How the books work for paid subscribers

Your paid subscription gives you the full digital book library, now over 30 books, and it keeps growing.

The sixteen paperbacks currently in print are physical books. They are printed to order and shipped by Lulu, so the cost of a physical copy sits with whoever wants one. Every one of them will be added to the paid library as a PDF, 3 to 6 months after its print launch, at no extra charge.

That is the pattern for every print book. Print goes first. PDF follows a few months later, free for paid subscribers.

A word of thanks

To everyone who has bought the paperbacks, given them away, and told others they exist. The support has been both amazing and appreciated. The shelf is sixteen books deep because of you.

These books look really interesting. Why not add the option to buy electronic books early, for those of us outside the US who can't easily receive physical books? I paid the sub but I'd pay for these books!

I am excited to receive these 2 new books and could not resist ordering five more books, once I saw your Lulu site. You have a true gift in the skill of a writing style that is clear and accessible to laypersons as well as practitioners. Luckily your interests echo my own and I feel very fortunate to have discovered your work. Nice to start the morning with a big dose of gratitude!

I would really like to know what potassium deficiency does and how to balance potassium, magnesium and vitamin D3. I think it's important. BTW I don't buy paper books because of my eyesight. I read e-books on computer screen so I can magnify the text. It's really awkward to read with a magnifying glass.

Strange enough Europe knows about Magnesium deficiency. Dad now and then gets it prescribed by the house doctor. And unfortunately I cannot take it, even though I have several of the symptoms. I have tried tablets, salts, spray - all with the same result - intestinal cramps and diarrhea. I probably will order this book nevertheless, because you might have a solution for this problem as well!

Have you tried magnesium glycinate? There are many forms of magnesium and this is one of the most effective with minimal unwanted effects.

Thank you Janet, I think mine is something different - I only learned about different types after I bought mine. I will try this one out!

Have you tried bathing in Epsom salts?

INGRID C DURDEN's avatar

Yes. Diarrhea within a very short time, same with the spray, even though I washed it off within 20 minutes, according to the instructions. The tablets were just as hopeless.

It might be an allergy, not to magnesium but to synthetic compositions, which most supplements are.

I am hesitant to try another one, I already got 3 useless items. For the occasional leg cramps and headaches (which now only appear to happen with falling air pressure/thunder coming) I use Dmso. For anxiety I have a herbal concoction that works very well. I already use Slippery elm bark quite often because constipation is not in my dictionary! And there are also 2 natural aspirin on the market and I got both, capsules with white willow and liquid meadowsweet. They take care of all other little ailments. It is kinda strange though, that I have 4 or 5 of the magnesium deficiency symptoms.

Try ReMag and ReMyte from Dr. Carolyn Dean. Her ReMag magnesium is picometer in size and gets into the cells where its needed. Start with 1/4 tsp in water, slowly build up, and you won't get loose stools - until you are saturated with magnesium, then back off to the amount that doesn't cause a loose stool. Hers is the best!

Thank you. Such is the love of money. Break down the nutrition of food so it lacks its essentail elements so eventually they can be sold back to you at a price.

If you don't then they can strip you bare by medicating you instead.

I've been taking magnesium for years, Chloride for a long time now Glycinate at night before bed with Phosphatidylserine to help with overnight Cortisol spikes. I started taking Boron after reading your Substack about it a few years ago. As a post menopausal woman bone strength is critical so that could work HRT I'm doing all I can to avoid osteoperosis.

At 92, I have none of the conditions listed...so i must be doing something right. I am out doing my 10,000 steps daily with out a problem...with far more energy than I had 60 years ago, when I was fat and lethargic. Today, my breakfast consisted of several bananas...and my instant coffee and coconut milk. I have been drinking coffee, since i was five or six. I gave it up for 21 years, but then went back to drinking it. I just like the taste; particularly with lots of coconut milk + Stevia. Bananas are said to be a good source of magnesium and potassium; and I have a couple pounds of peeled bananas, daily My friend and I were discussing boron.. She is very much into using boron. She was obtaining some boron, which is in 20 Mule Team Borax. I did not get a Positive, when I asked for guidance about using it from this source.

You are amazing, Unbekoming! But my wallet can’t keep apace with your publications!😂. I will be staggering my purchases over the next months!

Thank you, I have ordered two books and will eventually buy them all.

I was also delighted to see at checkout I could pay in 4 with Paypal, being on an Aged pension, that really helps.

''This work stays free because paid subscribers make it possible. They get the full book library''.

I am paid subscriber and I am from Romania, and I use automatic translation for all your books and articles; the translations aren't perfect, however, because you don't always use phrasing that translates well via Google Translate. I would appreciate it if you could send me these two books—*Magnesium* and *Boron* because I cannot digitally translate books that are in paper format. —and I thank you in advance!

Confused after all the work showing that “supplements” are either synthetic or ground rocks-forms our body is not designed to be able to utilize. Man can’t really know how things will react in the body when used in isolation. The values are made up. Dosing is made up. Stay away from this stuff unless it’s from food.
