Not sure if you mean magnetic pole shift because that has happened long before human technology existed. Even if it is true that seemingly disparate phenomena like coronal holes are associated with earth quakes like you say it doesnt explain what causation it implies. About quakes it is wellknown that nuclear underground explosions do cause quakes and not just immediately after the quake but there is in addition changes in underground layers later causing sometimes series of more phenomena.

That is serious. The correllation must not be so weak it may explained as a statistical noise. If the establishment did find the correllation being statistically significant thus not possible to explain away it would require a careful analysis. For example both the moons period and the Venus-periodical rotation are synchronised with that of the earth. That proves that subtle energies related to internal friction inside planets do have an effect mechanically at such long distances. Thus if some effects on the sun could be proven to have the correllations in future more precise reasoning, I would mainly look for other subtle mechanical effects. A quake often means a sudden collapse of internal rock layers. That provides an anisotropic change of the gravitational field. The suns electrical phenomena are sometimes very chaotic meaning rather small disturbances may connect with the suns nonlinear plasma physics. That is where I would look if the correllation was proven. But at this point it doesnt seem to be proven.

The energy related to effects on the crust big enough to have anything to do with quakes is much higher than anything that may be caused by what is in reality space weather. The effects of which are too weak. So there may well be correllations but that (in case it isnt just chance,) may be because of common causes rather than direct causation. Internal motion of both stars and planets may concern enormous energies.
