Very good read.... I wil disagree with her on the Vitamin D "hoax". She must know what Vit D does to help support the immune system.

As far as a plant based diet you can follow one and still eat crap food so it's the quality of the food I believe more than anything else!

Rebecca's avatar

The main ingredient is vit D pills is cholecalciferol, which is also a rat poison. Perhaps that is what she means. U cant put sunlight into into pill. Most supplements are produced by pharma, made in a lab

Rhymes With "Brass Seagull"'s avatar

It's the DOSE that makes the poison

..."We are admitting super smart people to medical school—you have to be smart"...oh really? Can I stop laughing now? How smart is it that most of these doctors have NO problem with injecting vaccine poisons into newborns and children for the next 18 years? And then market adults forever pushing one vaccine after another.

Every vaccine has numerous poisons in them...no exceptions. But this practice is perfectly fine with the cowardly doctors...who by the way get gargantuan bonuses for poisoning enough young children.

Don't tell me that doctors are fricking smart. The same goes for their endless drugs of which are mostly poisons too. Smart? Give me a fricking break. Most of modern medicine is based on a mountain of never ending lies.

She is forgetting about the exceptions made for unqualified DEI medical students. They "don't have to be smart" or it wouldn't be necessary to ignore the strict intelligence and achievement standards in place for Caucasians, Asians, and Jews to admit DEI charity cases.

In an interview with Dr. Simone Gold who is also a lawyer said that in medical school they were taught memorization. She wasn't taught to think independently but to follow a prescribed plan always.

In law school it was the complete opposite.

Not many people go to both and have that life experience to speak of the differences.

Doctors must follow Rockefeller's ten commandments:-

1. All medicine is Rockefeller medicine

2. Doctors are demigods

3. The chief god is Rockefeller

4. There is a drug for every ailment

5. Never admit you don't know what causes a disease

6. If there isn't enough sickness, invent new diseases

7. Make lots of money

8. Don't worry if patients die. Everyone has to go sometime

9. Vaccinate as much as possible

10. Extra bonus for every new virus discovered

😄

EXCELLENT. At 77 next week, I lost 55 lbs, ditched Nexium, and manage my Type 2 Diabetes with No Humalog.

Just today I was wearing my Guardians of Freedom Michigan t-shirt. That organization was once a chapter of Make Americans Free Again. We met regularly in 2021 and 2022 to encourage each other to stand up for medical freedom, and to study the Constitution to fully understand our rights. We organized a protest in front of a nursing home that was trying to enforce mask mandates on visitors. The director there was unaware that she was violating federal law by denying visits to Medicare patients, but I had the documentation to prove it. Pam Popper is responsible for helping me connect with other like-minded people with whom I am still friends, even though I now live almost 2,000 miles away.

Speaking of statins, why would doctors test a healthy 10 yr old for cholesterol?

ABIGAIL REPORTS's avatar

The child is overweight. Thus, it requires not only pre-diabetic testing and cholesterol screening. It's about brainwashing, Pharma is the answer, and the big bucks for the drugs.

Add in dumb parents.

skipper's avatar

Because doctors do not think and are told to. The downside of statins is not worth it since cholesterol has been shown to not cause disease. The original Framingham study in the 1980s was fraudulently conducted and reported to indicate lowering cholesterol was beneficial.

Sherron Highsmith's avatar

He’s healthy and not overweight.

A very good question. Maybe a doctor who is an idiot:).

Dr. Popper has Hutzpah! Excellent read overall. However, I don't agree with her on the "Vitamin D hoax." In my rheumatology clinic, nearly 100% are deficient in this nutrient, and this worsened during the forced lockdowns. People complaining of poor quality of daily life, listless, fatigued, achiness, and just feeling "blah." With supplementation and normalizing the level to at least 50 ng/mL, their symptoms disappeared. In fact some people said to me, "I crave my vitamin D." Sure, it is better to be outside in the sunshine for Vit D synthesis and metabolism is complex! It's effects are not just bones (therefore, her point about Rickets got lost), but throughout the body and immune regulation. Folks, if you need vitamin D, then take it!

Plant-based? Humans are designed (note: "designed", not "evolved"; unproven freemasonic satanic Royal Society promulgated Darwinistic theories should not be taught as fact) to eat animal based foods for maximal nutrition. Cooked animal foods. Only humans can harness and control fire as a means to cookery - until defence contractor Raytheon invented the microwave oven, of course. But that discovery was fairly recent in terms of civilizational history. Grains require processing and baking to be of any use. Well, muesli might be an exception, but it's probably not as healthy as having bacon and eggs for breakfast:).

Rebecca's avatar

Grains are also sprayed with glysophates

Gecko1's avatar

Grains contain lectins. Fermented grains are best. Too many people follow the creed of pasta and pizza. Not good.

I’m no fan of McDougall sugar based diets myself but Pam Popper morphed overnight from vegan/plant based extremist to heroic freedom fighter / medical critic. I was soooo impressed with her. Amazing how few vegans were able to resist pharma tyranny.

Enjoyed this Q & A style article. As I age, it’s more apparent how eating simply (and not overeating!!!) & getting movement are vital for continued health.

That has been my experience. My aunt is 79, has always cleaned her own house, cooked meals, and maintained a huge garden. She has had both knees replaced, broken her foot twice has had cardio myopathy and lupus but she never stopped moving. She complains because all her girlfriends are too old and decrepit to do anything anymore.

Dieticians, doctors, scientists publish a bunch of nonsense. Eat this, don't eat that. They can't agree on anything, their whole science is a bunch of crap. I do the exact opposite of what they recommend. I don't eat junk food (McDonalds), I cook for myself, I mainly buy domestic products and buy from famers. I don't eat GMO crap. In addition, vegetables and fruits no longer have sufficient nutritional value, which is why vitamins and other nutritional supplements are important (magnesium, vitamin D, omega-3, selenium, zinc, etc.)

Thinking the medical system can be reformed is like staying in that car which you did not put oil into. I think that we already know the relative size of the people who will take responsibility for their own welfare whether it be because of laziness or because they have gotten the indoctrination message of conforming. Either way it is small unless Unbekoming has 500,000 subscribers.

excellent interview, excellent questions! Many thanks.

One small typo (I think): When answering the question re TV ads by Pharma, you wrote "The ads are so terrible that its’ clear that the patient is the person they are trying to reach." I think she meant to say "The ads are so terrible that it’s clear that the patient is NOT the person they are trying to reach."

Sometimes you can’t help but wonder: how do the progressive scolds who constantly shame everyone else for routine actions ever get out of bed in the morning with the burdens they carry? They worry they’re using too much water to brush their teeth, they can’t take a vacation because the emissions from the car or plane will cause the demise of us all, and the CO2 they emit with each breath spells disaster.

6 Food Products That Test Positive for More Pesticides Than Ever.

Every year, health-conscious consumers await the release of the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) “Dirty Dozen,” a list of the fruits and vegetables with the highest levels of pesticide residue. These findings consistently show that even after being washed, certain popular produce items retain a shocking amount of potentially harmful chemicals. The latest reports from 2025 continue to highlight a troubling trend of high pesticide loads on some of our favorite foods, urging consumers to opt for organic versions whenever possible.

I wish Dr. Popper would say more.
