Since learning about Fiji water and OSA, I’ve put my family on Fiji water and suggested it to others. We’ve been on it for 4+ months now. Not only does it have OSA to deal with aluminum, it also has a complement of electrolytes and bicarbonates. I live in the US southwest desert. We have engineered hell weather (regularly over 112 in the summer.) Heatstroke is a daily threat. Electrolytes are helpful to keep us more stable. The bicarbonates in Fiji water are an added bonus. They support the pancreas. Who doesn’t want a happy pancreas?
I believe the minerals in Fiji water help to heal the nervous system. With neurodegenerative conditions, people lose their sense of smell, and their sense of taste is altered, wanting to overdose on sugary food, for example. One interesting effect for me is that my senses are more acute, particularly my sense of taste. It also seems to normalize appetite, either direction. My very thin son has an increased appetite. Mine has decreased. (Yay on both.)
Years ago, I did hair analysis on my son and myself. Mine showed extremely high mercury. His showed extremely high aluminum. I didn’t know then what to make of that. My son has been unwell since he was four years old. He was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when he was 16, followed almost immediately by an intestinal resection. Umbekoming’s article on Crohn’s disease and the aluminum connection was monumental. In Crohn’s disease, aluminum deposits in the terminal ileum. My son no longer has a terminal ileum.
Curious Outlier has written several excellent articles about Borax/Boron. Boron eliminates fluoride. Boron improves brain and bone, membranes, and actual physical strength. It is neuroprotective. Boron supports cognition, memory and attention, as well as brain electrical activity. I now dose coffee with Borax as suggested by Curious.
Something about “Covid”… Covid itself, hospital protocols, and the C19 poisoned darts destroy the hippocampus in the brain. Non-native EMFs also destroy the hippocampus. The hippocampus is devastated in Alzheimer’s. There’s also a Parkinson’s connection.
Lithium Orotate and Lithium Aspartate rebuild the hippocampus. Lithium regenerates gray matter. The hippocampus is responsible for memory, time stamps, as well as sense of self and relationships to others. I think Lithium may also mitigate insulin resistance. (Not sure if I understood that part correctly.) GSK3 connection. Nicotine connection.
Win-Win-Win. Fiji water. Borax/Boron. Lithium.
Then, add in DMSO!
Lithium people include Dr. Michael Nehls, Dr. Thomas Guttusso, and Dr. Ray Dorsey on Substack and YouTube and books. They work with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Autism.
Dr. Mark Sircus has written articles and books about the importance of bicarbonates.
“Crouse’s 2026 book, Discovering Magic in Water that Makes Life Possible on Earth, is the authoritative source…”
To Dr Crouse’s previous work on aluminum’s role in Alzheimer disease, autism, and stroke, this book adds childhood epilepsy and erectile dysfunction as caused by aluminum overload. Unfortunately, his latest book reads like a PhD dissertation, complete with statistical analyses and proofs that only a mathematician could love. He goes to great lengths to prove that aluminum is the CAUSE of — not just correlated to — his listed maladies. He has obviously written this to be the definitive expression and culmination of his life’s work, but it is a struggle for readers who are not research scientists.
I would suggest his 2016 book, “Prevent Alzheimer's, Autism and Stroke” as a more readable alternative.
It's really not as complicated as the article shows to make silica water. When you start out with clean, filtered water there is no need to add sodium bisulphate. I use RO water. It comes in a 20 litre bottle where I live. I boil one cup of that water with 1tsp sodium silicate from the Chemical store site listed in the article. Add to 20 litre bottle. I roll it on the floor to mix it but if you have one of those long thin spoons for wine-making that would work great too. I use it for all my drinking and cooking water. After my first batch of 20 litres there was a very noticeable difference in my cognitive function.
I first learned about it in this blogpost but found the directions a little overwhelming; sort of like the directions in this article and Dennis Crouse's. All I can say is it worked for me and very quickly.
DO NOT USE THE LINK Sharie shared for making silica water. Ann Marie Michaels has modified the recipe and her recipe ADDS ALUMINUM TO THE SILICA WATER. She recommends using a Berkey Fluoride filter and this filter uses aluminum oxide (alumina) to remove the fluoride which adds aluminum to the solution. You can find the recipe for Silicade at Dennis N Crouse’s website. Substack is not allowing a link.
