Woke up Saturday morning, the smell of coffee made me neasusish. Spent the day under 3 blakents, shaking cold, no food, except honey water to keep my BS up. Slept the day/night out in pain. Sunday, still not able to do more than broth. Monday still havew AB pain, as appendix is out, ruled it out. Bowel is impacted. Now to try and locate some Ivermectin. Tired of being sick.
But that pisses me off because it's years after COVID. Why not during covid?
Meanwhile we could get toxic Tylenol OTC for decades and other crap.
In Spain there are a lot of medicines that one can get with talking to the pharmacist. No doctor visit needed. I thought this was amazing because in the USSA you gotta pay some white coat to prescribe it for you and then pay ridiculous pharma prices for some drugs. Not in Spain and I'm sure other countries.
We got a lot of crooked and outdated practices in America!
TN, is a Bicharmical Legislature, 6 months a year.
And yes a lot is outmoded for today, yet some very old laws have proved useful. RvW was overturned. Birthright will be too. To much evidence on it.
My question is when are the idiots going to use Catheritne Fitts, to rid us of the FEDERAL RESERVE BLACKOPS BANK AND POWELL, that runs at $22 TRILLION. LOOK UP HER UT's. Solari Report https://www.youtube.com/@thesolarireport. There are more, explore.
Fasting caused lots of damage to me. I won’t be doing any more of it. Good clean food (as much as I can get it) has served me well. I think fasting is a panacea connected to desperation and deeply connected to body image. I never felt spiritually connected to anything.
Fasting needs to be done differently for women... all the research on fasting has been done on men.... women's cycle and hormones need to be taken into consideration...
After reading your article I ordered a copy of Purinton's book and I am so grateful that I did. It is a beautiful book, both in style and humour. Though I have not completed it yet I know it is a book that I shall revisit often. Many thanks for bringing it to my attention.
In the preparation for fasting, I first gave up everything with more then 4% sugar content. You will be amazed - 99% of products are way above that threshold. And all this is added white chemical sugar, not the natural one.
I found different food products, all of which are more nutritionally healthy. At the same time, I started paying attention to when I want to eat. Do I feel hungry? Does my stomach feel “empty”? Is my need to eat something biological or mental, a substitute for something else (like awarding myself for completing a task).
With these two simple tricks, I lost over 60 pounds (25 kgs) over 4 months, living my normal lifestyle and doing the regular job at normal performance rates. No side effects.
I now feel my body is ready for fasting, starting from short, 1-day ones, and slowly extending their duration. My insight from these 4 months is that eating is something like 90% habit and 10% physiological. Jumping right into fasting without this introductory stage, it seems to me like a huge challenge, probably resulting in multiple failed attempts.
yes. i can relate from direct experience and beyond "experience". i am live-in' proof of live'in' truth aka infinite love we each are. as I've done "fasts" in the traditional sense and in this wholly holy instant, I can offer that fasting from any perceived "judgments/wrongdoings/fear/againstness/shame/blame/etc" is so far, up till now, the most liberatingly-joy-full-peace-full-and-sustainable-with-no-"need" for sustainability ... for it, the infinite love I am simply IS IT. boom diggity boom. ever so great-full-love-iamyouareweare. one.love.now.won.one.no one 'n' all!!!!!!!!!!!
"He understood that fasting reveals not what we must become but what we already are beneath layers of accumulated physical, mental, and spiritual debris. His ultimate discovery, that "Love Alone Suffices," transforms fasting from a mere health intervention into a practice of uncovering one's essential nature. For those investigating fasting as therapy, Purinton provides not just another protocol but a philosophical framework for understanding why the voluntary abstention from food can catalyze such profound healing - because it forces us to confront and transcend our most fundamental assumptions about what we need to survive, ultimately proving we can thrive on "air, water, light, faith and love.""

Get well soon! Pure maple syrup is also good with lemon. The maple and lemon juice fast taught me that and kept my energy up.
When I had stuck periods in the past usually massaging the area every often through the day helped. https://youtu.be/oH5xVjw8yEs
At times, I also did salt water flushes. It's tough but it got me moving like that stuff they use before colonoscopy 😂.
Ivermectin:
The 🐴 version is fine and you can get it on Amazon.
Just make sure you dose it correctly by weight and go conservative. Read the reviews if you need more details.
Thanks for the tip on maple suryp. My local phamacy will have it, TN is a legal state for OTC. Only a few LIBTARDS ones won't carry it. 123 LB, so #3.
Wow I didn't know about OTC ivermectin.
I see that it's only in a few states.
TN did it in 2022.

Age also needs to be considered.
I just completed a twelve day fast. I could relate to a lot of what the author said. It is a physical, mental, and spiritual experience for sure.

Thank you for an excellent inspiration.
