I had in 2020. After all checked out fine, I really started questioning. I suffer from wide spread trigger points all over my ribs and some in my breasts from Myofacial Pain Syndrome and they can feel like little starting cancers that they teach you to feel for. It can be disconcerting. With other problems that have CT Scans, X-rays, surgeries, etc…over the last two decades, I’ve been radiated quite enough thank you! 😣 At every turn over these last years I’ve read more and more in regard to this very subject. Isn’t it par that long ago, it’d be a male to come up with a device that strangles and smashes our breasts more hours than not, and it’s harmful! I did read information on that being a very real possibility of increasing the chances of developing cancer. Wow. We’ve been so insidiously indoctrinated! In countless subjects. My GP is on me about getting a mammo since it’s been so long and frankly, I’m not doing it! I will however, allow an ultrasound. Thank you for this article. Greatly appreciated!🙏🏻
The modern stone age medical mafia depends on endless testing and then procedures and drugs to rape us of our health and wealth. I am a 75 year old male and not getting any more testing. I don't want to go to the doctor unless it might be an emergency of life or death.
There certainly has to be specific reasons why anyone lives a long, healthy life but drugs ain't it and neither is most allo(pathetic) medicine. Now, if a 92 year old doctor is giving me advice, it might be worth listening. Forget the younger peeps as they know nothing about longevity and health.
A dear friend had breast cancer at age 40 who had just received a negative mammogram. So that is one case of a false negative. At age 72, I’m done. Not only with allopathic medicine as much as possible, but all the unnecessary screenings. After the Covid debacle, I have decided to stop lining their pockets with all their unnecessary testing. My GP placed an order for my mammogram and the mammogram scheduler has called me nonstop, doing their best to get that appointment/money. I imagine a lot of women are waking up and not getting there mammograms so they are probably hurting financially. Excellent. Stop the corruption and Stop the (covid) Shots.
Very well-written summary. I received a false positive result on a mammogram screening back in 2013 that made me skeptical of the process ever since. It of course followed an extra screening due to the dense breast issue and an unnerving conversation with the medical folks that did not include any possibility that it could be something other than cancer. This led to an unnecessary biopsy procedure where the person performing it declared it was a fibroadenoma upon looking at the images but performed the procedure anyway. It annoys me to this day that I have a permanent yet unnecessary marker in my left breast. My experience participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day walk was similarly disheartening when I realized it was all about pushing early screening with no mention whatsoever about prevention. Therefore, seeing discussions emerge about new approaches to this issue are most welcome.
My oldest son is 38. When he was 17 he came bebopping through headed to the kitchen for a snack and my friend and I were in the front room talking about a friend that had cancer. He stopped dead in his tracks and asked if we were talking about cancer. I said yes and explained why. I'll never forget the look on his face nor the sound of his voice if I live to be a 100..."You realize they have a cure for cancer right?!" I immediately thought awesome and I need to watch/read news more often! The one second it took to think that he continued..."But it's a MULTIBILLION operation and they aren't going to give that up! Think of ALL the free money they get in donations alone!" Said hi to my friend and walked off! I will not donate to cancer research to this day!
Your story highlights the contrast between the information the Boomer generation has received on cancer vs. the Millennial generation (and younger) with GenX in the middle trying to navigate between the two. The transition of knowledge from main stream sources to internet-based becomes very apparent.
Trust me there's still ALOT his age that ran out and got the clot shot and willingly wore masks! My BIGGEST problem with the scamdemic was even those that KNEW it was bull💩 STILL wore masks etc without any pushback! If I walked up to a store or restaurant and was met at the door with…do you have a mask…I said nope and I won't! You obviously do not need my money! Only thing I wished I’d added…loudly…and as long as you dumb@$$’s keep playing along they'll keep enforcing it! Your freedom is God-given NOT government given!
I came across Dr. Barke’s podcast, Informed Dissent, a few years ago. Based on the name alone I was down to listen. I would go for thermography but I’m never having a mammogram ever again.
I stopped my routine Mammograms and ultrasound screenings because I heard that they actually can induce breast cancer. In 2007, I received the Stage 0 cancer results, had a biopsy and had to undergo radiation treatments for many weeks which burned my breast. My mother and her sister also received the same results.
