As a person vaxxed according to 1964's schedule until 2020, I have a high histamine/allergic reaction to a few things, pollen, formaldehyde, bug bites. I am finding relief in coping with histamines by taking 3 things; Inositol, DAO (diamene oxidase) and Pycnogenal. None of them are very expensive, so for now I will just keep up with all three. I also have a hunch that Turpentine orally may help, as that is somewhat related to Pycnogenal but is lower cost. I hope this information helps other sufferers.
The absolute genius of these essays is taking a subject that, on its face, is frankly boring and turning it into a medical psycho thriller waking nightmare. The author is like the researcher version of some dogs who once they bite, their jaws lock.
Agreed.... But..... While we're among friends here, "Lock jaw" is yet another myth.
No dogs have "lock jaw", even the ones they are trying to ban/ have already banned. Dogs can fixate in the extreme and don't want to let go, but it's now known for certain that the jaw does not mechanically "lock".
In case you ever experience this.... grab the dog's collar and, with some force, twist it tighter and tighter to restrict the airway. The dog always opens its mouth to help it breathe again.
Discovered this through endless research on Pitbull Terriers, which are very capable of violence (mainly dog-on-dog though, very rarely dog-on-human), but are also capable of balance, obedience and good socialisation. It just takes massively more training effort than with a Labrador say, and most dog owners are not capable/ committed/ interested enough to enforce boundaries that these dogs need. Accordingly, a higher percentage of this breed become "problem dogs". None of them have lock jaw!

Starting in the early 1990s I began issues with hay fever and pollen. I dreaded the coming of April when it hit the hardest. The respiratory aspects were bad, but the worst was the complete energy drain, for weeks at a time. As an athlete, that was prime good weather training time lost. Claritin and Zyrtec were the answers, eventually alternated each year. They made the energy drain periods tolerable.
I've been on a journey of repairing and strengthening "the terrain," for some years now. No COVID jabs, nothing else since my last jab for something else in 2020. Last fall I started making and learning about tinctures.
It was a leap of faith this pollen season. I had made a tincture of double extracted ginger root, done first in 80 proof Calvados (going through my liquor cabinet of stuff I don't drink that's the minimum 40% alcohol), then after setting aside the infused alcohol, I simmered the ginger chunks in distilled water. Made a 50/50 blended tincture. Tippled a few drops daily into tea or flavored fizzy water starting in early March. 60 day limit, according to my research. Ginger tincture supposed to be as effective as loratadine (Claritin).
Made it through to this writing with no energy drain to speak of and little respiratory issues. Also used mullein and goldenrod tinctures that no doubt helped. I had three days where I was on the edge and took a 24 hour Zyrtec.
Not medical advice! Ha ha.
Many more tinctures and now salves in the home apothecary pipeline.
I just made a connection for myself while reading this article! My parents were poor, and probably in combination with lack of funds and a sort of hippy/rebel state at the time they had children, I was not vaccinated. Unfortunately, after getting a horse at age 13, my mother succumbed to the propaganda about tetanus and took me and my sisters to a doctor for that shot. i was about 16. I don't recall a reaction to it, other than I have a deep fear of being injected with anything. Fast forward about 10 years and after rarely seeing doctors growing up, I had a job with "health" insurance. I had another tetanus shot. I developed localized swelling at the injection site, itching, and I ran a fever. I think the doctor gave me more drugs for the reaction. But I told myself I would never have another vaccination. The connection I have made is that around that time frame, I had terrible allergies for only one season. I couldn't breathe through my nose; it was awful. I don't remember if I took drugs for the allergy symptoms or not but that was the only time I had symptoms so severe.
I have eschewed all vaccinations for myself, and all of my animals.
The allergy story is always more complicated than the clean "immune system gone rogue" narrative. Once you look at environment, exposure history, and what the body is actually reacting to, the generic advice starts to look pretty thin.
An Inconvenient Study (10/12/25, video 01:20:36) “In 2016, journalist Del Bigtree issued a challenge to the head of infectious disease at one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world (Henry Ford Health): conduct the most thorough vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study that has ever been done. The expert [Dr. Marcus Zervos] took up the challenge and ran the study to prove Del wrong. That study never saw the light of day... until now.”
Great article that confirms what I have suspected. I developed hay fever as a child and this article explains so much! Detoxing has helped and this year hasn't been too bad. If I feel hayfeverish, stinging nettles, used both internally and externally seem to help, too.
I've been pretty non toxic for quite awhile now but I never really put 2 and 2 together about my childhood "diseases".
Now that I look back on it, the hay fever, the food allergies (that was diagnosed as hives), hay fever induced asthma and pretty much anything else can be attributed to vaccines I received since 1957 and the 1990's and early 2000's.

Thank you! I am always looking for ways to make less of a fool of myself. There seems to be an endless amount of myths to dismantle in this life.

Thank you for laying this out so magnificently!
Vaccine/shot-free is the way to be!
Thank you! The 'mysteries' are unraveling. Not our 'genes'.

I developed hay-fever after I had the one and only flu shot in my life 😏🥺

Thank you for escalating my awareness & education.
I was in the military, all 3 in a basic training center for 3 years, you cannot imagine how many shots I received.
My “hayfever” after 50 years is significantly better. I do not get shots.
