When I was a young woman I was told by the doctor that, if I wanted to get pregnant, I should not take any meds. This is less than 50 years ago, in Europe. Obviously this knowledge has disappeared. Why do doctors nowadays no longer know this? Have they not learned from the disastrous use of meds in pregnant women?
They are brainwashed. If you study the personality traits of doctors, they tend to have similar tendencies. They are both personality based and environmentally based.
They tend to be followers in general, rule followers, deep conformists, have an education/credential blindness. Left brained thinkers, and have a developed arrogance from their position of telling people what to do.
That sums up most of the medical people I have met in the last 40 years LOL. The only one that still practiced medicine was the lung doc who treated me when I was 14, with a med that shortly after was taken off market because it healed you.
Like all of us, they have strengths and weaknesses…The difference is when we hold them up as experts and blindly trust them, their “weakness” does not impact themselves, but can be deadly for patients.
Accountability comes from the system which reinforces compliance with the system, NOT from patients and “performance” of healing.
I had a baby girl born in 1976 with spina bifida and was never told a reason. None of the things you mentioned apply to me, but thank you for the information.
Back in the late 60s early 70s there was a Dr. James Macri who was an expert on this subject as he had a daughter with spit bifida if I remember correctly as he and his wife rented a cottage from my parents in Woodbury , NY. I did not see his name mentioned here though. Anyone here heard of him?

So there is good in it but then there's this;

I used to think they were generally intelligent but after 2020 and the Covid fraud I realised I was mistaken.
