It’s an epidemic at the office I work at and then sprinkle in a little glp-1 ….and a little immunosuppression ect. from the jabs …. Our world is not well. “Our bodies are wonderfully made “ Psalm 139:14.
The fact that this disease has changed its name numerous times should serve as an example of how medicine will recycle a condition so it can resell it, repackage it, and make more profit.
Interesting. A good friend of mine was very ill after getting her first 2 mRNA shots. The diagnosis? Autoimmune Hepatitis. I have the list of 1200 plus possible adverse events that Pfizer submitted to the FDA. I saved it in several ways. Yup, autoimmune hepatitis is on the list. I’ve never told her anything. She eats all the food she shouldn’t. She did stop drinking but still smokes heavily. I doubt she would change anything. (78 yo). I learned about the
seed oils in 2011. The HFCS earlier. I read recently that the refining that makes HFCS is not so good at getting the starch in the corn out. The starch then adds to the obesity issue.
In 1968, I went to a psychic who gave me information about my liver and gall bladder, but I did not pay any attention to it. I had been having bad headaches, but since I felt no pain in the area of the liver and gall bladder...did not take her information seriously. It took me many years to learn that she was right, It was related to my diet. In 1993, after having one of the worst migraines ever, I was guided to give up oils, fat, dressings, butter, nuts, seeds, etc. In the last 32 years, I have not had one headache. I had been eating lots of raw salads with dressings thinking i was eating right. Today, I keep a daily record of everything I eat; and the amount of protein and fat grams in my food. I learned that excess protein, fat and carbs can create tumors and other health problems. I fought weight for many years, until I learned how to stay with eating as much natural, unprocessed food as possible.. In my 30s, I hovered around 150 pounds. Today, at 92, I weigh 105 pounds and i am not skinny. I take no medication and exercise daily with a 90 minute non-stop walk covering 4-1/2 miles. Truth is very simple. Mankind lived for eons of time without the help of the medical industry and processed foods.
Would you mind sharing what you actually do eat and how many meals on an average day? I struggle with eating twice a day and am still overweight. I don't eat sugar or seed oils. I'd love to have your energy!
I have a free newsletter Journey to Wellness barbaracharis.substack.com. and have covered information previously in regard to the right food and lifestyle. I have been working on a personal project for months - keeping specific records to get all excess inches off. In 1981, I got in top condition eating lots of natural foods and working out at a gym every other day, and running on alternative days. I would go out and easily run for 10 miles at the age of 47. My waist was 27 inches at the time. It would never have been smaller. I had been a swimmer in my teens...and developed a large rib cage. Today my waist is 28-1/2 inches...and it could be smaller. I am keeping records to see, if I can through daily exercise and eating the right natural food get it down to 27 inches again. It is important to get rid of excess inches externally (and internally) around the waistline in order to be healthy. I had an accident last year which kept me chair bound for over two months...and I put on inches around the waist. it took quite awhile to take off the inches I put on. However, I got my weight down lower than it was back in 1981, when I was going to the gym and also running by simply eliminating many foods that I was eating then. .
Excellent discussion. It should be pointed out that the chronic ingestion of drugs such as acetaminophen and so many more that need to be biodegraded by the liver and when capacity to detoxify is compromised these drugs also contributes to the liver's expansion into a fatty liver.
I am a 76 year old woman and recovering alcoholic. I have been sober- no drink or drugs- for almost 30 years. I did not stop drinking till I was about 50 when I got a cirrhosis diagnosis from a local doctor who gave me 3 months to live because my liver was shot.
I went into a detox for 5 days and during that time I was introduced to AA which changed my life completely and enabled me to get sober. Prior to that and while I was drinking day and night, I didn't crave sugar and sweets as I usually did as long as I was on the booze. What I didn't realize was that I was a SUGAR addict long before I was an alcohol addict!
Fast forward to more recent times when I have been studying alternative/functional medicine and healthcare. I am blessed to have discovered a whole panoply of great healers, doctors and health experts online who are providing incredibly important information, most of it for free.
Thus I was thrilled to read this particular substack because once I stopped drinking and went back to the quacks, oops, I mean doctors who I had been seeing, I was diagnosed with a fatty liver disease.
Even then I realized that they had no idea what they were talking about nor did they know anything about alcoholism and its connection to sugar, diet and the liver. Instead of telling me to change my diet and stop eating so much candy and so many cookies, they encouraged me to do so claiming that it would stop my cravings for alcohol! In other words- the exact wrong advice.
The bastards also tried to prescribe Atavan and various anti-depressants which I simple refused to take because I did not want to mess with my sobriety. I cannot imagine how much I would have screwed myself up if I had taken those drugs instead of simply staying off of everything.
Luckily, by this time I had done my own research and learned about milk thistle and various teas and herbs that were helpful to healing my liver. Within less than a year when I went back for a checkup- they did not even believe that I had had cirrhosis as my liver enzymes or whatever the metrics were, showed up normal.
It never ceases to amaze me how much capacity for self healing that our bodies have. and how powerful prayer and the Grace of God are in this regard. I could never have come this far without the help of a Higher Power, that's for sure.
Many thanks as always to Unbekoming for all your work and generosity in sharing with us. You have helped more people than you know.
For a moment I wondered if I could still eat cherries... then of course, came up the demon in American 'food' - high fructose corn syrup. I do not know if that poison is allowed in Europe, but when I came here, I noticed it is in almost everything, even mayonnaise and other sauces. I have my magnifying glass with me when shopping and avoid everything as much as possible, that contains it. The only corn I consume is one kind of corn chips. For the rest I consider it chicken food.
