A rivetting read. I've immediately reached for a book I regularly pick up and re-read.. Developmental Dynamics in Humans and Other Primates by Jos Verhulst. Through meticulous presentation of Us in each aspect of our morphology and development, with superb drawings, and in comparison with both the earlier primates such as the spider monkey and the anthropoids like our alleged closest relative the chimpanzee, he reveals the multiple awkward discrepancies in Darwinian dogma. And there was Darwin himself, clearly (and honestly) aware of the wobbly blocks in his theoretical edifice. I remain keenly aware of how out of touch with complex observation the parroted 'truths' of Evolution are, served up in schools and in the press.