I believe there's a country (maybe Sweden) that has banned them altogether.
If they haven't they were trying to. US needs to go back to common sense medicine. Ex: If you get the flu it won't be as bad next round. NOT: If I get the flu I need to run out and fill my body with dangerous chemicals so it won't be as bad next time! 🙄🥴 It's more like it already won't be as bad next time and here's your 3 new autoimmune diseases! Doctor's throw antibiotics or other big harma poison at EVERYTHING! If big harma could create a pill to help common sense kick in then they might be worth a 💩!
Thank you for the article and thank you to all who have commented here. It helps me feel better about stubbornly refusing any mammograms and I am 66. Never had one due to my being warned by a friend how painful they are, plus my concern about radiating my breasts. It has never made sense to me to radiate breasts when radiation exposure is a risk factor for all cancers. Observing the
way medicine has been usurped over the last 60 years by technology and profiteering has made me deeply suspicious, to my benefit. I take vitamins and other supplements but no medications. Fairly unusual for my age, gender and nation. We live and we learn, thank God.
Thank you for being brave enough to speak up on this very sensitive topic. My sister passed away from complications related to breast cancer at a young age and Inwas therefore recommended to do annual mammograms starting in my 30’s. Having researched the subject I told my oncologist that I would rather alternate with ultrasound and manual examination and less frequent mammograms. I was met with what almost felt like hostility and the oncologist had the radiologist try to explain and convince me of how little and how insignificant the radiation was. If I wasn’t very stubborn it would have been hard to resist the pressure he put on me to to keep doing the annual mammograms. I haven’t gone back since then to do any more mammograms. Phew
I agree with everything in this article. I had read an article published by a German physician on this topic a few years ago. At that time I was beginning to question a lot of the medical drivel that I had been fed for years. I decided on my own to quit going for mammograms. I worked as a medical transcriptionist until I retired. I started to put things together. The medical establishment had to keep us coming back for more tests and drugs or they would be out of business. I am 69 years old and healthy with no heart disease or diabetes. I have decided not to go for any more annual screenings or shots of any kind. I take a holistic approach for my health. My thought is that doctors see me as easy pickings for a dire diagnosis of some kind. How would my quality of life change if they did find something? I am not a sheeple when it comes to my Healthcare.
My friend just had thermography performed. No lotions were permitted prior and she had to maintain her body temperature prior to the appt. but she said it went smoothly. She did not mention any pain. Her thermography technician had a lot of holistic advice to impart as well which was a bonus.
That’s why I would consider thermography. The ultrasound just added more pain and stress on top of the mammogram 2 weeks before. My last mammogram was 2020. I’m old now. They don’t bug you much after 75 to get them. So idont.
There are SO many benefits to getting older, aren’t there? Like the wisdom gained from having been around the proverbial block a few times. Good for you! My old peer group was bummed about hitting 50. Many of them are now having their implants removed because they became I’ll. I was relieved to hit 50. Sometimes it is awesome not to follow trends. Wishing you awesome health!
Zero pain. Hardest part is you can't be warm anywhere. You're not freezing, but no bra and had to wear lose clothes. I looked like a homeless person! I'm a heating throw unless it's 75 or above gal! 🤣 Insurance doesn't cover them or the holistic MD I see, but that's enough to tell me I'm doing the right thing!
Love it! Fabulous! My friend said basically the same thing, sans the “homeless person” but I saw her walk out the door since I watched her special needs daughter and she pretty much did! I’ll take looking like a mess over being made sick any day of the week. I changed back to all natural fiber clothing so I kinda look like a hot mess anyway minus the “hot” part now!
🤣🤣🤣 Yeah these young gals need to realize one minute you're hot...next minute you're more like a hot snowman melting! It all goes south like there's a fire! 🤭
Hilarious! I’m going to stick with laughter is the BEST medicine. It’s FREE, too! My new edict when purchasing clothing or just about anything these days is “Just because it’s cute does not mean it’s healthy”. When I was young, I completely did not get that! It’s remarkable how much money I save based upon that principle alone. Gives me more money for books 😂

Yes definitely! That’s how I pay for most of it. My husband gets the cheaper high deductible insurance at work and then puts ALOT into HSA. He’s planning on retiring this year, but geez insurance will cost us $1,200 a month until we turn 65. I have alot further to go than he does. 😬
I recently had one. You strip off top clothes, sit on stool with hands on head for 15 mins before camera operates. Then remain with same position until told to turn left or right, then asked to lift individual breasts with opposite hand. Totally painless, no-one touches you. Takes longer than getting boobs squashed. First one considered baseline to future ones. Results took less than 2 weeks, emailed with passcode to view and download results, plus telephone call from doc to explain everything. Next one will be compared for any changes. Whilst chatting, camera lady told me docs can tell straight away. So far, all good. Not cheap, but no risk.