Thank you for pointing that out. Probably most people reading it won't have a Berkey and those that do will hopefully not make silica water without rinsing the filter and running a few tanks through when it's new. If that's not enough to clean it they will be drinking aluminum with or without the silica. I use RO and it worked beautifully. I'm very happy with my detoxed brain! Unbekoming has Dennis's recipe in the article and Ann Marie also has a link to it in her article.
Thanks for responding. Let me explain the chemistry behind this. The fluoride reacts with the aluminum oxide to form aluminum fluorides that are released into the water. The more fluoride you have in your water the more aluminum is released. Rinsing the filter and running water through a few times is not going to stop the filter from putting aluminum into the water.
Please do not use the link Sharie shared for making silica water. The recipe has been modified by Anne Marie Michaels and the filter she recommends adds aluminum to the water. I can’t post a link here. You want the recipe at Dennis N Crouse’s website for Silicade.
I just purchased the book. Being an old chemist, I am not fearful of making my own solution. I do wish the plastic filtration were unnecessary but . . .
I doubt that a US gallon container is available outside of the USA. (It's significantly smaller than a UK gallon.) Likewise, I've never heard of a smidgen or a dash measuring spoon. It would be better to list quantities in millilitres and/or grammes for countries that use metric units, which is probably everywhere except the Americas.
Regarding your statement of “not in organs nor brain” you are incorrect. In Dennis N Crouse’s ‘Silica Water the Secret to Healthy Longevity in the Aluminum Age’ book on pages 28-30 he presents the research in mammals proving OSA removes aluminum from organs and the brain. Here is an excerpt from the book “This OSA treatment decreases both the prior accumulated aluminum, as measured in the control animals, and ingested supplemental aluminum in four organs and six regions of the brain”.
I have been running facebook groups for several years where people are drinking Fiji water to remove aluminum. I have had no reports of a burning sensation when urinating. I would try drinking the Fiji water again. Start out with ½ cup and see how you do. If you don’t get the burning increase until you get to the 3 to 4 cups recommended. If you decide to start again I would be interested in how you do. I hope this works for you.
Thanks for your information. It is good to know. I personally have no problems, but will pass it along. I have known, since 1957 of the dangers of aluminum, when I received an article my father sent me. I threw out a brand new set of WearEver Aluminum Cookware, when I found out aluminum leached into the food...causing brain damage. I have avoided using products on my skin, because I knew that substances in them can be in the bloodstream in 30 to 60 seconds. . I would only use some pure coconut oil....and I don't even have time to bother with it. I don't eat like others...I try to stay with natural food, which doesn't come with a label with a list of additives. We have a whole house water filtration system and a Reverse Osmosis unit to filter our drinking water. My daughter uses a Clearly Filter Pitcher to filter it further. We are pro-active in order to stay healthy.
Gerolsteiner comes in glass and has enough silica to remove aluminum. Evian does not have enough OSA to remove aluminum. Here is a link to a list of bottled waters that contain enough OSA to remove aluminum. There is also information on how to read the label to determine how much OSA is in the water. https://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.com/2021/08/26/bottled-silica-waters-from-around-the-world/
This spring my dog had a violent outbreak of rash, the vets said allergic reaction probably to grass and pollen. 2 people advised me to give her Fiji or Volvic water. Fiji is readily available. Together with several herbs (Echinacea mostly) colostrum tablets, a med from the doctor to prevent itch and scratching, and jewelweed salve (suggested by Matthew Hunter on his tube channel for poison ivy rash) we got to a point that now, 3 months later, the rash is only on her paws and face - hard to prevent a dog to get into the grass and sniff... so it helps for that, too! Glad to see that Gerolsteiner is in the list, that used to be a favourite of mine while in Europe. Now I am going to read the rest of the article.
There are a lot of variables you have to factor in. Drinking the Fiji water is certainly going to help you remove aluminum from your body. Drink Fiji water before and after you bathe. There is no way of knowing how much aluminum is absorbed when you bathe in aluminum treated water. Another variable is the concentration of the aluminum in the water. If you are concerned, you could research adding a filter. If you are concerned about your aluminum levels, you can get a 24 hour urine test. In the US, you can get this test through ‘request a test’ if you have a LabCorp location near you. https://requestatest.com/aluminum-urine-test
Can you imagine someone zootled on 6 double IPAs trying to explain [ with little effect ] that they were trying to lower the aluminum levels in their brain?
