I've been writing about this for decades. But to see the whole enchilada in one place..... Devastating! You've done it again, Unbekoming!

While living in Belgium for 40 years my blood pressure was measured about 4 times. 'bloodwork' was done twice, both times before surgery. I had never seen the doodah on your finger that supposedly measures oxygen. When I came here I was astonished of how many unnecessary tests were done. In Belgium you see the doctor - there is no sign-in paper, questionnaire and 2 or 3 nurses who ask you what you filled out on the questionnaire again. You tell the doc what is wrong, and are asked relevant questions. the numbers there are still a few years behind - I will still ask when the doc here tells me this or that is too high or low, and he laughs and says, they consider that bad over there? Jeez! You are fine, don't worry.

Exactly like you explain to the 6 year old what happened. I absolutely love that part of your articles! It is a meme in words.

Good to hear about the differences which I often wonder about.

When I hinted him, our doc here in Belgium once claimed, "We heal," "We *are* allowed to heal." This while you read every single day from docs and nurses they are *not* allowed to claim that in the U.S. I wonder if that is a difference as well or if our doc painted outside the lines and I can bust his a**... :) The guy gets on my nerves BIG TIME!

We are all in grave danger unless we go to The gatekeepers of health and life and receive our shots of salvation and our magic bullets.

Indeed, that is the exact timeline it followed... I fell into all of these traps, except maybe one. The COVID-19 vaccine psyop... enough was enough.

The only thing the new doc could try on me was metformin, and I got so sick from it I thought I would die. So I dropped her and went somewheres else. She tried to get me on blood pressure meds but I bought a measure myself and found it normal most of the time. Haven't been back, but at least this one was less pushy. We have the luck to have a vet who only requires the mandatory rabies shots, will take the 3 year (exactly the same as the one year but more expensive) and will even tether before injecting it. I told him I might just go there and be registered as a big white ape.

It’s truly devastating to see such people rise to the top of our nations.

Footnote #7 is used to support all of the claims the article makes about vitamin D. The footnote, "Ibid", refers to footnote #6, which is a CBS news report. What is the foundation of the CBS News Report? Therefore, what is the basis for the criticism of the vitamin D level?

Ah, the good old shifting of the goal posts. Never ceases to amaze me how easily people fall for it!

Sometime my chiropractic patients would bring in their blood tests so I could have a clearer view of what was going on. I watched goal posts shift a lot over the years: cholesterol levels, iron levels, TSH levels; it all just kept changing. I even found out that certain levels eg for iron, was determined by looking at studies on...men! I mean, women menstruate. And they're smaller. Surely we should expect different levels between the sexes? But no, it would seem the medical cartel/pathology clinics did not think so..!! I'm sure some (better) clinics do, but the local blood test results I viewed always had both men & women with the same iron range. So many women felt just fine, yet were under the normal range of iron and told by their doc they needed to supplement with iron...and most just got constipated, even taking the iron supplement with vitamin C! I explained what was going on and they were a lot happier after that.

When it comes to BP medication, I actually found quite a few patients were moving towards lower BP after a while. Their chiropractic care got them on the right track, but they were still taking the 'same' level of BP meds. It seemed all too often I was telling patients they probably needed to drop their BP med level and go back to see their doc to get the script sorted! And then of course I also had those patients being 'treated' for high BP, and their systolic BP was up near 150 most of the time, and I had to ask, are the pills working?! I had to do WAY too much of a medico job in the country town I used to work in. I swear I should've been paid double! I was doing their bloody job for them half the time!

I was seeing a medico once, to (foolishly) figure out my health problems, and my TSH had dropped from 1.5 down to 0.5. Even with seasonal fluctuations, this was more than that. But because I was still 'in range', he said there was no problem! I'd lost a fair bit of weight, I was having gut issues, and then some. Turns out I am Coeliac. I head into hyperthyroidal territory if I get glutened too often. So now I'm SUPER careful about my food (never eat out; I make my own. House is also completely gluten-free), my weight stabilised, and I don't see medicos any more!

I'm sure some people have a good doc who's fairly on the ball, but most docs out there have NO idea about what Health is - because they just follow 'protocol' and don't even bat an eyelid when the goal posts shift.

Thank you for posting these. I have old test results from 1980 of thyroid THS labs. When I mentioned the change to 3.0-0.3 from 5 to my doctor, he said nothing. Did the D-DIMMER TEST results change in 2018 -2020? I had knee replacements both years and noticed a big change in normal ranges and percentiles instead of whole numbers? Yeap we know USA are big $$$ prescription drug pushers!

America was # 1 in World Health In the 1940s and people were far healthier than they are today. There was no obesity. People did not go to doctors regularly; only if they had an accident or problem. I believe the reason for this was...the majority of people had less money for food; and did not eat out. In addition, as people did not go to doctors regularly, they were not on drug and did not receive vaccines. Intelligent people who have done any research in regard to the human body know that the only thing, which belongs in the human bloodstream are nutrients from natural food; not lab-created products designed to enrich manufacturers..

Another great article. The only thing I would mention is that it's not the worst thing to lower the TSH threshold to 3 because by the time it rises to 5, many women have been dealing with fatigue and other mystery symptoms for a while. Not that Levothyroxine is the answer but at least having an idea that the thyroid gland needs support is helpful.

Very informative on the osteopenia medication side effects…shocking actually.