What is ridiculous to me is that I really believe that the percentage of women with dense breasts is substantially higher (seriously, allllll of my friends have been told that they have dense breasts). I don't understand why the standard protocol is mammography and not ultrasounds!
This makes me wonder about something. Kat Timpf (talk show person, but kind of well known) was told she had stage 0 breast cancer while she was pregnant! How can that be?? Are they scanning pregnant women now?? Also - she got a double mastectomy as 'treatment' Truly awful. Doctors are ghouls.
I decided around two years ago to avoid all screening tests. Colonoscopy, mammography, the works. If I have absolutely no symptoms that lead me or anyone to suspect there’s a problem why am I going to line the pockets of the people who benefit from any “problem” they might think they see? It cemented my decision when I learned that Cochrane doesn’t recommend screening mammography and many countries stopped recommending them as well, and when I learned that screening colonoscopy is a joke as far as changing absolute mortality rates (NORDICC trial among others)
I did have a diagnostic colonoscopy in 2022 and boy do I wish I hadn’t. It did diagnose lymphocytic colitis - but the fallout from the prep, which basically unburdens the colon of all its beneficial bacteria, has been a nightmare. The only treatment offered by the GI doc was daily steroids for life. It took around 18mo to get the after effects of the colonoscopy under control, and in that time I found ways to manage the condition itself that - shocker - don’t involve a $1600/mo drug option (which by the way I could get for $47 if I used a discount coupon but my insurance copay would have been $100, another whole rant)
One good outcome though is it taught me to ask myself some questions before going to a doctor for anything (or ask of the doctor before agreeing to tests). Things like “what will having a diagnosis change as far as how I live my life? What are the possible diagnoses and the treatments that are available? What drugs or procedures am I willing/unwilling to partake of should I get one of the diagnoses?”
The fact of the matter for me is I don’t believe in allopathic medicine anymore. And so I’m unlikely to submit to chemical treatments. Surgical fixes or broken bones are a different calculus for me (eg tore my biceps tendon almost fully in November and was happy to have that fixed surgically; broke a finger on each hand the prior January and got stitched up but skipped the hand surgeon that the ER doc wanted me to see. If I broke a wrist or finger or other bone I may or may not get it addressed by allopathic doc; bodies are good healers when given appropriate conditions).

Ultrasound hurt almost as much. Actually more. I will look for thermography if I get another one. IF the operative word.

Ill, rather. It’s annoying when predictive typing changes words.
Smart phones aren't very smart if after 5 years it doesn't know what I meant to type! 🤭🤣🤪
So true! In any case, I wish you a wonderful day. Thank you for making me laugh! It is definitely my preference in beginning a new day!
Absolutely laughter is the best!!! Main thing I miss about being young...when me and my best friends would get to laughing hysterically over nothing! My cheeks hurt...my gut hurt...good ole days! I have recently noticed my body doesn't love polyester, so I try to watch for that. Crazy there's cotton farmers/fields all around me, but look for decent cotton clothes and they all say...made in China and are chinsy! I'm thinking hell they dropped more than this on my road than what's in this!
It was HSA eligible, at least!
Whilst chatting, camera lady told me docs can tell straight away. So far, all good. Not cheap, but no risk.
Fabulous! Thanks! What a relief to know that women are beginning to avoid harmful tests and procedures. Have a great day!
Thermography, they don't even touch you. Definitely no pain.
What is ridiculous to me is that I really believe that the percentage of women with dense breasts is substantially higher (seriously, allllll of my friends have been told that they have dense breasts). I don't understand why the standard protocol is mammography and not ultrasounds!
Thank you for the very important information, we need more!
