Our story is very similar. We sued Phrma ans Sigma Aldrich in 2002 in US Distrcit Court for the heavy metal ( Hg) poisoning of our son. Congress stopped our suit. We wnet o USCFC and were railroaded without due process. There can be no statute of limitations on an injury rendered upon minors if they never regain legal competency.
Daniel, I was wondering about Jeremy's life now. You mentioned that his seizures stopped years ago, but that he still needs help with almost everything. Does he still live in a group home? And when your family visits, how does he let you know he's happy to see you? I'd like to hear more about Jeremy himself, beyond everything he's been through.