The biggest exposure to AL is from the Chemtrails. That is why rain water is off the charts..it's also aerosollized. So with every breath you're collecting AL. Is this why the government said Alzheimer's will affect 50% of the population?
Been trying for source ingredients but Uk&Eu looks shut down on that. I've literally just started on Acilis but would prefer home made. Thanks, on the pulse as ever.
I have had people in the UK successfully use a mailing service that gives you a US address to ship the ingredients for making Silicade. I hope you are successful.
I do not trust myself with chemicals at all LOL. I will keep buying the bottles Fiji and now will also be looking at the other waters in the list! I love the German ones but have not yet seen them in stores here in the US. there are a few Italian ones but I don't think they are listed.
I also drink quite some alkaline waters so I hope the 2 do not fight each other. So far so good, been drinking both for more than a year now. I use none of the aluminium holding products except a few times a week a can of water with juice, and may be once or twice a month some canned beans.
Some popular single-ingredient deodorants use potassium alum to kill the odor causing bacteria on the skin, not block perspiration ducts. Is this a form of aluminum that would be problematic? I tried consulting AI chat on this but without a satisfying conclusion.
Potassium alum is aluminum. So you should find a new deodorant. There are many aluminum free deodorants available. It make take a few tries to find one that works for you. Everyone’s body is different.
This article piqued my interest because a lot of these things are affecting me. I am thin in frame and have trouble keeping muscle. A Chinese medicine doctor held a zoom call with me and looked at my tongue. She named a couple of deficient meridians, one I expected being post-menopausal (kidney) and one I was not (stomach). The results of Crouse's protocol - resolution of AD in the twentieth or so percentile had me wondering if getting rid of the aluminum is sufficient and if other factors are at play.
Consider that AD or MCI are diseases of people primarily above the age of 70. So are osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, scelerotic arteries, hearing loss, dental issues involving loss of tooth integrity, and vestibular disturbances which lead to falls. All of these are governed by the kidney meridian, even if the kidney itself is functioning at normal levels (not in CKD). IMO, with both Chinese Medicine and Crouse's protocol, the recovery of strength and functional living including restored mobility requires both - purging of the aluminum and restoration of the qi from mostly the kidney meridian since the qi of other meridians comes from the life essence called Jing. The second has to do more with restoration of the zeta potential, which has been mentioned in several substacks including this one.
So the question remains and is food for thought: are certain lifestyle taboos, such as bare feet (on the metatarsal-tarsal joint of the great toe lies KI 1, one of the main ways Earth interacts with the meridian system embedded in the fascia, a component of zeta potential). Chinese doctors insist that Jing is fixed and all you can do is keep from depleting it. What if KI 1 CAN replenish Jing but only if we walk barefoot or wear shoes with conductive soles, like 100% leather, like those moccasins sold in Tribal souvenir stores? Is this the reason for the big push towards rubber-soled shoes as rubber is an excellent insulator? See case stories of people in those yellow rubber raincoats that got struck by lightening: the current went straight to the ground literally. By insulating us from the Earth with insulating shoes, over time we can develop vertigo as our bodies lose the sense of space awareness, often called proprioception. And losing that does lead to balance issues.
The kidney meridian governs the bone, marrow, the teeth and the relationship between the brain and heart, something the Chinese call Shen. If aluminum was the sole cause of AD, then Crouse's protocol would have a higher success rate with Fiji water or the DIY method he used for his mother. The fact that it doesn't suggests that the dementia may have other causes besides aluminum.

I have a couple measuring spoon sets purchased from Amazon that include: drop, smidgen, pinch, dash, and tad. They come in handy every now and then.
Yes, Si water has been found to reduce AL in the body,- - - but not in organs nor brain.
The main authority, Exley, explicitly says not to make it at home.
There is another form of Si water that is 1 million times better.
Those and additional problems are described at https://claude.ai/share/4bb957d3-a84a-4cbb-acd7-d09f2d41810d
Food fight! Exley says no; Crouse says yes. This was adequately covered in the text.

I was drinking 1.5L of Fiji water a day for about a month and I stopped because it made my urine burn. Has anyone else had this issue?

So I am on well water in the northwest us, a more recently active volcanic area. Is there a way to test water for OSA content?

I meant metatarsal -phalangeal joint (the toe). When you flex your big toe, there is a bony prominence and KI1 is there somewhere.