Please consider vitamin A and vitamin D (both are not nutrients). This is what it does to pigs:
"A reduction of perirenal fat was observed when dietary vitamin A was omitted and retinol content in the liver was increased when vitamin A in the diet was increased." (DOI:10.1016/j.livsci.2014.05.025)
"Our findings indicate that very high-dose vitamin D₃ supplementation in nondeficient states may lead to adverse metabolic shifts in the liver, including lipid accumulation and compromised energy metabolism." (DOI:10.1016/j.jsbmb.2025.106835)
Nice find, thanks for providing the research links.
It's interesting and somewhat counterintuitive that vitamin A, and D3 influence [increase both] fat deposition and intramuscular fat content in finishing pigs,
Possibly of greater interest, other Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) research indicates the exact opposite, suggesting the benefit to humans to maintain adequate levels of D3 and other vitamins... Sadly few papers warn about the metabolic dangers of consuming heavily processed seed oils.
"Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the leading causes of chronic liver disease. The worldwide increasing prevalence of NAFLD has become a cause of concern for clinicians. Furthermore, the molecular mechanism of NAFLD pathogenesis remains poorly understood. Moreover, therapeutic interventions are presently limited. Balanced diet, physical exercise and lifestyle modifications have been recommended. Several studies have revealed that vitamin D deficiency is correlated with NAFLD, and its supplementation may play a vital role in this regard."
There are lots of misconceptions here. First, "vitamin D" is not a vitamin. And "vitamin D deficiency" is not a lack of intake of cholecalciferol. As pointed out by Unbekoming in the previous post, there are two enzymatic conversions involved and they are both regulated.
CYP2R1 is needed for 25-OHD, which is clinically measured. So "vitamin D deficiency" may very well be the down-regulation of that enzyme. "Correlated with NAFLD" sure, but correlation does not imply causation. That downregulation may very well be the consequence, not the cause.
From the meta study: "Vitamin D potentially regulates the molecular pathways associated with NAFLD risk factors, such as obesity, insulin resistance, and diabetes." Indeed, the vitamin D metabolism and moreover, the transcription of DNA, plays a major role. I recently wrote a blog post on the possible mechanisms. Just use Google Translate or you favorite AI.
I understand that Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are the chief beneficiaries of mass production of high fructose corn syrup. It is added indiscriminately to just about everything... I believe it has an addictive quality. Why else would it be found in an ordinary can of tomatoes, even in the Yucatan.
Seed oils and high fructose corn syrup are killing and sickening folks, while these two, and others benefit from the production and sale of these non-foods. RICO.
I patiently plowed thru this article and saw this:
" The liver responds to chronic chemical loading with similar morphology regardless of the chemical...The cause sits upstream, in what is being put into the mouth and absorbed across the gut."
How about: what is being put directly into the blood, as in vaccines? Or are they not "chronic" enough? Why should chronic (meals) or sporadic (inoculations) be an issue? Poison is poison, especially in a young growing body and the liver will suffer in ways that maybe all these big foreheads are not looking for. There has to be a connection between all that poison and overall liver function, including the accumulation of fat in the liver. Or are we seeing an Everything But Vaccines syndrome at work.
These medical researchers draw a straight line between awful nonfoods (concentrated fructose & [some] seed oils) and I am not disagreeing. I would suggest they consider that childhood vaccinations also has to be a factor, with no need for this endless pilpul. They won't though.
Why would fructose, etc. be any worse than the ingredients of vaccines, which read like a laboratory supply catalog? "Immunizations" became common - given to all children - at the time that corn syrup and Mazola became more frequent in the diet, so how do you separate it all out.
I agree totally...I think our sad sick diet has so much to do with our chronic health issues no doubt. Also, according to Jon Rappoport's 35 yrs of investigative reporting says all disease is due to vaccines poisonous ingredients and heavy metals. In my opinion, I believe both contribute as basically our food is another poison and we are all very different in ways which our bodies tolerate or not and our abilities to detox those poisons out of our systems. I see the solution as eating as clean as possible which is getting harder, keep away from ALL v@xs and detox often thru excercise, lymphatic movements, saunas,etc...
Many thanx, Judy'sfavoriteDr. I love Rappoport's writings, too. I read his book AIDs Inc. decades ago and it certainly set me on the right track as to why certain groups of people "get" AIDS.
"Virus is NOT the cause. Definition of AIDS is Worthless. Treatment is Poison...Anyone interested in AIDS must read this book."
Your recommendations are right-on. And it is true that it is getting harder by the day to eat a halfways pure diet.
Funny how after being diagnosed with aids/hiv they rushed to get the on the azt right away only to watch your loved ones waste away-what a sick death sentence. I am ordering Jon's book now. Thanks Horsea!
This is an excellent analysis and it makes total sense. I am now looking in my pantry to see which foods contain corn syrup and seed oils that I need to get rid of. Thanks!
Thanks for this clarifying essay. I myself was given the fatty liver diagnosis last year, but not offered any medication. I would have refused it anyway. I am overweight, but eat healthy animal fats, little sugar, only olive oil, make my own salad dressings, eat unprocessed foods, lots of fresh veg and fruit, .and so on. I don’t hold much stock in all these ready made products, and don’t have a sweet tooth at all, so in light of my diet i am quite surprised that i do seem to have a fatty liver. On a somewhat funny note, I remarked “foie gras!l when i heard what i had, and the sonography lady remarked that she used to eat and love liver, but since she had done this study on liver ailments she did not eat liver any more. She misses out on a lot!

Yes, you are right. It's not just "bad" food.
