I wrote a similar article years ago. Best guess is that there are dozens - maybe even hundreds - of others (these are a few I remembered off the top of my head)....

Tiredness on the night shift → Shift Work Sleep Disorder / Provigil (2004)

Emotional outbursts → Pseudobulbar Affect / Nuedexta (2010)

Side effect of their own drug → Opioid-Induced Constipation / Movantik (2014)

Adult restlessness and distraction → Adult ADHD / Strattera (2002)

Keep educating the masses, Unbekoming. Your site has become an invaluable library for my patients!

My man! Owweee -- You speaking to the masses with this one! This is WHY pharma spends more money in ads that research: selling you what this new drug does to something that was completely normal a couple years ago: https://unorthodoxy.substack.com/p/why-are-drug-prices-so-high-hint

It's horrible..!

All the unpronouncable names for what are basically all the same drug..!

Talk about "over-medicated"...In the USA, children who can just about toddle are started on this filth...

How do the executives sleep at night, knowing that their miraculous pills are being doled out by the fistful..?

And in the UK, if anxious people can spin a convincing enough story, there aren't even any prescription charges..!

Good grief. No words.

That was exactly the sequence I experienced.
