Unfortunately very little can be really done - the pollution is there, quasi irreversible. The food supply is what it is - in the best case we can find a natural farm with decent veggies and meat. Computers are nowadays a must, as less and less stores sell what we need - and even a doctor's appointment has to be cellphone submitted. We do most everything on the computer - read our email, send pictures, read books, listen to music, watch films. Very few will be lucky enough to be able and go back to where we came from - natural farming, a cabin in the woods (at least I got that), grow their own veggies, raise their own food supply.

You could hard wire your house. The problem are devices that don't have an ethernet option, like cell phones and tablets.

I’ve had a stroke which was only diagnosed when I had a TIA at age 47. My best guess for when the stroke happened ( in my cerebellum) is during pregnancy or childbirth because the subtle balance symptoms I can now ascribe to it came on after I had children. In my case the cause is a large PFO ( patent foramen ovale = hole in heart from birth) with ASA ( atrial septum aneurysm) meaning there are floppy edges to the hole which exacerbates the turbulent blood flow created and therefore predisposes me to little clots which then, thanks to the hole, have direct access to my brain instead of getting filtered out by my lungs. Not everyone with a stroke would be as well investigated as me and I organised privately to have a load of blood tests for homocysteine and multiple autoimmune disorders and clotting disorders. I refused the blood pressure pills ( they did a 24hr monitor which proved it was normal!) and the statins ( I’m a LMHR on low carb) but accepted the clopidogrel as I thought the risk benefit ratio was probably worth it. They offered to put a little ‘umbrella’ in my heart to plug the hole but I researched their outcomes and it was no better than taking the anti platelet and anyway the last thing I want is doctors faffing around with tubes and free floating devices near my heart! No thanks! I do take body identical HRT, which my neurologist ( back in 2017) said was fine so long as the oestradiol was transdermal and therefore bypasses the first pass metabolism effects of the liver. I am a follower of Dr Louise Newson and agree that natural hormones are anti inflammatory- and besides which life wouldn’t be worth living without it!
